Sent my sevice for a replacement screen which i was told they had allready only to be waiting 6 weeks. Having exchanged over 20+ emails and no responce on calls i can only advise people to source rapairs elsewhere. My conclusion can only be incompetance. For the record my order number was 150379.

I bought a phone 2 months ago , it was not working , I returned it , they said they fixed it and sent it back to me with the same problem. I returned it to them by registered post , I had confirmation that they received it on the 27th March, they said they did not receive it and fobbed me off with preset emails. They admitted they have the phone yesterday and again are sending me irrelevant emails. They do not answer their phone, do not buy from them

They constantly lie to you. They are not reliable so it's better to find another service because trust me you'll regret using this one. Don't fall for the false advertisement.

Bought a refurbished phone in January, which stopped working within a few days of receiving it. Returned it using their returns label and apparently 'it has been lost in the post'! Despite numerous emails, they still haven't refunded the money and keep saying they are "waiting for Royal Mail to confirm it is lost"! I would warn everyone not to use this company- I have been over £300 out of pocket since January!

Terrible customer service. No respect for people's needs and requirements. Can not be trusted. I ordered a phone for daughters bday pressie on 15/03. Started emailing requesting a dispatch date on 26/03... lots of automated responses. On last day that it would have reached me in time. (Today) got email at 3:30pm telling me that would not be dispatched 1/2 days after bank holiday. Not to be trusted at all! When I asked for refund I have been completely ignored. If only it could be rated as minus!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered phone order number 155183 For my 10 year olds birthday on 15th March thinking plenty time as 5 to 7 days despatch contacted in numerous occasions to be assured slight problem but would be despatched. Yet get to 29th March and still no phone. Extremely upset child with no phone for birthday! Cancel order and told refund of my money will take another 10 to 14 days despite the fact they have broken contract. So that’s 28 days they are keeping my money for! AVOID this company at all costs! They can not fulfull order but don’t refund money.Need to change name as nothing QUICK about them! Trading standards being contacted!

So far I have been was sold a phone that they did not have in stock or ready for dispatch. Then got the phone which was faulty and broke within 3 weeks. Then returned the phone under warranty to have repaired and returned to me within 24-48 hours only to find that they have no record of it being returned over 2 days after it had been received at their store. Now having there customer services staff asking for the returns tracking number at a stage when I should have my phone back. Absolutely useless customer service and service in general. Aviod..

Quick Mobile Fix has the worst customer service. No quicker way to sum up the website. If there was an option to rate 0 stars, I would have. I ordered an iPhone, two phone chargers and earphones exactly 20 days ago and yet to receive my order. At first, the email from them stated they had to take some time to unlock the phone which then extended to just not sending it to me. I had explained that I needed the order urgently and they informed me that it was placed on a priority list which was essentially the body of most of my email correspondence with the customer service team. To be honest, there might as well not have been a customer service team because they were of no help at all. I emailed them a final time asking for a refund but again they told me that they would put me on a priority list for shipment which I'm guessing by now is an automated response. It is an outrageously disgusting level of customer service equivalent to that of no reply. Do not buy from them!!! They are scammers masked as a legit website. Clearly most of the reviews are fake as they offer little detail in comparison to the ones complaining as well as being stereotypical review responses. If you want to spend your hard earned cash, take it elsewhere because you will most definitely lose your money and have no product to show for it.

Sent my iPhone 6 in for a simple screen replacement on the 5th of December, received it back on the 29th of January!! During this time exchanged 12 emails enquiring an update and each time was told the same story. 'Your device is being repaired as a priority, and you will be notified as soon as possible'. No information at all about timescale/reason why it was taking so long. On the 10th of January I received an extra payment request for a new battery saying they couldn't close my phone?! I paid this as I had noticed my battery was running down quickly. I then received an email 'We have extended our refund time because of an error on our refund system.' I emailed 1 week later as my refund hadn't been received and the response, 'Please disregard the email sent, as this was sent in error.' Throughout these 2 MONTHS I had tried to call but there's never any answer!! I have no idea how their still in business but avoid at all costs!!

Shambolic - Completely incapable of customer service and delivering the service promised. Shambolic - They should be called "We might Fix Your Mobile - At Some Point". My main issue here, is the complete BS factor, lack of customer service, lack of communication, lack of accountability, for a service I'm paying £239.99 for. These people don't want to be contacted. It's fine if everything goes to plan, but if you need to speak to someone, you're in for a world of pain. If it could go wrong, it has. Initially an error was made by me (which I'm happy to admit for complete transparency) and I ordered a screen replacement for an S7 whereas my phone was an S8, perhaps the core of the problem started here. Having realized the error of my way, I then attempted to contact QMF to amend the error, and knowing there would be additional funds to pay. This is where the issues started. The phone number is never operational. I've tried time and time again during business hours and have come to the conclusion that this number isn't actually operational. 20/3/18 - I emailed on stating my error, and asking for someone to call me so I could pay the extra money and fix the issue. 22/3 - QFM emailed about additional payment, clearly the first email had not been picked up. I responded immediately paying the extra funds, and sent an email with the reference number within the email chain that it had been done. Received an email later that day requesting the reference number that my payment email related to, which had already been provided. 23/3 - I was told that the device is with the technicians undergoing repairs with an aim to complete within 24-48 hours. 26/3 - Due to there being no tracking on the repair tracker, I emailed and asked for an update. At that point, I was told that due to a "massive delay on repairs for devices that have been sent back to us" that I should allow an extra 2-3 days for the repairs to be completed. So by this point, I'm starting to get annoyed. 28/3 - Email received to say due to the repair I had requested, they are short of parts and there will be another 4-7 working days. By this point I had lost patience, and asked for an escalation point. Being very clear, I asked for a number that was actually functioning, and a point of contact (ie an actual person) outside of the customer support (oh the irony) email. In return, I was offered the same email and the same number that doesn't seem to be capable of incoming calls. I'm now in a position where I could probably get my device returned, but I've got grave concerns of ever seeing my cash again if I take that option. I risk the possibility of never seeing my device again by writing with it at this stage, however I think the general public need to know how bad this service is. There are plenty of other providers out there, I only wish that I had gone with one of those, and my suggestion for anyone reading this post is that you do the same. Also in retrospect, worth noting that they do not guarantee waterproof integrity post repairs, be mindful of this when reading the small print. Avoid at all costs.

Good afternoon Nick, We are sorry there was a delay in repairing your item. Unfortunately, as you booked your device in for the wrong repair (Samsung Galaxy S7 not the Samsung Galaxy S8), we were waiting for you to pay the required price difference before we could complete repairs. Because the wrong repair was booked in, we also had to order the relevant parts, and wait for them. We did contact you to inform you of this. We also made you aware that the parts were not in stock and we will need to wait or we can return the phone back to you, however, you were happy to wait. If you have changed your mind and would like the order cancelled please do get in contact with the customer service team by calling 0208 5000 308 or emailing customersupport@quickmobilefix.com. Kind regards, Quick Mobile Fix

Purchased refurbished phone. Expected delivery dates have come and gone, yet still failing to dispatch or confirm dispatch nearly 2 weeks on. Phone lines down can't contact. Email pointless and tracker function shows no activity or updates nearly 2 weeks later!. Wish I had read up on all the negative feedback about refurbished phone sales first - 'smoke and mirrors' come to mind!
