You failed to pay me for the iPhone5S I sent to you in March and with four promises that the payment was on its way to my account I think you are nothing but a bunch of liars, cheats and charlatans. My report to Trust Pilot will I hope deter others for making the same mistake i made. Perhaps I should contact BBC Watchdog who may wish to follow this up to expose you as "rogue Traders".

Very poor service Bought a locked phone on 30 March (when it should have been unlocked ) and I am struggling big time with Customer service. Still no phone a month later. No follow up, nobody cares

It took 4 weeks from sending my phone to you before I received any money. Your phone was consistently off the hook. Emailed replies were by somebody different everytime and they never read the previous correspondence. Overall pretty bad customer service, only plus point was I eventually got paid.

Ordered Class A 'Pristine' full package Iphone 7 on 7th April. Payment was taken on the 7th April as order was confirmed. On 16th April I asked when it would be dispatched. Promised 1-2 days. Emailed them again 23rd April. They promised it had been prioritised for dispatch. Another email asking for confirmation of dispatch or I will cancel order on the 24th. Another delaying tactic response saying it will be dispatched in 24-48 hours! 28th April another email saying it has been prioritised. I emailed them on 28th stating i had enough excuses and I cancelled order and requested refund. Sunday 29th confirmation that they had my cancellation request and it would be dealt with on Monday 30th. Surprise surprise nothing received. Emailed them this morning stating this is not acceptable. They emailed back confirming cancellation and the refund would be processed 10-14 working days!!!!!!! They have had the money since 7th April. That would be 6 weeks in total if they take as long as they promise. I have stated that this is not an acceptable timeline and that I am now this afternoon going to pursue through credit card issuer. I am also going to contact consumer advice and watchdog and perhaps i might also contact FCA re their CCL. Being perhaps cynical this company is overtrading and seemingly selling high value products they dont have then holding the funds as long as possible. There is no other conclusion to draw. My advice is DO NOT BUY product or service from this company.

Still awaiting dispatch of order 160605. Ordered on the 15th April and phone not delivered in 5 - 7 working days as advertised. After two phone calls promising to prioritize my order it has still not been shipped. Do not recommend this company.

Awful communication,would not use this company again,no message to say my phone had been received,and literally had to chase them for the money. A month later I got my payment,not good at all

I was quoted around £60 and when you received my phone I was only given £20. The phone had a screen and case protector and was in perfect condition. I don’t believe £40 should have been deducted.

DO NOT BUY FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX! AVOID THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! I also bought a refurbished iphone 7 in PRISTINE condition (the most expensive iphone7 on their offer). After three weeks wait and lots of chasers I finally received device, which only looked like in pristine condition. The battery and touch screen were faulty. I had the same problems as other client.The touch screen kept freezing over and over again to the point that I had to force it to shut down in order to get it to work again. Also often touch screen was far too sensitive.I've been calling and been emailing them for weeks about it and again the same experience as other customers - they kept coming back with generic default answers, and their phone line is always engaged and simply doesn't work on Saturdays within their working hours. No money back after over six weeks since I bought device - and exactly 14 working days since they confirmed they received back faulty device. I still have got no refund. The way they operate and treat customers is a joke! I'm going to be reporting them to the Ombudsman as other customers. I have no more patience...AVOD QUICK MOBILEFIX!!!

After 9 working days and escalation to claim with PayPal the phone arrived. Duff battery only lasts 7 hours on standby. Apple Store diagnostics suggest not an Apple battery likely cause as it does not register on their software or iOS 11 software battery Condition. I notice the Company's Trust Pilot Review site has been removed in last few days, it was full of adverse reviews. Horror stories on this review site speak for themselves. Send it back for repair after reading them?

You do have a warranty on the phone so if you are experiencing any issues you can return the phone for free using our free postage label and we can get this resolved. We do advise on the website that these are refurbished phones and if any parts are changed they are changed with grade A parts of the same quality and capacity. Could never speak to anyone lines always engaged. Emails never properly replied to. Stated couldn’t get into my phone when I finally received it back I managed to straight away. Tlll too long and now I have lost value on my phone to sell again

No one told me how long it would take to deliver. It was a gift to my daughter and it missed window before she flew off home. Impossible to reach anyone on your phone lines. Never will use you again

DO NOT BUY FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX. I bought a refurbished iphone 7 from them and the battery and touch screen are rubbish. The touch screen keeps freezing to the point that I have to force it to shut down in order to get it to work again. I've been emailing them for weeks about this and it's very frustrating because they keep coming back with generic answers, and their phone line is always engaged. They are unable to fix phones and ensure they are still waterproof, which was the reason I went with the iphone 7, and they can't even confirm if it was waterpoof at point of sale. I want my money back or I'm going to be reporting them to the onbudsman.

I received my iPhone after 2 weeks wait. The battery is no good and I receive a generic charger instead of a genuine one. The information they gave me as it relates to making the battery last longer doesn't work, bottom line, the phone which they sent me is total rubbish. I need a new phone or my money back.

This email is to confirm your recent order. Date 03/12/2018 Thank you for your recent purchase. Most UK orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days but we aim to dispatch quicker. Ordered 12/3/18, still not received phone or refund. Utterly shocking service, currently £200 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs!
