DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO THEM. I SENT A BRILLIANT WORKING SAMSUNG PHONE AND THEY ARE NOW CLAIMING IT BROKE IN TRANSIT THEREFORE WILL NOT PAY MY THE MONEY I WAS OFFERED. The customer service is shockingly poor, i have called multiple times to be told line busy then it hangs up, the few times i have called i have been put on hold for over 30 mins, some which end in a hang up so i cant even talk to anyone. I have emailed with no response etc... Worse company service i have ever received - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Within 16months had 2 issues on my iPhone 6s which I paid a lot of money for. Because the second issue was over the one year warranty I took to Apple store and was told the iPhone 6s is not genuine, the imei series number and Apple logo and the parts. Stay away from this company!!!

Did not get any money paid into my account. So they have the phone and I am still waiting for a credit to my account. Can't think of a worse result.

I received my so called grade a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge which switched off after a few hours and wouldn't switch back on and it had a crack on the camera lens and the customer service is very poor sent 2 emails no reply I phoned and was told I would receive an email with instructions on how to send the phone back no reply. Avoid this shabby company buy from a reputable company.

Very poor craftsmanship and service. "Factory Reconditioned" iPhone fell apart in 90 days, and instantly without looking at the phone deemed it "accidentally broken". The internal clips that hold the screen on broke into two, and the battery was not properly secured. Would not refund or repair. I would never do business with this company in the future. This is after the horrible delivery around Christmas time, took over a month to ship 45 miles. Read all of the reviews before thinking of wasting your money with this company .

I would strongly not recommend using this company. I order a refurbished samsumg s7 edge phone from this company paid 280.00 and not work from the day I received it.ive emailed messaged and rang for days with there phones constantly ingaged or busy please wait someone will be shortly waiting for 10 to 15 mins before I gave up waiting wasting more money on phone calls so I strongly wouldn't recommend quick mobile fix

The phone had loads of faults & I had to jump through so many hoops to get the phone sent back! And I am STILL waiting for my refund! I sent the phone back weeks ago & have heard nothing! Won't be using your company again!!

Ordered and paid for a phone 16 days ago on a Wednesday. They took payment on the Thursday and then nothing. I chased them after a week and received a cookie cutter reply saying they aim to ship in 5 - 7 working days. I messaged them again after 9 days and was told my order was due for shipment in 1 - 3 working days and they had prioritised my order. I waited 3 working (5 normal) days and messaged them again and was told they were looking into my order for an update. 24 hours later and I've heard nothing. No refund, no dispatch, no contact what so ever.

Did not get the phone I ordered and the company did not refund me my money. Instead, kept getting automated replies. Thank god I paid through PayPal or else they would’ve kept my £409.99 pounds

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Sold my phone for an agreed price of £103... After an assessment from QMF they gave me a revised offer of £49 which I declined straight away. I never received the my phone back and have not headed anything back from them since even though I was told they would get in touch. Tried calling on various occasions and the line always says busy!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!

Your company is shockingly poor. Not only did you fail to send a phone that works, you do not answer the phone and you have now on at least 6 occasions said you would return my money and nothing has come. 17 April - It will then be tested and then refunded.The time scale for this process can take up to 10-14 working days. 30 April - It has now been cancelled and a refund will be processed within 10-14 working days. 18 May - I have passed your details onto the finance department for investigation. You should see the funds within the next 72 hours. 21 May - I have looked into your order and see there has been a delay on the refund, unfortunately, there has been a system error and has not booked the refund correctly. We have forwarded your information to the finance department to correct this and the funds will be in your account within 72 hours 21 May - I can confirm a payment has already been issued back onto your account and should be cleared by the end of today or tomorrow at the very latest. 23 May - Your refund is currently being processed and you will see the funds shortly 23 May - Your order has been fully refunded and you should see the funds within 24 hours 24 May - I can confirm a payment has already been issued back onto your account and should be cleared by the end of today or tomorrow at the very latest. 24 May - Please check your bank by the end of the day tomorrow. It should also be noted I have asked a manager to call me three times and no-one has called.

Horrendous experience! Paid £420 for a phone which never arrived. Was fobbed off with various emails telling me not to cancel as my device would be sent out “soon”...soon never came so I cancelled. Upon cancelling i was told I wouldn’t get my refund for 10-14 days. How can a company justify keeping someone’s money for up to 2 weeks when they haven’t fulfilled their side of order. 11 days after cancelling, QMF decided to ship the phone out to me anyway even though they knew I didn’t want it. Told me if I wanted my money back i’d have to return it and then wait ANOTHER 10-14 days. After a lot of arguing, the customer service manager rang me back and told me he’d ensure i’d be refunded in the original time frame...I wasn’t. Had to make a lot of threats of small claims courts but I finally got my money back. Check other review sites and social media, especially Twitter to see what fraudsters these guys are. I have made official an complaint to action fraud and trading standards, as have many others. I advise anyone affected by this dodgy company to do the same so they can be shut down.

Stay away from this lot, they're either dishonest scammers or just plain inept. I ordered a good condition iPhone 7 on March 1st. According to their own definition this would mean a device with some marks on the back and sides but nothing that wouldn't be covered by a case. What I received was a phone in poor condition with a hastily-applied and very bubbly screen protector installed. On removing this I discovered that the screen was badly scratched, chipped and had a bright spot indicative of the digitiser being damaged. This was despite one of their "quality control" stickers. I returned the phone for and asked for a refund, which I was promised on March 13th after they confirmed receipt of the returned phone. What followed was a month of excuses and apologies but no actual refund. In the end I issued an ultimatum threatening to recover the money via my credit card company if they failed to pay up. This was ignored. I approached my credit card company and they recovered the money on my behalf. Presumably had I not taken this action they would have continued to withhold payment. I can see from other reviews that I'm not alone here.

THIS COMPANY AND ITS WORKERS ARE BIG TIME SCAMMERS. I AM SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST IT BECAUSE I PURCHASED A PHONE IN THE AMOUNT OF £400. THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER IT WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AND THEY DID NOT. I TRIED CALLING THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER AND USING THE CHAT BUT NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. AFTER A MONTH OF THEM MAKING EXCUSES FOR THE DELAY AND PROMISSING THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED IN 24H, I QUIT WAITING AND CANCELLED THE UNFULFILLED ORDER. THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE UP TO THREE WEEKS FOR THE REFUND TO BE IN MY ACCOUNT. IT HAS BEEN TWO AND HALF MONTHS AS OF THIS DATE AND THEY STIIL HAVE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY. I HAVE LOST COUNT OF THE TIMES THEY HAVE GARANTEED (UNAPOLOGETICALLY) THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS. SHAMELESS SCAMMERS!
