Was only paid half what i was offered despite phone being in perfect condition....very poor service

Hello William, The condition of the phone is different to what you booked in this is why there was a reduced offer if you were unhappy with this you could have rejected the offer, however, you accepted the offer and your order has now been processed. Ordered iPhone 6s Plus on 30th April for my sons 21st birthday called them after 8 days to see where the phone was and was told it would be dispatched that day or the next day at the latest, after the 3rd call to them they said they would look into when it was going to be sent and would ring me back. When they rang me back I was told that they did not even have the phone I ordered in stock but could send me a white one instead, I declined the offer and was promised a space grey one would definitely be dispatched on the 14th may, it never got sent and I opened a PayPal Dispute. Received my refund today which was surprising quick, that’s the only good thing I can say about this company

IPhone 6 for sons birthday, ordered in good time, yet delivered well after his birthday. Phone would not work, they said re-boot the handset (which I had obviously done already, but why should I have too when purchasing a 'working and tested product'). As they were not very helpful I took to a local shop that fixes phones and it seems the wifi ariel within the phone was faulty. Cost me £30 to have the internal ariel replaced. Avoid this company you may have a delayed delivery of a faulty device. Looking at other reviews I wish I'd checked others reporting on this sham of an outfit ! Dean

Hello Dean, We are sorry you received your order faulty, we do carry out quality control checks before sending the orders, however, we do provide a 12-month warranty so if you do experience any issues you can return the phone. The only reliable thing with this company is that they take your money promptly.They do not answer emails, they do not answer their phones. When you do actually speak to someone they are always looking into it. They do not get back to you. I'm still waiting for a refund. I will not use or recommend them.

I placed 2 orders. I didn't receive the phone for one order and the phone I did receive is faulty. I have sent numerous e-mails to your company asking for instructions on how to return the faulty phone and get a refund but you continually ignore my email requests and send standard responses with no acknowledgement of my complaint. I have started a section 75 claim with my credit card company. I will not use your company again and would not recommend you.

This is probably the worst website from which you can buy a refurbished iPhone. Had a terrible experience with them and especially with their customer service. Never in my life I had to deal with such an awful customer service. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. DO NOT use this service. I have been asking for a refund for the past week sending many emails and once on the phone, never had an answer.

Phone faulty. works fine then powers down and requires reboot to bring back power. Very difficult to get an answer on the Help number.

Feeling much the same as other negative reviewers. Phone was sent in over 2 weeks ago, it took a ten days to advise that payment would be arranged within 72 hours. Would say "quick" isn't a good choice of brand name....It has now been a week and I am also left wondering if I have been robbed...

Posted phone in weeks ago,confirmed lost by Royal Mail. Despite many emails,Quick Mobile fix will not provide me with information on how to claim on their insurance. Avoid this company at all costs.

Took over a month to receive payment for selling my phone. The response to my many emails were very vague with incorrect timescales and promises. Wrote complaint email which didn’t address anything I outlined and did not receive any sort of reassurance or compensation for all of the inconvenience and stress caused. Would never recommend this company to anyone and will surely never be using it again.

I have been trying to get my money they have had my phone for nearly 2 months. I can't get through to them as the number is constantly engaged, I can't go on Facebook as they have blocked me and have promised my money would be in my account. I have proof and they are now of breach of contract as per their T&Cs. I can also see other people online having problems with not getting their phones or money and they even have got TOWIE people to lie for them and bloggers like Dolly Bow Bow. This cannot be allowed to happen and I have now had to file a theft claim with the police and lodge a complaint with trading standards.

There was no explanation as to why my phone was worth £10 rather than the quoted £44. I tried to decline the offer but this wasn’t straightforward, presumably on purpose. The offer was accepted although I dont think I did accept it, and then customer services weren’t at all helpful and I couldn’t resolve it. All in all, it didnt feel v professional and I’d go to a more reputable company next time.

Placed order on the 29/04/18, still not dispatched 6 days later. Cancelled order & still not received refund!! Will not be using this company again!! I expect refund asap or I will be taking this further!! Avoid with all costs!!!!

Well I am still absolutely outraged with this awful company. The customer service is just the worst I have ever experienced. I am still waiting for an actual human to contact me to tell me when the correct phone I have ordered will be sent out to me. My initial order was placed in March!!! I keep getting the most useless automated emails that are clearly not from an actual person. Each email asks me again to explain my problem and someone will get back to me asap. Then then next email says exactly the same thing - and so on and so on. I still cannot phone because the phone is either permanently engaged or no one answers. You have my phone number, you have my email address and seriously if you are not aware of my problem by now after weeks and weeks of emails then I don't know what to say!! I will never use this company again. They are more than happy to deal with you to take your money but as soon as there is a problem they don't want to know. Absolutely shocking. Please please can someone just give me an answer to my question which is when is my correct phone going to be sent to me?? Is that so hard??
