In addition to having the worst experience ever with you and after waiting in total about a MONTH only to find out that I was sold a faulty phone. I purchased an IPhone 6S and have been waiting for the FIRST delivery for over 15 working days ONLY to return the phone back within less than 24 hours due to have receiving a FAULTY phone with a broken Jack, battery life less than 20 minutes from full charge and scratches all over it, and a broken camera etc. I returned the phone shortly after receiving it and I was promised an upgrade from good condition to excellent or grade A and a quick delivery within 24 hours but that was one of many empty promises I was give. I have been chasing the customer services constantly every day and hour only to get nowhere, not possible to get through to the worst customer services in the planet even if I have complaints in writing many time and got nowhere. I am fighting and trying to get my full refund but there no response from you so I have been have been told to wait at least another 14 working days. Very disappointing and I will not use you never again.

My order has not yet come, it was shipped 16 days ago, I have been in touch with your team over the last week for information on where the product I ordered is and I have yet too receive any information on where it is. Have received emails to say sorry and we will look into it but it’s a joke at this stage really.

DO NOT use this company . I went with them and not main competitor as I had had excellent service before .NOT this time ! I ordered a Samsung 7 nearly 5 WEEKS AGO . After many phone calls ( if you can get through ) and emails , two of which prioritised my orders and 3 that said my phone would be dispatched the next day ! It was clear that the phone was never in stock at the time of my order . After 5 weeks and explaining that I need this phone for an upcoming holiday I have now had 2 emails ,the first offering me a silver replacement ,the next day a white . I don't think they even know what is going on. I have now cancelled my order and expect my refund to processed ASAP ,unlike other reviews show ! Thank goodness I had purchased this phone using a credit card . Lousy service .DO NOT USE

my mobile phone has not arrived after the 5-7 working days, no matter how long you let the phone ring no one ever answers,the generic email i recieved asked for another 7 working days with no explantion as to why they did not have the ordered phone, my money was taken quick enough.i am now waiting for aresponse

phone took longer than advertised to deliver and then when it finally arrived it was faulty. Use these at your peril. Quite simply, if the phones works then its all good, if, like mine, it doesent, then the fun begins

do not purchase from quick mobile fix, i orderded an iphone on the 12 of june and still haven't gotten my refund back. Their mobile telephone do not work they are scammers stay away do not trust they have a very poor customer services

Ordered a phone that I needed ASAP! Delivery told 5-7 days. 1 month later and the phone has still not arrived. Contacted bank and luckily they are able to help with the issue. I have had one automated email from the company when I firstborn complained. The customer service is not bad, it is non existent.

Phone arrived within specified time. Unfortunately there was a problem with the screen freezing. Eventually got hold of QFM via email. Tried all suggested solutions a number of times, no luck. Returned device and since then have had an appalling level of service. QFM don't read emails. They just send a standard reply. Been waiting now for over two weeks with NO credible response to my emails in which I have asked for refund policy. Next stage is to speak to my bank. Be warned!

took so long for the phone to be delivered then when it was delivered it was faulty, so had to send that one back and wait another 2 weeks for a phone. all in all i waited just shy of 6 weeks and I only had an email yesterday to say it had been dispatched. the call handlers were helpful and polite but I would Never buy from these again. it is absolutely appauling! it needs so serious looking at. possibly a watch dog case.

I am very disappointed as I recommend QMF to my friends and now they have been waiting more than 3 weeks for their mobiles to be delivered. My friends have contacted their customer services via email as QMF are now refusing to answer phone calls and have received abrupt rude responses! Order: ID184528 & Order: ID185379 I have told both of them to contact their banks/Credit Companies to.request their money back. I have also done a company check via companies house and Quick Mobile Fix Ltd is marked as High Risk. Not a good sign for company!

12/7/18 - Finally received my refund from Quick Mobile Fix - 12/7/18 Still waiting for a refund of £595.98. Absolute worst company I have ever interacted with! Cancelled order on 4th June 18, refund due by 25th June at very latest, now send email saying its 10-14 days to process, it was Paypal, so its instant. APC-overnight the courier company lost the parcel, so QMF more than likely have compensation from them too, yet still no refund. Be warned, it will be the worst experience you ever have in your life dealing with Quick Mobile Fix, if you are an unfortunate one, report to Action Fraud online, your local council trading standards and get a letter before action sent, and get your court claim in, once won, instruct High court sheriffs to collect the debt in Full by cash or removal of goods.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! I ordered a phone from this site and was told that it would take 5-7 days to be dispatched. Then I received another email saying that there would be a delay in the dispatching the orde due to “quality checks”. After more than 2 weeks of consistent emailing between myself and the seller about the delay, I decided to cancel my order (it took 4 emails to cancel my order!!!). I was then told that it would take 10-14 days for my refund to be processed. It’s been over 3 weeks since I cancelled my order, and after trying to reach the seller on phone (everytime I call the lines are either busy or the call doesn’t go through), I’ve decided to take action with my bank concerning my refund. Absolutely ridiculous experience to go through and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!

I ordered a iphone 6plus 32gb on 7.6.18 days and it seems impossible to get clarification as to why the order is delayed. Their phone number is useless as it doesn't work (off the hook during their working hours and then answer phone after working hours) and customer service is terrible as they seem to cut and paste emails a lot. I will cancel my order if i don't hear back as they seem to be unreliable. They never follow through with any requests. I am cancelling my order in 1hrs time. ***BEWARE OF QUICK MOBILE FIX*** once they have your money they will mess you about. Since buying a phone from this company its been nothing but stress since the postage day passed. Their phone is constantly engaged during working hours and fine during after hours which is deliberate, try it if you don't beleive me. The emails from customer services are usually cut and paste jobs and come from several individuals, eg ch1039343-egmmggan(AT)use1-1.xsell.co. (I had to use AT instead of symbol for email. Does this look like a person or computer generated email? I'll let you guess. The company can never give me a straight answer like where is my phone, or why is it delayed. They will tell you however tell you that stuff like... Thank you for your email. Please confirm the best time for a call back....or...We are currently looking into your order for an update. Myself or one of the customer service team members will be in contact with you within the next working day. > Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Calming words but all lies! Please BEWARE OF QUICK FIX MOBILE it's not all that it's meant to be according to their website. I am posting this so others don't fall into the same trap as I did, If its too good to be true think twice. All i want now is my 500 euro back..... I'll keep you posted on that! Don't bother trying to ring them, they will never answer, wonder why?

Bought iPhone 7 for my daughters Birthday rose gold. Phone is perfectly fine but she is unable to listen to music threw her head phones because the headphone port does not work. We have tried various headphones which none of them work when connected to the port . The port is faulty and that’s the way The phone has been sent to us. We have tried do many times to call for a replacement but can not get threw as it keeps cutting us off after the answer machine messages. I have payed £319 for the phone and want my money back or a replacement phone which works please can you call me on 07561713996 or I will embolden my solicitor which could be costly if you have to go to court . Will give 3 days for you to sort things out. Thanks

I spent £269 on a refurbished I phone 6s pristine condition, 64GB, white and silver. I received the phone 2 weeks later. There was no charge on the phone, so plugged in overnight (14hrs). Had 8% battery on phone, same as night before. Took it to Apple store, they could not run a diagnostic, because the phone wouldn't turn on. Called customer service had a email sent to me with a sticker for the return of phone. Customer service agent said he would mark it as priority, as i depend upon my phone for work. Returned phone to you, on the 9th June. On 13th June got an email from you 'Device received, etc, please allow 2-4 working days for device to be dispatched. recieved another email on 15th June allow 2-4 working days to receive phone. That was exactly a week ago today. No phone

Absolutely terrible customer service, I ordered and paid for a IPhone 6s in Pristine condition and the battery just lasted less than 2 hours. Requested full refund straight away and 6 weeks later still not have it. I've been chasing this refund up only to receive irrelevant templated emails, also when you try to call you never get through to anyone. Finally, I have the refund, but this is absolutely fuming. Please everyone do yourselves a favour and avoid these absolute jokers at all costs!
