Sent my Sons i5 which wasn’t charging the phone came back worked for 5 days and wouldn’t charge again but he got a new phone for his birthday so I let it go.My 6 month old i7 had a problem I sent it to Quick they charged me for diagnostic said I needed a new battery which I paid for.The phone came back and worked for a couple of days sent it back and they said the problem was the charging port so their diagnostic was wrong but I still had to pay for the battery. I took the phone to a reputable phone shop and they said the iPhone has been destroyed. I left the phone in with this company and as I stayed around I can confirm that the lad spent 2 hours on my phone and didn’t charge me because it couldn’t be fixed ( hats of to Uber phone) Quick final bill to wreck my phone if I hadn’t recalled it would have been £200 I had complained without response so I told them to send the phone back

They've had my phone for 7 days now still nothing confirming delivery. Communication is rubbish. And I hope my phone comes as I've ordered it or will be reporting this company and have seen loads of reviews saying that not real apple battery's in phone and stuff so I would like to be guaranteed that mine is all legit please if I ever get it. Would maybe recommend depends on how my product comes and if everything is up to stand Ards.. my name is Manuel Claudino I ordered and iPhone 6

I'm really dissappointed with their service since I ordered a refurbished phone 10 days ago, the order was confirmed but the tracking number wasn't sent or the phone was dispatched. They don't answer my emails and I have no idea of what has happened to the phone or the money.

I had ordered a refurbished iPhone 6s in rose gold colour ages ago.I have been emailing them for a week asking when the phone will arrive or whether it has been dispatched.They have emailed saying there is delay in this chosen colour.I am going on holiday on July 11th and I asked them to help me by dispatching this item.Hovewr they are not doing anything at all.There service has been so bad that now I am thinking of asking for a refund if it does not arrive on time.Please I warn other customers into making a purchase with this website.

I sent my phone for repair, expecting 24-48 hour turnaround as advertised. It took them 10 days to order the parts, another 10 days to actually receive the parts, and now, more than 1 month on, I have still not received a date for my phone to be fixed and returned, even though they have had the parts now for a week.All it needed was a new screen (old one was cracked). I will never use this service again, and strongly advise against anyone else using it either.

Angry beyond belief, we mistakenly double ordered iPhone sevens from quick mobile fix. Immediately cancelling the second order. Customer service and don't read their emails, the second phone was dispatched. We returned it immediately by registered post it was signed for. I have been chasing the refund since February of this year. Their administration is total chaos they send me emails saying they are actually met as a priority. Now they are advising me to use chargeback and get my credit card company to make the refund.

Got the phone and dose not work properly screen was scratch when got to me toon 2 weeks after payment was taken to be dispatched and delivered they don't respond to complaint emails or refund email as I tryed when received the phone I will not be recommending you to family or friends and won't be buying anything else verry poor service

The service received was good and speedy, unfortunately the phone was not properly tested and the microphone was not working properly so people were unable to hear very clearly what was being said. I was offered a repair but wanted a full refund because I was within the 14 day period from buying, which they agreed to. 10-14 days to repay money which in my opinion is too long where you are within the 14 day period for returning a product bought online regardless of if there is a duly or not. Clearly the business have an issue with speaking with customers as they have set their phones to be permanently engaged and pretend that this is because they are busy answering calls. Bad customer service.

Do not give these people your business or your money. They seem to have cash flow problems and held onto my money for almost 4 weeks after I cancelled an order for phones they didn't have in stock. I had to file online court proceedings to get my money back.

My phone has been with them for 6 weeks! There was a delay of 5-7 days for parts. Then an email telling me the phone needed another repair. I wanted to apply a discount on repairs by email, but couldn't so phoned 67 times and couldn't get through, then put on hold for 20mins. Spoke to customer services, explained that I was looking to apply the 10% discount and possibly some discount for the time and money wasted on monthly contract. I was told that management would need to advise and that I would get a phone call back, not surprisingly I didn't receive a call. I then emailed on Friday 29th june, and even though they state they try and reply within 24 hours and if it's a weekend the next working day, It's now Tuesday afternoon 3rd July and not a single email back or contact!! Has this business been sold to someone else?

ordered a 4s 4gb. took almost 10 days to arrive and had to return as the battery would not hold a charge. Requested refund (as per advertised policy - full refund if returned with 14 days) Some 8 weeks later I am still awaiting my refund. I have had numerous e-mail exchanges and yesterday finally managed to speak to someone (took 45 mins on hold), who reiterated "problems" with accounts and taking up to 28 days for refunds. When I pointed out (again) that 40 working days had already elapsed, I was told refund would be made in next 14 days. However, checking the note subsequently made on my order it actually says "next few weeks"!! immediately tried to ring back, constantly engaged so sent e-mail asking for clarification. no reply. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.

I have yet to receive phone after it being stated is would arrive in 7 working days . I have yet to speak to anyone personally about it and I keep getting automated replys, I needed this phone by 6/7/18 and I am starting to feel I have been ripped off

So many times has my referbished iPhone 6 Plus been broken and been sent away and come back to brake again. 2 month ago I sent my phone away to be repaired for the 3rd time and I was told by email they could not fix it but then another saying they had sent it off this had been 3 weeks already they went on to tell me that it had been posted by it had ot been delivered we contacted them and they said it had already been delivered we after nearly 2 month without my phone. I was told that they had lost my phone in the post and I would not get it back and nothing would be refunded to me we Hen went on to talk to training standards we then got a reply saying we would get sent a new phone I have had this for 2 days and it has broke again with the same problem of not turning on I WANT A RESPONSE

Id 174123 `I have asked for this transaction to be cancelled by the bank as I have not had a phone in the specified time, and will not be fobbed off by another email, however polite, to tell me that you need more time to source the mobile that you advertised as available, which is clearly not available. Please would you be so kind as to return the money immediately as you have not fulfilled your end of the transaction. That would save my bank a lot of time investigation the chargeback to my account. I would also suggest it is the only fair thing to do. Here you have a customer reading some dreadful reviews who has not only lost her confidence in your company but has also lot her money, yet has no product, which is a good think judging by how often people complain they have gone wrong. Please note 28% of people are unhappy, that is 415 with a further 160+ not impressed. Time for change. They may as well take the telephone out of the equation - you can’t contact the company by phone.

I ordered and paid for a phone on the 10th of June! still waiting! I work hard for what I get and feel robbed. My partner has spoke to you on numerous occasions and was promised the phone by Friday the 20th low and behold we are still waiting! PLEASE SORT THIS NOW! either by refunding or sending the requested working phone or I will have no choice but to sort it myself and take things further.

I did not receive an email giving me a price to sell my phone. Contacted them and I was told they had not received it. I forwarded tracking details couple of days later while still stating they had not received my iPhone 6s they said sale had complete and £20 would be trans to my account without any offer to accept or decline. I contacted them and they told be it was too late to do anything even though the previous day they said they had not received it. Spoke to manager who I found very abrupt rude & unhelpful. The original offer had been £134 they did not send an email with an offer but told me it was my word against there’s and they no longer had my phone when I asked them to return it. Bearing in mind when I chased this phone they had told me it hadn’t been received the day before. I would never sell a phone to this company. This is the first time I have ever respond in this way but feel that others should me mad aware of how this company operate so that people are not conned as I was
