2 weeks after ordering, I am still waiting for my phone. I have emailed five times - and got back the same response email bar one, which told me there was a delay. I have called multiple times for the phone to tell me to ring during working hours when it WAS working hours. I have spent £170 on products from this website yet their customer service is TERRIBLE. All they clearly care about is the money, they take it and then just leave you hanging. I can't understand why so many people have supposedly written such great reviews, they were the reason why I used this website, yet are they fake???!! I am a STUDENT, I cannot afford to be out this amount of money without the product which I have ordered. I have reported this website to the trading standards and they will have to be prepared because I am not the only one. Please get my phone to me. Order ID159656

Was given a price of 211 for my old phone so I sent it in. Heard nothing for over 2 weeks and then received an email saying I had been given 108 for the phone which I wasn't happy with. If I had been given the chance I would have taken the phone back. Would not recommend and will never use them again.

AVOID Sent my phone in for repair- they had it for four months!!! Emailing them every day getting the same copy and paste response I said "where is my phone, send it back to me! I receive my phone back and the back panel hasn't been attached. When I email them to ask why they have shipped me back My phone...wait for it...I get this email " Adam (Quick Mobile Fix) Apr 21, 12:07 BST Good morning James, You had requested to have your device sent back. Kind Regards Adam Quick Mobile Fix" In what world would I want it back broken. By the way, when I sent it to them the back panel was not removed, they have opened my phone and not even sealed it back together before shipping it back I will update you guys as to whether they refund me but so far they haven't even OFFERED

I ordered an iPhone 6 & paid £219.00 (a weeks wage) when it arrived it wouldn't power up! So I sent it back & waited patiently for it to be replaced. After 2 weeks without a phone, it eventually arrived, and again it wouldn't power up. I am furious & extremely upset! I have rang some 66 times & get no answer or cut off....I have also emailed asking for a refund. Not only that, now the phone is being sold at £169.99 & the iPhone 6s is £219.00. I will never use this company again & im waiting for my full refund.

Still have not rectified my problem having an isssue in getting any response from the company via email and or phone (number on website not working) and email replies are not relevant to my question and all started off with receiving a NON WORKING PHONE! Disgusted with the service and will be going throught the finical ombudsman to get this resolved.

I was offered a deal of £216 for three phones. After sending them off my offer was changed to £208 as I was informed one of the phones was not unlocked. Straight away I contacted O2 and they really-checked and unlocked the phone on the same day. I then e-mailed back to inform this had been done. Then I was told it was being looked into and I chased for weeks until finally being told I had excepted the lower offer so nothing could be done. This was incorrect, at no point had I accepted the lower offer. I feel I am still owed £8, a small amount I know but out of principle I feel I should be paid it.

I ordered a refurbished phone from Quick Mobile Fix and after waiting two weeks for the order to be delivered I cancelled and purchase the phone from another firm. When I tried to cancel they suddenly shipped the order, so upon receipt, I took the unopened parcel back to their offices in person and requested a full refund, they advised the refund would take 2 days, after chasing they advised all refunds take 10 to 14 days to process (despite me taking the phone back in person). Now after 16 days Quick Mobile Fix have confirmed they have a system error in the Finance Dept and the refund will take another 2/3 days. If I were you and require an honest and fair customer experience I would most definitely use another firm.

You send your phone in for repair, takes them 4 months and they actually BROKE my fingerprint scanner. After which point they simply referred me to their terms and conditions which state, we may break your phone even more but are not responsible. They run a very strong campaign of fake reviews and fake customers doing videos but the real customers all leave 1 star AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don’t use this company, ordered a phone which to-date have never received. All you get is excuses as to why it hasn’t been sent. They take the money straight away but you never get the phone. You can’t contact them the phone line is always busy even if you try all day. Disgusting treatment. I am contacting PayPal to get a refund.

Offered me a good price for a trade in so I went with them. They then offer you 50% less saying it's in poor condition which is not the case when the phone is virtually brand new. Waste of time!

ordered my phone ,paid for it waited 10days no phone .Would not reply to emails told me it was on its way ,Could not get them on the phone always engaged 10 days no response Got in touch with paypal they took up my case got a full refund Do not use quick mobile they are rubbish Dont pay by credit card use Paypal this way you get some protection this company should be investigated DONT USE!!!!!
