No answer from customer services! I'm on day 8 of waiting, I wish I had read the hundreds of reviews before ordering :(

I still have not received my phone after 3 weeks, you just cannot get through on the phone, automated emails saying my order is on its way, wished I had looked at the company a bit closer to read the bad reviews that a lot of people are leaving, 😟 Trying to get my money back through PayPal

absolutely terrible service. have waited for a refund and have not received in in over 2 weeks. have reported to trading standards and still no response. please do not buy from here, if I could give them them 0* I would, they're a sham company and I'm sure all the good reviews are written internally!

My phone has gone missing with the delivery company, contacted Quick mobile , promised they will send a replacement within 1-2, it has been a week now, the phone is constantly busy, every time I manage to get hold of someone, they ask me to explain over and over again the same story and keeps saying that they look into it and will update me later. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. they won`t refund my money either as they keep promising next day priority dispach. I am definitely taking this further.

Awful Customer Service. Phone line didn't connected and when emailing you have to wait 24hours for a reply. Phone never arrived and was advised by the courier company that a delivery had never been arranged with them. Requested by email numerous times for order to be cancelled and a full refund to be arranged but this still hasn't been received. Would never use and do certainly not recommend to anyone.

Bought a supposedly pristine iPhone SE for £230. When it finally arrived (after over three weeks and very patchy communication), it had trouble charging. The charging port and the headphone jack were dirty, dusty, and plain OLD. It is clear they sent me an old phone dressed in new casing. Obviously sent it back for a refund (lets see how long that takes) but I am also considering reporting them to the police for fraud.

Have ordered a phone through the website. Promised shipment time was supposed to be 5-7 days, as per their order confirmation email. On 7th day they claimed that it would be shipped within 1-2 days. On day 8 it was another 3 days before shipment and 10-14 days for order cancellation. Don't trust their shipment timescales. Go elsewhere.

I wish there was no stars at all as I would never give you even 1 star! after 2 months of having my phone at your repair center for a silly screen replacement, you sent me the phone still not working! I have called so many times asking for my phone and for a refund and I have already complained to the trading standard agency about your bad service. I would never recommend anyone to work with you! to anyone reading this AVOID! bad customer service, busy line at all time, no communications and took them 2 months to send me my phone back still not working!!!!

Didn't have the phone they advertised, no email stating this,then took days to reply, then offered same phone in different colour! said they'd post that night, received email confirming they'll pay next day? complained via email, no response not answering phone calls, no replies and still no phone 2 weeks later!

Wish I could give zero. Ordered on 26 June. Today 10 July no phone and I have to wait 3 weeks for a refund. They do not respond to email and had to make 200 redials to get through 4 times where each wait once connected, was 20 to 30 minutes. It is always the same guy (Adam) that answers and he has to tell lies - I'd hate his job. After 7 working days - 1st call - assured it would ship that day After 8 working days - 2nd call - assured it would ship that day After 9 working days - 3rd call - assured it would ship that day After 10 working days today.....assured it would ship same day - asked for refund - don't believe the lies any more now will have to wait 3 weeks more to get my money.... Avoid at all costs

Ordered 2 x grade A I phone 7 and they were more like grade C - no response from quick fix on this and didn’t get what i payed for . Customer service non existent really

They reduced the quote from £103 to £75. I rejected and they returned my phone. Unfortunately they decided to keep the original packaging and phone charger making it difficult for me to sell elsewhere. They then emailed me to say that they lost the charger. Not a great experience

Hello, The condition of the phone is different to what you booked in this is why there was a reduced offer. You accepted the offer and the funds have now been processed within our 3-5 days timescale if you were unhappy with the offer you could have rejected this and we would have returned your item. I ordered my phone as of the 30th of June qnd after 6 days they've stated my phone was dispatched which was great news, but now after 3 days I rang the courier who told me they have no record of the shipping number given to me and I feel completely scammed, nobody replies to emails and the phone line is always just, if I don't hear a response soon I will take legal action. Absuotley furious

I have been waiting for my phone to be delivered for 11 days now and am getting very fed up. They don’t answer your calls and i feel like i have been majorly ripped off if i dont have my phone by tomorrow i will be reporting it to the police posting on every social media and taking them to court to sue them. Absoloutly horrible site. Awful service. Can’t contact them. Want to make sure they never get another penny by doing this to any more innocent people. To us this is a lot of money we work hard for it. Others like this site con and very displease about it. I just want my phone as this is getting ridiculous now. Would be happy if they would respond to my email and called me. Definately do NOT recommend to anyone!!! Let alone my friends. Worst experience ever. Put me off online everything!

I was offered £161 for selling my phone, only offered £140 from Envirophone. My phone was in fully working order and in good condition. This was stated in the original offer. When they received the phone and assessed it, they sent back an offer of £91. They bated me with a price which they were never going to honor. Use envirophone, they give you a guaranteed price.

Dreadful service, would give 0 stars if I could. Sent my iPad mini to them for a charging port repair / replacement because their website says they have a 1-2 working day turn around time. They have had my iPad for 10 days and as far as I can tell they haven't even started working on it yet, every time I chase them they fob me off with, "sorry, it will be another 1-3 working days". A little research has revealed there are dozens of customers who have had to resort to the small claims court to get their money back, and that is just the small percentage who have taken the time to post about their experience. Me, I just want my iPad back, I need it to manage my small business, when I foolishly placed my trust in Quick Mobile Fix I never imagined I would have to work around its absence for over 2 weeks. Please don't make the same mistake, use another repair centre, give these Charlatans a wide berth.

The phone would not work and has been sent back and I am still waiting for a replacent which is now over 10 days and I have asked for a better conditioned phone as vompensation
