Ordered a phone sent one that the mic did not work to listen to music, replaced it after a 3 week wait with one that did not charge from the off. I thought all phones would have had basic checks to ensure they work. Now waiting for a refund for 3 weeks with no one responding to my emails.

I know your web site says 7 working days to receive your purchase but that timeframe is ridiculous if the phone is on the shelf surely it doesn't take someone 7 days to pick off the shelf I am still awaiting my phone and am disgusted at the lack of contact and light of time taken. Also bought a phone from you that was faulty and have to wait for 14 days for a refund you were quick enough at taking my money. The money that is outstanding is overdue your e-mail of the 05/05/2018 stated 10 to 14 days for refund it us now the 21/05/2018. You clearly do not care about your customers

Ordered a phone Nov 2017, arrived 10 days later and was faulty. Returned it and they took another month to send another...which was faulty. Was told on the phone I would get a refund so bought a phone elsewhere then they said because the first phone had been sent back over the 14 days return policy I wouldn't get a refund! Despite breaching all their delivery promises and both phones not being fit for purpose which uninformed them of via email a day after receiving them! Asked several times to separate to a supervisor, this was refused and just kept getting sent generic emails which was soooo frustrating!!! Eventually took the matter to small claims court and was refunded out of court once they had received the court papers!! I would have won at court and they realised that. Awful service.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a phone for my daughter's birthday. After repeated chasing and excuses - 'quality control issues', 'my order now on a priority list' etc etc the phone had not been dispatched within the promised dispatch timeframe. I subsequently cancelled the order and requested a refund (incidently I ordered another phone through Amazon marketplace which arrived in less than 24 hours!) Threee weeks later I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. I have now chased that several times too. Latest excuse 'unfortunately, there has been a system error and has not booked the refund correctly' This company is a shambles. AVOID.

Awful, will offer you half of the original value then take over two weeks to pay, wits I had used other sites I previously have used. You maybe get offered £10less but that’s what you get

Bought an iPhone 5 refurbished. It keeps buzzing on and off for no reason, the signal is awful - the battery dies around 10% and is very quick to lose charge overall. I told them I need a phone as I have a heart condition and no other way of calling for help and they told me to return it after telling me to make sure I was using a real apple charger! I was. Then it will take 7 working days or more! I'm stuck. Can't and won't use again. Poor after service

The whole experience was awful, to say the least. It took 17 days from the date my goods were received until payment was received. This was after 7 emails and 3 very long phone calls and 2 promises that payment had been made. I would not use this company ever again or recommend them to anyone. They need to take a good look at their customer service and make sure they keep to the website statement and name of QUICK.

I purchased a refurbished iphone 6 plus on the 30th of April, it arrived promptly which i was pleased about. However, after having used the phone for only a few hours, the phone started freezing for short periods of time. Throughout the week, the periods of time the phone would freeze for became longer and longer, so i decided to contact QMF. They told me to restart my phone, which i had obviously already tried. On saturday the 5th, my phone completely froze for six hours. On the following day, my phone screen froze and did not unfreeze at all, so i emailed the company once again and requested a refund or replacement. They asked me to remove any passwords or icloud accounts on the phone, and i said that i clearly could not do this as the phone screen was faulty and the phone was unusable, so i was asked to include the details in an email, which i did. They sent me a freepost label on tuesday and i sent the phone off on thursday due to post office hours. On monday, they told me they had recieved the phone and a replacement would be sent within 2-4 working days, and on tuesday emailed me to say that no testing or repairs could be done until i sent them my passwords as i had not removed my icloud and passwords, despite the fact i had included them already, and included them both on paper in the parcel. So i sent my passwords once again in an email and specified that i was not expecting a repair, i wanted either a refund or replacement, as i was well within the time limits for refund or replacement in their policies. It's now friday the 18th and i still have not received confirmation of dispatch, or recieved any updates about my order that i have not specifically asked for, despite being told i would be regularly updated with information. Overall, i think this company is dodgy and doesn't care about their customers. I feel that i've been ripped off and all i want is my money back or a working version of the phone that i paid for. I've been without any type of working mobile phone now for 13 days and i'm absolutely sick of waiting to receive decent customer service from this company.

They advertise 24/48 Hour turnaround on repairs. So far 8 days and I have been told 3 different stories. 5 days ago I was told it was fixed and would be with me in 24 hours. 2 Days ago I called up and was told it has been fixed and is being tested and it will be with me in 48 hours. Today - 8 days after receipt of the phone they tell me they are out of parts and the parts will take 7-10 days. Absolute liars. 3 completely different stories. Oh and if you telephone, except to be in a queue for 30 minutes. And I am still waiting for an explanation which has not come. I have asked for an explanation to receiving 3 different explanations and all I got was a standard email reply. Two of these pieces of information are in writing. Appalling Company, go anywhere else but here.

Misguided and needed to get outside agencies involved to get what my phones were worth, even tho they were in working order I was paid out for faulty phones.

My phone took over two weeks to arrive back to me and when i did my sim card was not returned with it. I tried to get this resolved and was told they had lost it and that i should contact my provider and get a replacement. Absolutely awful.

I strongly advice to read through all the 1 star ratings (and see how many of them there are and notice the anomaly of the proportion of 1 star vs. 5 star ratings) and think twice whether you want to risk it and use this company. Be prepared for huge delays, price cuts (if you are selling your phone to them), busy telephone lines, helpless templated e-mails and fights to get your devices and money back. If you decide to use this company: Pay by credit card or Paypal and have a paper trail of everything. Mentioning Citizen Advice, police or Customer Act 2015 to them does not help, you really have to do that before something happens. I got my money and phones back in 10 days since I finally escalated a process in Paypal. Before that, there were just "slight delays in transit", "your repair is being treated as a priority", "we have lost a button from your phone causing a delay" excuses for almost 10 weeks. That is far from quick mobile fix, if you ask me. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't escalate the process in Paypal.

Perfectly fine iPad. Once inspected was told it was faulty and given less for trade in. Customer services were very poor!! Would not use again. Crooks.

Sent iPhone over 2weeks ago still not got payment for the phone no one answeres phone when you try to ring really bad service they have basically stole my phone keep fobing me of over email saying our technician team will be in touch please do not use this company they are the worst out there stick to the big company’s u mite get a little less in wot u want for your phone but at least you get ur money these just rob you and now I’m gana have to take legal action to get my phone back so please everybody do not use this company you have been warned

I ordered a phone on the 1st of May, 17 days later and it still has not arrived after being promised it was to be shipped out yesterday. No company should ever send out automated responses but Quick Mobile Fix have sent me plenty! No email either about the 'quality checks' and the delay of my iPhone which I have still not received. They were amazing last year but have gone down hill ever since, do not recommend.

Absolutely disgusted by this company. I sent them my iPad and iPhone and have still not received my payment for them. I have been fobbed off AGAIN today by e-mail to say the they can confirm a payment has already been issued back into my account and should be cleared by the end of today or tomorrow at the very latest!! Oh really... how convenient to fob me off for a couple more days and then the weekend ... so I can then waste my time messaging you again next week to be told the same old rubbish. I have asked for my products to be returned to me because as far as I am concerned this is theft! You have my products and you have not stuck to your end of the agreement by paying what I am owed for them!! You advertise fast payments... really? So we have false advertising too! I will be taking legal action if my products are not returned! I expect a response as to when I will be receiving them and if I do not I will be contacting the appropriate people to take this further. I have been recycling my phones for years with all different companies offering the most competitive price at the time and have never had any issues! Wish now I had stuck to one of them and not given you a chance ! This is completely unnecessary and if you can not pay your customers what you offer then do not offer that service!

Appalling service phone broke and was under warranty. 11 weeks in total they had this phone. 1st time it was sent back with same fault. 2nd time confirmed they could not fix and were sending a replacement. Sent the same phone back . 3rd time I kept getting false promises so threatened with trading standards and opened a case with PayPal within the hour they replied and within a week I had a replacement phone. Do not let the good reviews outweigh the bad like I did. Horific service if you have a phone under warranty and it breaks. Think they thought I’d just go away. I don’t think so !
