this company is to be avoided. extremely poor service, untrustworthy, broken promises, not replying to communication and refusal to refund payment when order was cancelled. taking payment for products they do not have in stock. delaying dispatch and no communication.

payment was very delayed - had my handset for over 2 weeks. Received conflicting information from each person I spoke to who gave a different reason each time - was given the run around. Customer service needs revamped and your Twitter personnel is shockingly unhelpful. Won't use again.

Order 2 iphones for twins birthday after many phones and a missed delivery since not notified what time they were being delivered I collected them for APC depot 9 working days later but both phones faulty, returned next day 5th May for a replacement but you didn't have any colours so asked for a refund and after many emails and phones calls still waiting refund is either being processed or investigated extremely upset since had to borrow money to purchase my twin girls phones

I sent my phone more than a week ago, the phone only had a broken screen but was still working perfectly fine. I sent it to have the screen replaced but a week later, after many calls from me to them requesting some update, they said that the phone didn't past the quality test and that it needed a diagnosis, apparently stuck in the Apple log. Well, it looks like the phone got more broken at Quick Mobile Fix, since the only thing that was broken was the glass or they just want more money in order to make the shipment. Really bad service. Will most likely not use their services again.

Hi Ana, We do aim to repair within 24-48 hours although it's not a guarantee. It can depend on the repair that needs to be carried out and the damage on the device. A full diagnosis takes longer. Kind Regards, Quick Mobile Fix

Bought a phone of this company, received email saying phone should take 5~7 days to dispatch. >3 days later, I contacted them via online form (phone number and live chat doesnt work), and they emailed back that phone hasn't been dispatched yet. > One week later of radio silence, I contacted and they said phone will be dispatched as soon as possible. > the following day I requested cancellation of order and a full refund. They weren't interested. They apologised and told me my phone will dispatched as soon as possible and if I don't hear from them within 24 hours, I should contact them. > the following day, I refused to accept their excuse and requested cancellation and a refund. They again ignored my request and just said it will be sent out via next day service. > I email again requesting cancellation of my order (3rd time), two weeks after placing my order, and was told I will be refunded and order cancelled. Refund should show in my account within 7~10 working days. > It has been 15 working days since they have told me that they will refund me, but I have not yet received my money. And they are not replying to my emails. > I've requested a contact for their legal department, and even then, they are not replying to me. Since I paid with credit card, my Bank's disputes department is taking charge and will be making a request for their money directly themselves.

Terrible terrible terrible. Order number 166581. Don't believe the website timescales stating 24-48 hours to repair a phone. Still waiting for my simple phone repair (i.e. not involving the motherboard) 12 days after sending it. Can't get through to anyone on the phone (kept holding for 15 minutes and then they just disconnected me) and emails to customer services just say that they 'aim to carry out all repairs as quickly as possible'. They don't actually investigate your order, just palm you off with generic, robotic responses.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. You have been warned. Awful service - I would rate at zero stars if I could Re: order ID157040 Am still owed £459.99 for a refund that should have been paid over 2 weeks ago. You have had my faulty phone (goods not as decribed) returned back to you since April 30th 2018. Their terms and conditions have been broken, their promises to refund me have been broken and I am getting nowhere with them. Customer service phone calls are never answered (waited for over 20 mins last time) and email responses are full of empty promises and untruths. I have been told 3 times I will be paid in the next 1-3 working days and nothing has been refunded. Now they tell me the finance department is looking into it, when last week the finance dept had resolved all the problems. So which one is it ? Also, you are now in breach of the following : The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, section 34, which states that : Reimbursement by trader in the event of withdrawal or cancellation 34.—(1) The trader must reimburse all payments, other than payments for delivery, received from the consumer. (5) If the contract is a sales contract and the trader has not offered to collect the goods, the time is the end of 14 days after— (a) the day on which the trader receives the goods back, or (b) if earlier, the day on which the consumer supplies evidence of having sent the goods back. (6) Otherwise, the time is the end of 14 days after the day on which the trader is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw the offer or cancel the contract, in accordance with regulation 44. So pay up now, before we move things any further down the legal road and I start claiming compensation for my time plus credit card interest charges.

Previous Review The process to replace my phone has taken way too long. As I am writing this review payment has been charged to my credit card however I am yet to receive confirmation that my phone has been dispatched. I am never able to speak to someone when calling the Customer Services line, it's constantly engaged!! This has resulted in sending emails which are never answered by the same person and on a number of occasions I've had to re-explain why I am emailing....very frustrating!! I've never experienced such shocking customer service and will never use this service again...… Response Hello Matthew, Your credit card was charged as you paid for a repair that was not covered under warranty. Our phone lines can get busy at times, however, you can also email and receive a response within 24 hours. When emailing in, any issues update on your order so each member of staff can see what has happened on your order. Your feedback has been taken on board. Kind Regards Quick Mobile Fix The response above proves the complete disfunction in the company.... 1). The payment I made was not for a repair, it was made to pay an additional sum of money to purchase a replacement phone for the one I previously sent back. I had to explain this in my constant emails back and forth to customer services... 2). Your phone lines are always busy it doesn't matter what time of the day I call. You should at least install a call waiting system, your telephone infrastructure quite obviously can't cope or your Customer Services team are extremely under resourced. As I am writing this I still haven't had notification that my replacement phone has been dispatched....

I've been waiting for my phone almost 2 weeks and still haven't received it. I've sent several emails and after asking for a refund they just keep saying that the item will be delivered in 5-7 days. Terrible customer service, don't even thin think on buying from them! I'm still waiting for a proper answer and my money back!

I received a faulty phone, which was returned back. You received it last Monday but I am still waiting for a refund. Was advised there is a 10-14 day policy for refunding, but that is ridiculous when it is not the customers fault the company sent a phone that does not work. Very disappointed with all aspects of customer service throughout, therefore would not recommend

Phone was badly damaged then didn’t have a replacement. Waiting 14 working days to get my money back is a joke!

Hello, We refunded the order as you were not happy with the condition of the phone, although you paid for a handset that will have markings on the back cover. We advised you to return it however, we were unable to get a better-conditioned handset in the category you purchased. Refunds take 10-14 days to process. Kind Regards Quick Mobile Fix

Heard nothing from the company, had to chance where mine my phone was. After tracking it myself the company had it quoted it 50% less than online even though it had been serviced.

was offered £37 for my phone. Money i received was HUGELY different - only £2. When I queried this I was told that this is all they are now offering and that they had been in contact with me regarding this as it was scratched (it wasnt when I sent it), but they had not phoned me, or emailed me. When asked for the return of my phone I was told no. Will never deal with this company again!

First of all, I ordered a unlocked Samsung Galaxy S6, and I received a phone locked to 3 mobile. Having broken my old phone, I was at a loss as to what I would do as my phone is a core need for my job. I contacted your customer service team and they implied I was 'Lucky' to have gotten the phone so quickly in the first place, and that I would be required to figure out a way to send it back myself, and I had to print my own postage stamp, which would be fine if I had made the mistake however I have barely any time to see friends and family let alone figure out how to return an item that should have been right in the first place. I was appalled by the lack of care from your staff, as every time I emailed they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and I had to remind them each time of my particular query. I was offered nothing to apologise for the inconvenience, if anything this seems to happen quite a lot as your staff were so nonchalant about it. Very dissapointing as I am a paying customer and I've had to borrow phones/laptops/ipads from friends to even keep up with emailing you all and I was offered not even as little as an upgrade. I would have gotten a refund if I wasn't so desperate and who knows what sort of hassle that would have been. Very dissapointing.
