Agreed that I had received poor customer service. Payment did not match original offer. Onus placed all on me to prove another offer had not been made as opposed to showing me the email that was supposed to have been sent. Customer services could not agree which date or the amount of the offer. Would never trust them again unfortunately as they just dragged everything out for so long I have given in!

Placed an order for iPhone 8 on 27th May and so far have heard nothing from them, not even an email order confirmation. Tried calling multiple times and phone line is always busy, I got through once and was told it would be despatched on the 1st June, its now 9th June and still nothing. I have tried calling and emailing and also messaged through the website and no response. Am now going to have to try and recover my money - BUYER BEWARE

Ordered and paid for a phone at the start of may. (ORDER ID 163631) It took far too long to arrive (longer than stated). Once I received it, the phone would not turn on. It would not master reset. It was obviously a faulty phone that no one bothered to check before sending out. Company told me to return for a full refund. I sent the phone back the very next day. Its been over a month and I'm still waiting for a refund. instead all i get is the same BS excuses everyday. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They spend all their time paying for positive reviews and wasting my money on google ad words. I doubt they could fix a flat tyre.

Used a courier company with a depot miles away and only options for re-delivery were days later. Even so they ignored the requested date and kept trying to re deliver. Still don’t have my phone

Service was great & fast & I was keen to provide a positive review (I don't usually leave reviews). I was annoyed though by the emails I received after I wrote a review, which felt misleading. They suggested I would receive a gift after an initial review but this turned out to require an additional video review. Worth you reviewing your own reviewing communication procedures?!

I sent 3 immaculate iphones. 1 suddenly had problems when it arrived to this awful company, including drop marks on the back metal case, which were not there when I sent to them in bubble wrap and 2 boxes. They’d all been kept in cases with guerilla glass screens. They were pristine but they said one was bad and only gave me half price. Said they’d send it back but what do you do when they’ve smashed your phone. I’ve used other companies before and always been great, don’t use these rip off merchants. Disgusted with them and customer service who were rude.

7 days after purchasing a mobile phone from quick mobile fix it stopped working with an FAP lock meaning I need a replacement it's now been 3 weeks they refuse to help me with either a new phone or a refund. Do not use this company !

Constant lies from the company and every possible person that I spoke to there. In the end I contacted Trading Standards and they are now dealing with the numerous complaints that they have received about the company.

The service from this company is absolutely disgusting please be aware when making a purchase. I ordered a Samsung S6 edge which was delivered in good time however due to a technical fault certain apps would not open. I emailed them and explained the issue they said if I returned the phone it would be fixed so i did as they requested but when the phone was returned I still had the same issue. I contacted them again and they offered to fix the problem again but I needed the phone to be working and asked for a full refund which they said they would support. I returned the phone and had to buy another one as I cannot go day to day without a phone waiting for the refund to be processed but I didn't worry as they company confirmed they received my phone and would process my refund in 10-14 days this was 12th May 2018. I still haven't not received my refund I have emailed on a daily basis but the money is still not in my bank account I have tried calling but the line is always engaged. They owe my £170 and this is alot of money to me, I have asked for a manager call back and that has been ignored this really is starting to cause me alot of distress and I wish I never would of trusted this company.

Phone to forever to arrive, when it did it looked good but when i went to transfer my stuff from my old iphone the screen froze. Home button wouldn’t respond. Got a replacement but the screen would click when used they wouldn’t give me a refund they wanted to look at it but it worked, now my screen flickers like a tv & i cant do a thing about it, not happy

They promise a phone in 5-7 working days. My order was placed on the 21/05/18 and still no phone. Takes an absolute age to get trough just to chase my order. It is now the 06/06/18 and still no phone, I want to cancel but I’ve heard the horror stories about getting your money back so it’s like being caught between a rock and hard place! I’m an ex serviceman and on disiability so my budget isn’t huge and this seemed like a good deal but so far it’s proving almost impossible just to get a straight answer from these people. I get the sneaking suspicion I’m being conned here and there is in fact no phone that I’ve paid for! If this continues I’ll continues I’ll be in touch with trading standards. Impressions are terrible for this organisation AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They’re liars and con artists!

11 days to dispatch, 3 days to deliver: wouldn’t deliver to neighbour or work address and delivery times limited to work hours (8am-2pm).

AVOID AVOID AVOID Dreadful company to deal with. After waiting for my phone to be despatched for eight days and couldn’t wait any longer, so I cancelled my order. Still no refund after waiting 19 days. They are quick enough to take your money but getting a refund is a very different matter - like getting blood from a stone. Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere - you don’t have to take my word for it, just read other reviews on here to get an idea of how dodgy this company are, and how Man people are having to claim their refunds back from their credit card company or Paypal.

I ordered a phone on 19.05.2018 and received it two weeks ago but it was locked to the network.( on website it states unlocked) I call them next day ( it's take me quite while to get through, line busy) I have been told some one will get back to me but no luck. I had to call them very next day and I been told to return it to them. After a few days I call them again ( I have to wait quite a long time) they said they have received it yet even though I posted 5 days ago.i call them again today, they said I have to give them my gmail and Samsung accounts details. But I forgot my new gmail and Samsung account details. And you can't even talk to the main persons who actually dealing with your phone. All calls goes to customer service and if you are lucky you will get through but you have to wait at least half an hour Terrible...😡😡. Still I have not received my phone and I'm not sure what will happen. I rather pay extra and get better services. Today 06.06.2018 and im still waiting for my phone

I really don't want to give even 1 star for this company. I bought a refurbished mobile off them in March 2018 costing £199.99. By April it had a fault where the screen had gone blank. I returned it in April asking for a repair or replacement. They had my phone for 3 and a half weeks before returning it to me. I opened it up to find a massive crack in the screen. I phoned them up and they picked it up the following day. I informed them that I needed my phone by June 8th 2018 . They said it would be a priority. As if today, June 6th, I still have not got my phone back. The customer service staff are shocking and treat you like an imbecile. I certainly will not recommend this company to anyone

Ordered phone 24/4 never arrived, despite promised delivery dates, after 2 weeks requested a refund told 10-14 days, no refund!!!, keep getting fobbed off, now told system problems, I am £400 down, have sent over 10 emails, with just standard responses, they never answer the phone! reading the poor reviews leaves me no hope of getting my refund, the matter is now with my bank who will be pursuing the refund with trading standards. They have stole my money!!

Would not recommended this company to anyone they have massed around since I placed my order they took the money but did not send me a confirmation email even though the money was taken from my bank and when you try and call them they don't pick up or the phone will not ring I also emailed them and got about 5 different people emailing me about the problems I've been having with my order and they all are telling me different things I asked for my money back and they are trying to guilt trip me in to keeping my order I should of had my phone by now but by the looks of it they don't even have the phone in stock I'm not happy at all as they have £200 of my money
