Worst customer service i have ever encountered from any company. 15 days after placing my order still not received anything and they refuse to give me a call to discuss despite multiple email requests and being supplied with a phone numbver which i have with me 24/7. I am now in the process of contacting the police, Trading Standards and the small claims courts to try and recover my money.

Avoid this company like the plague. I should have read the reviews from other dissatisfied customers but, to my regret, I didn’t. I ordered a reconditioned mobile phone from them, for which they debited my Credit Card immediately. Their website states that refurbished phones are dispatched 3-5 working days after payment is made, then delivered the next working day. The email I received with the order confirmation adjusted this by a couple of days, stating: that orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days, but they aim to dispatch quicker. When after 5 days I tried to check the progress of the order, they said that the 5 – 7 days was just an “aim” and not a commitment and that it would be dispatched “as soon as possible”. Finally, they did commit to a dispatch date, however the item was still not dispatched when they had promised. I then instructed them to cancel the order and refund my payment. At this point, they then made some excuses about why the delivery was delayed and tried to assure me that mine was the next one to be dispatched. When it still didn’t arrive, they asked for a further 7 working days to resolve it which I said was not acceptable and insisted the order was cancelled and my payment refunded. Finally, they acknowledged the order was cancelled, but said it would take a further 10 – 14 working days to refund the payment. Needless to say, I am still waiting for a refund. I am now progressing action through my Credit Card provider.

Ordered phone April 2nd and money taken April 3rd , took 3 weeks to send phone that didn’t work . Sent it back and they returned it in exactly the same condition. Asked for a refund and eventually promised refund but would take 10 to 15 working days . They have now had my money 10 weeks , during all this time not once have they answered the phone , sent countless e/mails and all they do is send generic replies . This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and can only advise people based on my experience to give this company a wide birth . My order number was ID159236

I am starting to wonder if all the good reviews showing here are genuine and coming from customers who actually purchased an item or a service from this despicable company, because my experience was utterly different! I bought an IPhone 7 in pristine condition from the wide range of phones they had for sale online, I paid a hefty amount using my card, and waited, and waited, and waited. Kept checking the status of my order online and this appeared to be stuck on "processing". Processing what???? I'm unsure!!! So I got on the phone to the company, after listening to a busy tone for about 1 hour, and spoke to a (not a very helpful!) person who literally recited their terms of business as if he was reciting a very boring passage from a very boring book, almost yawning between words.... So I waited and waited and waited (still waiting!). On dispatch day (7 working days after I put my order through) I received an email asking me if I would be happy with a black IPhone 7 instead of the silver one I had initially purchased. I replied to say NO, cancelled my order and requested a full refund. I got a reply this morning on day 11, in which the same boring business terms were copied and pasted. Tried the phone again but, yes, you guessed it I had that very SOOTHING (not) busy tone!!!! Sent another email a moment ago requesting the cancellation of my order and a full refund. What is it going to take to get them to cancel my order and refund my £399.99???, I wonder!!!

I don’t understand firstly why the customer service number is constantly busy, and they do not respond to emails no matter how many times you call or write, it’s simply disgusting. Secondly why staff tell you that you will receive your payment within 3-5 working days and a week later still nothing. Honestly this company is just a disappointment and it all seems like a big con to be honest. Sort it out!

Terrible service. I bought a mobile from here, I was supplied with one that wasn't working properly. They were good enough to take the phone back for repair, but after 4 weeks of lies and generic emails from quick mobile fix I still haven't received a repaired or a replacement phone. Avoid this shop like the plague.

What is quoted on the website is nowhere near what they actually offer you, there’s no option to challenge the offer, very disappointed with the measly £16 I got for 3 iPhones.

Worst service i have ever had from any on-line company. The phone is always engaged and when you send emails they just respond with generic answers to try and fob you off. i have requested a personal phone call to discuss the issue and even provided my mobile number stating that i can be reached at any time (day or night) an d they send back an email asking when it suits to call me ... My order was bot and paid for 12Days ago and the website clearky stated 3-5 days for dispatch . I have requested a full refund but no-one contacts me. I am now in the process of contacting the Police and the courts to recover my payment. The only advise i can give is that unless you can physically go to their premises and bang on the door stay well clear

Appalling service. Took over a month to get the money fir the iPhone I recycled, and I only got it because I threatened legal action. Constantly fobbed off by customer service advisors and had the phone put down on me several times. Will never use again.

A few days after placing my order I was told there would be a delay in the delivery of the phone. When I said I needed the phone urgently and would therefore need to cancel the order, I was immediately sent a phone, however, this phone was faulty. I followed the Quick Mobile Fix cancellation procedure implicitly and returned the phone (in the original packaging) to the company. Despite repeated requests I have still not received a refund almost a month since I returned the phone..

I ordered an iPhone 7 pristine bundle rose gold on the 4th June and I still have no received it and on the order tracker it says it's still processing today is the 9th working day and they say you will receive them in 5-7 working days. When you phone you just get cut off and, if you write an email to them they'll ignore you for days then, when they finally do reply they just fob you off. It's like no one there knows why it hasn't been dispatched or why I haven't received it so 9 working days on and I'm still waiting. I'm really not happy

so i ordered a phone on the 7th of june and you received the payment but there had been no update on my order and its a gift for my sister and i have sent many emails and all i have been receiving is the same response again and again i even tired calling no one picked up the phone theres no point then sending it if its going to be next week because then i could just go out and get one this is very bad customer service and the worst thing is you dont even know when it will get delivered no approx. day just 5-7 working days please could someone give me a update on my order otherwise i want to cancel it.

I ordered a phone on 7th June and still not had an email to say it’s been dispatched yet. This is actually a birthday present for my husband & I’m unsure if it will be here on time now. Upon going through checkout the delivery didn’t state a length of time only once order was processed it said 5-7 days for dispatch but I don’t understand why it would take so long. Nearly a week you have had my money now and phone isn’t even on its way yet

I sent my phone in and decided to reject the offer from Quick Mobile Fix. This was months ago and i am STILL waiting to receive my phone back. The customer service team and absolutely shocking! If i do not receive my phone back ASAP i will take this further. DO NOT USE.

They took 3 weeks to diagnose that my phone had water damage. Then said that liquid damage repair was required. I paid them more money to resolve this. After a further week and a half I received my phone back with no further information/email and it still didn't work. It took me phoning them for me to hear that they couldn't fix it. No refunds for this - I am now £50 out of pocket, my phone is still broken and wasted a month of my time with this. The company cannot communicate effectively, they 'sent' me two emails which I never received and they were crucial to keeping me in the loop with what was happening. Avoid this company at all costs!
