After four days the phone had not arrived. I tried to phone for the next ten days or so and never got through once. I sent emails which were ignored, apart from advertising material. I had to threaten legal action before anything happened. Your customer service was appalling - non-existent - an d I would never buy anything from you again. I am still getting advertising material from you - please remove it

Was quoted £17.50 having made it clear that there were issues with the 'phone by selecting 'broken/damaged'. Then only got offered £2. Disappointed.

Hello, The condition of the phone is how we received it and this is why there was a reduced offer if you were unhappy with this you could have rejected the offer, however, you accepted the offer and the funds have now been processed. Kind Regards Quick Mobile Fix

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! I ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING AT USING THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHODDY WORKMANSHIP. I Purchased a device for videos & photo's of an upcoming holiday to Thailand I charged the phone for 10 hours as advised the phone turned on then on picking the language the screen went off. Once on holiday IO took the device to an apple retailer who said the screen was defected & battery was damaged I had these replaced on returning to the Uk I sent it back to quick mobile fix who contacted me saying I would have to pay for them to run diagnostics on the defect item they sent to me!! Or I could have it returned & be the initial £250 down with a broken device that somehow passed the third grade quality checks these con men claim they put the devices through. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a phone and after 3 weeks it still hadn't arrived even tho several emails and attempted phone calls (always engaged or they leave you hanging on the line.) Eventually I actually spoke to someone.(yes a real person NOT an automated voice recording) who fobbed my off with so many excuses it was ridiculous. I told him I wanted a full refund asap, he replied it would take 7 days. I can remember asking him to confirm this as 7 days was shocking as you've been in possession of my money as soon as I placed the order. Surprise surprise... no refund. I was then informed it takes 10-14 WORKING DAYS!!!! so quick recap.. we are approaching the 5th week where this so called company have had over £400 of my money. Absolute shambles. Please try elsewhere. I will take to the small claims court if not resolved this week.

Avoid this company. I purchased a phone from this company on the 23rd March. Despite taking my money immediately I never received the phone. I waited over 2 weeks and when I contacted them I was told it would be another 2 to 4 business days before the phone would be dispatched. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, which I was told would take 10 to 14 business days (why?). After this period and still no money I have exchanged multiple emails and have basically been fobbed off. Please never use this company. I wish I had read some of the reviews I have seen subsequently. I will be reporting this company to the authorities. This is a lot of money that I can not afford to do without.

The phone itself was fine but it was really frustrating trying to contact customer service. The customer service line would not ring during the company's office hours. When corresponding by email with the company my issue was not addressed directly and I kept getting different information. The courier company also did not leave a calling card causing problems with delivery.

You have kept my items that I have asked to have returned many times - my emails are now being ignored and I will be taking this matter further and I’m going to apply to small Claims court. All I want is my items back and you are not doing this.

I have been waiting for a refund for a phone I returned, because it was faulty, for over a month now and each time I ask where my refund is, considering the limit was 14 working days, you have said that it will take an additional 72 hours. I am very unhappy with this service as it should not have taken this long and now you are withholding my money when I have returned the device. I am out of pocket by over £400 now and have been for 6 weeks now. The telephone line is always busy so I cannot talk to anyone and the emails on the customer support appear to be automated as the same replies keep coming back. I have been assured that the money will be in my account and it is now. I am sick of waiting for my money. This company is a joke and I would not recommend to anyone to buy from them.

Ordered a phone, was assured this would be with me soon, delays due to quality controls. No communication from them, I had to do all the chasing. Eventually got so fed up I cancelled the order, now having to wait 10-14 working days for refund, yet they were quick in taking my money!! Not convinced they will voluntary refund

Last chance for money to be transferred into tomorrow or Otherwise we will have to come down as it can’t keep been an account error how comes you can’t do instant bank transfer? AVOID!! Shocking service for recycling your phone. Ignore the same day payment claim on their website. I’ve been waiting nearly 2 weeks.

Where to begin. You had my device for over 2months, which you did not fix. And you did not tell me what the fault with it was, after charging me more money for the privilege, which you were happy to chase for the payment, but when I wanted to speak to someone about the progress of the 'fix' you were none existent, the number never rang through so I could speak to someone, which makes me think there is a reason for that! The replies I received (when I eventually did) were generic, inaccurate and contained no useful information. I was also lied to, I was told that my device was fixed and was waiting to be dispatched, and then it wasn't fixed, 2months I was dragged along thinking my device was being or had been fixed. And when my device was finally returned back (unfixed) it is slightly damaged from the handling by the 'technicians' or whomever wasn't fixing it. So I have a slightly worse off device than where I began and am out of pocket with no information or solution to show for it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Any positive reviews did not have to deal with their customer service which is beyond awful. Their phone line and web chat are NEVER available and they take days to respond via email. They have had my phone for almost a month and have still not sent it back. All I needed fixed was a broken screen but they keep trying bill me for extra repairs I don't want and ignoring all the emails I send them. Look at all the other bad reviews

I have been sold a locked phone and I am now STRUGGLING with very poor customer service. Asking me my personal Apple ID details which is surely illegal !!! Have been promised many times someone will call back but no luck What’s next Quick mobile team??? Get my phone sorted !!!
