I sent my IPhone 6 over a month ago. I got an offer of £47 when I was quoted 118. I then chased this up as was desperate for the money. I was told it was being sent back but then after I complained they said they would revise my offer and t was low because it was locked. This was untrue as I unlocked it. Now over a month later they say they are still looking into it. Also, you cannot call their office as it’s constantly engaged. I finally spoke to someone who said they are looking into it but I have now seen online that lots of people are being scammed by them. I have now reported them to the police and Ombudsman

I ordered a refurbished phone on 8.4.18 as my teenage daughter travels home late had broken her phone. I received a faulty refurbished phone on 13.4.18. I rang on Saturday morning 14.5.18 and there was no reply - a recorded message saying that the office was open Saturday morning. I messaged on the Monday and received email advice, I tried it all and nothing worked. I gave up and decided to buy a refurbished phone from the high street where I could check it worked before parting with my money. It cost more but maybe this site is a case of "if it looks too good to be true ...." I sent the phone back on 19.4.18 and haven't heard anything about a refund yet. Very poor service

Took over two weeks for my phone to arrive , although very quick to reply to emails I felt excuses were being made. No one answers the phone when trying to call. All in all I feel the company name doesn’t reflect the service.

Haven’t received my money or device and it’s been 4 weeks keep getting told 3-5 working days still nothing it’s a shame really as I’ve been without a phone for ages now and could do with my money it’s the issue gets sorted and paid by Monday I’ll be fine but otherwise I’ll let fraud people deal with it as they said they can help. But I don’t want it getting to that situation

Received an offer, but when the phone was received, was informed the screen was broken. The phone sent was in excellent condition and sent in it’s original box inside a padded bag. Feeling ripped off. Rejected the derisory offer. Read all the glowing reviews, feeling cheated. If I get back the wrong phone I will be able to check as I have the paperwork and serial number from when it was purchased.

Useless they try to sell phones they don't have. Full of false promises now on day 15 and nothing. Reviewed on Facebook and was blocked from comments. Be very careful if you don't want to be out of pocket

I would not buy anything ever again from Quick Mobile Fix - we bought a refurbished phone in December for our son. In approx 18 weeks, we have only had a functioning handset for 10 weeks. I am very tired of getting no response or an automated response, empty promises etc. I have suggested a refund or upgrade (even suggested I would contribute) but no joy. QMF - I suggest you contact me as a matter or urgency. Because the phone line is always engaged, I have also offered to come to your office to collect the handset and discuss with one of your directors. Failing a satisfactory resolution I will be contact trading standards.

Had to chase up the payment twice. Then was told there was an error on the payments being processed on the Thursday (this was on the following Tuesday I was told) but yet they hadn’t reprocessed the payment until I asked for them to do so

I placed an order on the 10th of April for a black Iphone 6 and was told that most orders take 3-5 working days to be dispatched. It has now been 14 days since this order was placed it has still not even been dispatched. This phone was meant to be for my birthday, however because of this late delivery I had nothing to open on my birthday. In addition, I have since moved back to university and so asked for my shipping address to be changed, but got a reply saying that this was also not possible. On top of all of this, I got an email saying that the colour of my phone had to be changed to white. It's been two weeks now since placing the order and I am still waiting for it to even be dispatched, to my house, where I will then have to wait added time for it to be posted to my university. Huge inconvenience as my current phone is very quickly dying. Extremely disappointed in the service provided.

It has been now eight weeks since I sent you my iPhone for a warranty call. Also, it's been now 17 working days that you told me that you could not repair my phone and that you will send me a new one. You told me that my phone is treated as a priority, but I imagine we do not have the same definition of priority. I am now tired sending you email every week, as I am tired to use a spare phone while I paid almost 400 euros for a faulty phone. Could you please consider sending my phone and treating my demand as a priority? Also, as it has been eight weeks that I cannot use my phone because of your manufacturing mistake, I expect you to make me an offer. At this stage I am not happy at all with Quick Mobile Fix and I will not recommend your company to anyone.

I sold my IPhone 6s to this company 4 weeks ago and to date have not received the money they owe me, excuse after excuse lie after lie. I have several emails promising the cash will be in my account within 72 hrs. but it never arrives. I have phoned them lots of times to no avail. I have phoned them again to be told the emails they have sent are wrong and the money will again be in my account tomorrow which is what they say every time!! This company is making me ill the money is for my daughter medical bill so they have stolen my phone and not paid me as promised the money they owe me,. Do not use I have reported this to the authorities and the police who are going to investigate. you get no customer support with them and they talk to you like dirt, they do not phone you back when promised so please don't fall for that.

They received my phone on March 20. It is now April 24 and I haven't received it back. I only get standard responses asking for my passwords (which I have hesitantly given twice) or sating it will be 2-3 working days. The "customer service number" is jammed from 9-4 then goes to an automated message. I am really worried about my phone and personal data and have lost all trust in this company.

Its been 2 weeks since the order was placed, numerous emails with only the standard reply of " will be dispatched in the next 24-48 hours". have asked 3 times for someone to contact me direct by phone - NOTHING. They still have over £400 of my money, even though I asked for a full refund, and again NO RESPONSE from them. An absolute disgraceful customer service, and I intent to take this further with the Trading Standards tomorrow, and notify Trustpilot.
