I bought iPhone 7. After 1 week the screen was virtually unusable. Took it to Apple who informed me an unofficial screen had been used and hence the problem. Returned to company who promised a 1week turn around. After 1 week I’d heard nothing so asked them the status of the repair. They’d forgotten they’d received it and assured me they’d start it soon and should take 2-4 working days, not including the postage time. All in I was without my phone for 3 weeks (few days to send and few more days to receive). They DON’T use offial parts but my screen works ALMOST as it should. 1-2 days after getting my phone back and people complained that when talking to me on said phone I was too quiet to be heard. Turns out now there’s a problem with the microphone. Can I afford to be without my phone for another 3 weeks? They also DON’T do refunds after a few weeks. They’d probably go bust if they did. The company address is easy to find and I’m EXTREMELY surprised customers haven’t turned up in person to remove goods to be compensated.

********** UPDATE 24/7/18 ID 172684********* WHERE IS MY MONEY ? Email finally received cancelling order received 5/7/18, stating that refund would be 10 - 14 days. I have been more than patient. Today is working day 14 and still no refund received. I expect my refund in my bank account by close of business today. You took the payment on 18/6/18 and kept informing me that the phone would be dispatched, never was, kept asking for more time and I gave up and cancelled order. I have not had the pleasure of dealing with a company like yourselves and once this refund is processed will be so glad not to again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ************* ID 172684 - 3/7/18 - I am still awaiting response to my emails, questions unanswered, still no phone and can't get through to speak to a person

Don't use these people. They say they give you the best price but when you send the phone they offer half. They offered £79 for my iPhone, when they received it they gave me £44. They claimed it was in poor condition. My phone was immaculate. Had never been out it's case and did not have one scratch on the screen. They do this knowing mist people can't be bothered with the hassle of returning the phone and accept the low offer just as I did. I wish I hadn't now. Avoid at all cost.

Hi Paul, The condition of the phone is different to what you booked in this is why there was a reduced offer, if you were unhappy with this you could have rejected the offer and we would have sent the phone back to you free of charge. Approved funds to be deposited three weeks ago but still nothing in my bank account. Awful experience. Plus you claim my phone was damaged when it was in perfect working order.

AWFUL!! DO NOT USE!!! Absolutley appauling service. Repeatedly extending delivery date. I changed my order colour to one they said was in stock to get delivery quicker over a week ago and still waiting. They ignore emails and calls. When they do respond to emails they are rude, unhelpful and LIES!!!

Really wish I’d read the reviews prior to purchasing from this website. Ordered and paid for an iPhone 6, website promised it would take 5-7 working days, if not quicker. Very long story short; phone didn’t arrive in time, they ignore email requests, don’t ever answer their phone and make the refund process painfully difficult. Ordered my phone 4th of June, sent it back beg of July (I went and bought another one as needed it for travelling and no sign of phone arriving on time) and now it’s the 23rd of July and still no sign of a refund. Ridiculously poor customer service, worth paying a little bit extra and buying a second hand phone at a shop you trust!

Overall a really bad experience. Ordered what was described a pristine phone at the start of June and after 3 weeks was told that there was a delay due to a quality control issue. 2 weeks later a phone did arrive, however, it was totally inoperable. The phone was sent back immediately and 3 weeks later no sign of the refund appearing in my account. I think quick fix mobile need to familiarise themselves with the consumer rights act of 2015

Placed an order which remains unfulfilled after 11 days, tried many times to contact customer service. Phone is engaged all the time, email responses have at least a 12 hours delay. I have asked twice now for my order to be cancelled and refunded only to be asked "are you sure?" !? I cannot stress enough you really do roll the dice buying from this company. If you are one of the lucky ones your order will go through fine which probably accounts for all of the positive responses however, if you hit a problem you will struggle to speak to anyone and spend a great deal of time by email trying to get your issue resolved. My advise (which I need to listen to next time)! Buy through another supplier with proper customer care and no quibble refunds when you are truly inconvenienced. Its not worth the stress and anxiety when you are spending hundreds of pounds. Update 23/06: Order eventually cancelled 21/06/2018 only to be told refund will take 10 - 14 days. Staggering how long it takes given that when I ordered my new phone the money was taken immediately. Assuming the refund is ever received the whole transaction will have spanned 26 - 30 days. Do you really need that in your life? Update 20/07/2018. I still haven't received my refund promised on 21/6/2018 (a full 23 days later). I'm now pursuing claims through 'Chargeback, or a 'Section 75 claim'. Honestly don't waste your time with this company. Wish me luck.

Quick mobile fix are an appalling Company to buy a phone from. Their customer service is non existent. You cannot contact them by any means other than email; don’t bother with the “customer support” phone number you will not get through to anyone. Their response to emails can be quick but irrelevant and unhelpful. As far as I can see they are sent to simply waste time. It is possible that this is done to give them further time to find a mobile that matches what you have already given them money for as they clearly do not have one, but maybe it is simply to hold on to your money for as long as possible before they are forced to return it. They have sent me the wrong phone (iphone6s ordered Samsung S7 delivered). Don’t know how to return this or how to recover the cost from them. My advice would be to save yourself a lot of grief and avoid having anything to do with them.

Please don't use this site....promised me a decent price....after they "examined" my phones they offered me half of what they originally offered. If i had the time, I would have asked for them back and used another site.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS First the good news - I have finally got a refund from this awful company. However this is only because I constantly quoted the rights that we as customers have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and threatened to take further action. So please do not give up! My story is the same as others: I missed the bad reviews and ordered a refurbished iPhone, which turned up very late after lots of chasing. (And yes - their phone line is constantly engaged, a clear warning sign). When it did turn up it looked good - but was clearly faulty within a couple of hours of use. The phone was then returned - followed by the usual evasive tactics that others have reported. So if you really must use them: 1. Pay with a credit card - you'll be covered under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 2. If you have to return something use tracked delivery - you'll have proof of when your return was received 3. Be clear on your rights - they must pay a refund by law if the goods are faulty 4. Stick to your guns - tell them when you require the refund to be paid by and don't budge. They will try all sorts of tactics to delay/avoid refunding your money. Good luck - but better still AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Waited 14 days to receive mobile phone. Received and broken screen. Customer services update was "please bare with us". Then wanted me to send photos of packaging which I did to show all in tact. No response. Playing games and this is a complete mickey mouse setup of a company. Don't get drawn in. You can't even call them as they phone is engaged all day long. Will be reporting this to Office of Fair Trading.

Still waiting for a phone purchased at the end of June. My son's birthday present that has been and gone. Yes, you reply to emails but you ignore the content of the email and are always very sorry for the delay! You promise the phone will be dispatching in the next 1 - 3 days and that my order is a priority order? You never answer your phone and your live chat is never working?? I can't aford to be £339 out of pocket and requested a refund to which you replied - "Your phone wil be dispatching in 1 - 3 working days" We are now at the end of another week, still no phone? Have gone to PayPal for resolution.

Awful... I was sent a mobile that would not even turn on. Then have to wait a week to get it fixed! Instead of being able to send me another mobile while they fix it. Now waiting over 24hrs to find out when they will refund my money. In total I received the mobile on 3rd July and now 15 days later still have no mobile & no assurances of when I will receive a refund. I get more emails from them asking for reviews than any useful information....

I ordered a saphire black samsung s6 and waited 3 weeks to hear that they would not be dispatching the phone that I ordered rather they would be sending a gold s6.I am absolutely apauled and would not recommend Quick mobile fix to anyone.
