I’ve returned my iPhone 6 3 weeks ago it was within the14days return and money back. But this did not happen. The reason for it’s return was it stopped charging. Quick mobile fix sent an email guiding me as to what I should remove of of the phone which I was unable to charge. The following instruction was to go on the internet, onto my iPhone and remove the iCloud, this I did by removing my iPhone 6 as instructed. Good, I thought as I’m not very familiar with technology, as I’m a disabled 71 year old pensioner, the iPhone was returned in its original packaging as requested. I waited , emailed Quick Fix Mobile as I’d heard nothing. They sent an email saying that the iCloud was still on the iPhone and requested my iCloud reference and password, my reply to them was, basically they were taking me for a fool and trying to get away with refunding my money. I since have heard nothing.

I bought a used iPhone from Quick Mobile Fix. If you are considering this, I do not recommend it. The phone took ages to deliver. I ordered it on Black Friday 2017 (admittedly, a busy time period). When I received it in early December (so about a month later), the screen was showing spots, so clearly not grade A. After calling customer service and sending in pictures, I returned it. It then took until January to actually get the phone back, which then seemed to be working fine. The screen started showing errors again in March. I contacted them again, was told to send it back again. I did get it back fairly quickly this time, but the screen clearly had not been fixed properly - it looked better, but still didnt work fully everywhere. This is where I demanded my money back as they were not able to repair it in two attempts. To this email I received an automatic reply saying "you are welcome". I cannot reach the phone support, despite trying all day, as it is a) always busy and b) shuts at 16:00. If they ever reply, I fully expect them to make more excuses. Summary: Bad product, totally unacceptable customer service.

I was robbed. I sent you Iphone 6 for recycling, on the website I got an offer of £20. since beginning of April I am asking you about my money. every time I ask i got the same answer: Thank you for your email. We did send you an offer. We have now resent this to:...... I have never received any offer from you on my email.

Unfair and I’ll-explained reduced quote on device. 2 weeks to dispatch returned device. QMF got the address wrong so I had to pick up device from delivery depot. Will never use QMF again, and will recommended to anyone else to do the same.

Very bad service, kept me waiting for 3 weeks to deliver the phone when phone was sent there was item missing!!!! And now still waiting for the item to be sent, I am returning the phone and want my money back asap

I ordered a phone on 13th March 2018, which arrived on 15th March. However, it did not work properly as there was no display on the screen. This was returned to you, which you confirmed receipt on 21st March. I was told that I would either have my phone fixed or a replacement sent out, which ever was the quickest. Despite numerous calls to you company confirming a replacement phone would be sent out, I didn’t receive a phone. On 10th April I cancelled the order, only to receive an email on 11th April from Tori to say a replacement phone would be sent out in three to five working days. I phoned your company and on my last conversation, with Lee, I was told that my phone needed complex repairs. I told him I have cancelled my order and want a refund. This I am still waiting for! Would I recommend Quick Mobile Fix? Definitely not, instead I am recommending Smart Phone Store, who managed to provide me with a working phone in less than 24 hours. I am expecting my refund by the end of the week. If this is not credited back to me, I will be contacting my credit card company to inform them that you have not refunded my money. They are aware of my complaint with you.

Ordered a refurbished black iPhone 6s on Friday 30th March. Allowed 5-7 working days for the phone to be sent however I never received it during this time. Contacted quick mobile fix asking what was going on, the reply was very unhelpful. A few days later (almost 2 weeks since ordering the phone), I emailed again complaining about this service and QMF replied explaining there was a delay on my order due to extra quality control checks but assured me the phone would be sent out within 1-3 working days. Still, have not received the phone or an email with any information regarding the whereabouts of my order and every time I call, the phone line is either busy or I was put on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up. Shocking service. Don't waste your time with this company!

I sent good condition phone wrapped in endless bubble wrap and in a tight box to this company to be told it had a crack and offered me £21. Its a con. I now have a worthless useless phone waiting to be sent to me. Never again will i send one back to sell. Its a con, company a sham.

A week after receiving my item I am still waiting for payment. Every email I sent has a different answer back. Tracked package was delayed. It is being processed. Payment is being made. Let me look into where your order is. Stay away from this company.

Worst company ever. Sent my phone in for repair in December...still haven't got it back. All I ever get is cut and paste emails saying waiting on stock (same email each time) when I phone them I am on hold for about 45 minutes before I give up. If anyone has given this company 5 stars they have been paid to do so

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. First of all the communication is utterly appalling from Quick Mobile Fit and secondly sending the phone to this company in excellent condition in working order then trying to say the loudspeaker wasn’t working correctly which it is. Online I was offered £103 then it changed to £49. This company will stitch people up to make a quick buck. Avoid with all costs.

Ordered an iPhone 7 128gb wishing to return it but can not get a return label emailed to me. It clearly states in the terms and conditions I should have received 1 in the confirmation email but never did. Phone number is useless always busy or just cuts off just get an automated email back saying about delivery and not as seeing my question. Will be taking to small claims if nobody send me my return label through email

Ipad sent for fixing. Company asked for confirmation of ipad passcode, I have provided this on several occasions but keep receiving an automated email requesting confirmation of the passcode. I have constantly tried to call the contact telephone number provided by the company 0208 5000308 and it is persistently engaged???!!!!! Very frustrating and concerning. I have now sent x2 emails requesting that they call me but am yet to hear anything! I do not want to receive another automated email, I would like the courtesy of someone calling me on the number I have provided in my emails.

Ordered a refurbished phone for my daughter for christmas. She used the phone for about 3 hours on 'Christmas day and then lines appeared on the screen and the phone could not be operated. Returned the phone to Quick Mobile Fix, It was repaired and returned, unfortunately the same problem arose a week or so later. Again we returned the phone under instruction from Q.M.F. This time they replaced the phone with a similar model. Now just after 2 months the battery has begun to swell and the screen has started to rise and come detached from the unit. I have tried to ring Q.M.F. numerous times but can never get through. The only way to contact them is via email. they have requested that I return the phone to them as before. Have lost all confidence in this company and would really like a full refund at this stage. I am so frustrated at this stage.

Refurbished iPhone 6 ordered 26.03.18 and payment taken immediately by Quick Fix Mobile with quoted 5 to 7 working days delivery. This is for my 12 year old daughter who saved all her birthday money to get a new phone. Today (16.04.18) we still have no phone, no update to order and more than 10 'standard' email replies from QFM (e.g. "Unfortunately, we have not yet dispatched your device. We can confirm that we will be dispatching your device as soon as we can."). Phone line is a farce - either busy or on hold for 10+ minutes - absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone. If I don't receive a useful reply that relates directly to my order and with a guaranteed delivery date I am going to contact the ombudsman and potentially the police if necessary.
