Ordered phone nearly 4 weeks ago, money taken but no phone received. Customer service is non existent. Cannot get through on phone. Standard emails sent each time you complain, stating delivery will be in 2-4 days. Email then sent stating phone would be delivered the next day, followed by email an hour later to say it wouldn’t. Email sent saying phone has been delivered.....it hasn’t.

The phone isn’t charging. It can be on charge using a proper Apple charger and will only be at 9% after ten hours. I would appreciate a new phone sent ASAP.

What has happened? I have been very patient and been waiting four weeks now to receive a replacement for a faulty phone that was under warranty. These reviews are correct there's no reply on their phone line constantly engaged and there are lots of generic email responses. I genuinely wish they could sort themselves out because they used to be a great business to deal with, I've bought several phones from them over the years but I'm at my wits end with them right now. I have no option but to take legal action if I do not get a replacement phone by Monday. Come on Quick Mobile Fix sort this out.....

This is the most disorganised mickey mouse company I have ever had to deal with online. My phone was ordered a month ago, they sent me a locked phone, it took them over a week to acknowledge it had been returned and I am still waiting for the replacement phone. Every single email is replied to with a vague 'sorry for your inconvenience' message and doesn't address the problem. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to their customer service line as it is always engaged. If you do manage to get through you are kept holding for ages and then no help is offered by the person you get to speak to. They just repeat over and over we are sorry for your inconvenience. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade. I am contacting the online retail ombudsman to lodge a complaint. If you are reading this review PLEASE don't use this company!!!

The phone is great, however you really need to improve on service delivery, it’s shocking, all reviews say good phones but getting them is terrible, when asked your colleague, was told it’s a blip, however I experience first hand as a new customer that it was not true what your colleague said, which is a shame as it lets your company down

bought a phone (didn't work) returned 2 days later..... but signed for 1 day after posting and didn't acknowledge receipt for a week then kept getting automated messages saying" wait 10-14 days for a refund" kept receiving this till nearly a month passed so passed to Paypal

1 star only due to the fact you cant put "0" Absolute jokes and rip of merchants! Sent my phone through dpd next day delivery in original packaging plus wrapped in a load of bubble wrap, and into other packaging! Only for them to try and tell me my phone is broke and now offering me a pathetic amount! DO NOT SEND YOUR DEVICES IN TOO THESE PEOPLE THAT LIE AND RE SELL YOUR PHONE WITH MORE THAN ENOUGH PROFIT ON TOP OF THE FEE YOU RECIEVE OF THEM

We found your device to have a scratched screen, and it is unlikely this happened in transit. Really poor service from this company, firstly when I made my purchase from their website I was advised the phone would be shipped within 24 hours. After a week I got an email saying due to their high QC controls the shipment had been delayed another 2 to 4 days. When I tried to cancel the order they suddenly shipped the product and said I could not cancel. so once I received it I returned it in person to their offices and waited for email confirmation they had received it. You therefore have expected me to have received my refund within a couple of days, they have advised they will take 10 to 14 days. What an absolute pill of very poor customer experience/journey. I would never use this firm for anything if I was you.

As you will see below I have already posted a 1 star review. I am continuing to email the customer services team but have still had nothing apart from an automatic email response that is not addressing my specific requirements, and no one has called me to discuss my case as I have requested in each email as your phone lines are constantly engaged. The phone I have received is neither the one I ordered nor the one you said you were going to send me (because the one I ordered and PAID for was actually not available - after waiting for two weeks for you to tell me this). Why is it that someone can respond to all these reviews so quickly and yet when there are genuine complaints no one seems to be able to do anything about it. It is a shame as when my father first used this company he was raving about how good you were which is why I ordered from you. This has not been a good experience for me. Still a very un-happy customer.

Sold as Unlocked!! Countless attempts to get unlocked ignored .Can't contact by phone or live chat. Emails keep asking what the issue is even though all information given in Email. Over a month later still trying to get Phone unlocked . Will never use this site again !!

No sign of repaired phone, no way of contacting to find put what is happening. Advertised live web chat and contact numbers do not work, and email responses are automated templates that do not answer your questions.... truly awful which is a shame as first time around the servicd was first class

Good morning Nick, Unfortunately, the device we received was not in the condition you stated when you placed your order online, and we found various faults (screen scratched, small chip on the screen, home button scratched). I ordered a Samsung S5 mini (gold) at the end of March. It said it was available on line. They took my order and payment. 2 weeks later I get an email saying it is not in stock and can they send me a black one instead. I agreed. Then another week later a very badly damaged Blue one appears! I am now struggling to get any response (other than automatic email responses) to resolve my issue. I cannot get through on the phone as it is always engaged. I think it is disgraceful that they can advertise one thing and then send you something completely different and in a bad condition. I am still awaiting resolution for this issue and will be posting bad reviews until someone contacts me to sort it out.

I ordered an iphone 7 plus of this website nearly a month ago and still haven't received it . I email them every few days and I'm keep being told the device will be dispatched 'soon' . Very very disappointed as I bought it for my sisters birthday a month in advance and it hasn't arrived..

I bought an I phone 7 plus on the 3rd of March and still haven't received it. I have phoned them 20 odd times and they're always engaged, I got through once and was told I would have the phone after the Easter break .....guess what still nothing.I received an e mail on the 7th April that my device would be shipped no later than Tuesday and once again nowt. Please don't use this company its not worth the hassle

I bought a mobile under warranty and sent it back for repair over three weeks ago. It is still within the warranty period. It's a small fix the cover lens has come off the camera. Customer Service is impossible to get hold of, the phone line is constantly engaged and I have received spam circular emails in response to my questions asking where my phone has got to. I have bought several phones from Quick Fix over the years and been a loyal customer. I am not sure what has happened recently??? Or what is being done to fix my phone???!!!! I will be happy to change this review to a 5 if someone would please call me and tell me my phone is fixed and it is on it's way back to me.....

- Worst customer service available. - Automated 'sorry' Emails. - No functioning phone line 'busy' / 'now closed' Any "Anonymous" reviews appear to have been published and replied to by QMF themselves to boost their 5star vs 1 star ratio, which is more time than they have for real customers. ID 153522 Date of purchase 06 march 2018 Product not as described, returned immediately and now (10 Apr) I have no replacement and a trail of promises without action. Anyone looking to use them - don't. Anyone that works there please answer the phone and explain yourselves, you have an email with my contact details available.

I was provided with a faulty handset and so returned it immediately. After 18 days of back and forth emails which consisted of them continuously advising me that there were going to be further delays in shipping out my replacement handset, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. Although they respond to emails within 24 hours, they do not actually respond to the content of your email, rather they just respond with generic emails which state that they are experiencing delays. I am very disappointed with my experience.

ID156025 ordered and delivered but worse condition than described so sent back the phone delivered back to you 7:34am on 31/3/2018 i have tracking ref and proof of delivery - had email saying no record of phone been delivered even though Royal mail tracking shows it delivered back to qucikmobilefix offices ID 156473 ordered 22 march - still not delivered today 6th april at 17:19 I had an email on the 28 march at 08:59 by adam stating the phone would be dispatched no later than by the end of the week but still no phone delivered tried ringing but always engaged tried emails - only get an email back asking what is the problem from somebody different never the same person no one deals with the problems how do i get some service ??? - actually what i want is someone to actually deal with the problems instead of generic emails from different people asking me what the problem is I advise to avoid I have cancelled my order ID 156473 today and as I have not received the phone the refund should be immediate ?? Update 10 apr - new email at 08:17 this morning asking for a link to the upgrade phone i want so they can work out how much i need to pay - really??? Come on are you really that useless ???? 9 apr - still no refunds but had 2 emails today 1) saying will look into it 2) an hour later asking me for payment - for what - I'm cancelling not ordering another phone - really ???
