Phone worked great for a couple of days . Then screen went blank showing 100% then sticking on 1% I emailed the company nobody got back to me . After 10 days of disappointment I had the battery replaced which cost me £45.00. I am very disappointed

Worst service ever used Worst service ever used! Delay in phone order, phone which was described as ‘good’ was faulty. Returns process to repair was 5 working days. Asked for a refund and told will take up to 10 working days. Asked to speak to manager, was told he was unavailable. Never use this company!

Faulty phones supplied for the last 9 months despite being charged for a phone billed as Grade A. Reasonable refund reviews refused. No respect shown. Very disappointed. They want to go to court so to court we will go.

2 weeks and the phone still hasn’t arrived , I have been messed about constantly , 3 days ago I agreed to a different colour , had a meassage saying dispatched , but tracking number did not work , iD said still processing and the phone has still not turned up I just want a refund , do not order from these cowboys

STAY AWAY!!!!! Bought an iPhone 7 which took longer than the advised time to arrive and when it did arrive it was faulty. I sent it back for a refund and it has now been almost a MONTH waiting for my refund. Constantly chasing and they always make excuses "the refund wasn't processed, it bounced back, funds will be in your account shortly blah blah'' I am STILL waiting for a refund and i paid with PayPal which should be an INSTANT refund. Absolute joke of a company. I will be filling a claim to get my money back. CON ARTISTS!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed. Phone wouldn’t work although unlocked. Took it to a Apple store they said it had an error code and couldn’t be used to set up a new SIM card as software couldn’t be read. This was a present so very embarrassing. Wont use again

Phone speaker didn’t work I asked for a replacement but they said I needed to send the phone back first I can’t do without my phone for work reasons shocking I won’t be using you again

Don't go near these cowboys!!! Sent me a very poor quality phone with buttons not working for over £200 and then just kept promising the next day forever after I returned it for replacement. After I eventually gave up I was then told I'd have to wait 14 days to get my money back!! What a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a phone off the website. Didn't arrive. Tired ringing telephone number and always engaged. Sent numerous emails and get a computer generated response fobbing me off. I have contacted my bank and will be looking at going to small claims court to get money back once they put case together.

The phone took longer to deliver than the 5-7 working days because of the strict quality controls. Phone arrived and no sound at all works. Now have to send back and wait even longer, absolute shambles.

Had my money for 25 days and still no phone! I purchased an iPhone in pristine condition for £429.99. Quick Mobile Fix had my money on the 26th February. It was despatched to me on the 27th February and I received the phone on the 28th February. When I examined the phone I was very disappointed because the screen brightness was very low and nothing like the quality of the iPhone 6s that I was replacing. I called customer service on the 1st March and advised them that I wasn't happy with the phone. They asked me to return the phone and said they would replace it immediately. I posted the phone back to Quick Mobile Fix on 2nd March together with a note detailing my concerns. I was expecting an immediate response from them and started to be concerned when nothing happened. I called Quick Mobile Fix on the 9th March. After trying twice, and holding on for over twenty minutes each time, I finally got through and asked them where my order was. They said they had no record of receiving the returned phone. They asked for the barcode from the posting receipt which I gave them and they said they would do a search and call back in twenty four hours. No call was received. I checked the order tracker the following day which was by this time recording that they had received the phone. I was relieved to see that and assumed that an immediate response would now happen. Nothing happened. I called them again on the 14th March. After trying several times, and holding on for over twenty minutes each time, I finally got through and asked them where my order was. They said they had the phone, apologised for the delay, and said the phone would be with me in three days. Foolishly I believed them. A note appeared on the order tracker on the 15th March saying that a replacement had been processed. I was pleased to see that and assumed that I would get the phone within the three days that they had advised. Nothing happened. On the 22nd March (today) I tried to call them several times. Each time I waited and waited but was unable to get through. Eventually I gave up. So, to date they have had my money for 25 days and I still don't have a phone. I will try to contact them again tomorrow but getting through on the phone to Quick Mobile Fix is almost impossible and listening to an endless "Your Call Is Important To Us" message when it clearly isn't is very frustrating. They have my money and I don't have a phone. That isn't right and I think other customers need to be alerted to the fact that this company isn't as quick as their name implies. I will post another review when and if I get my phone. If anyone at Mobile Quick Fix is reading this can I have my money back please.

Of your thinking of selling your old phone then take the time to look elsewhere. Don't believe or be fooled like myself at their offer. When they receive your phone the offer is halved. They clearly have different views on condition. My phone was immaculate very slight wear and tear as it was always in protected cases. But they told me it was in poor condition? So unless your old phone is brand new and never been used you may??? Get close to their offer. In my opinion this company should be avoided

Appalling service , I ordered a phone 10 days ago and have emailed a few times as I needed it urgently for my son , I have just been informed that they are out of stock of black but I could have white , why did they take my order and money and state in stock . I said I would accept white as long as it was sent out immediately, just had an email saying will be dispatched in 24 hours , so we are now talking next week , not happy , not quick mobile at all very disappointed

I sent my phone for two repairs , they said you’d done them but another repair was needed and I agreed . Then they found another repair needed doing but I decided I didn’t want it doing , I wanted my phone back ! Since then nothing, can’t get through on the phones and they seem to just ignore my emails !!!!

Further to my previous review. This company takes the biscuit of incompetence. QuickMobile more like Slow&Don'tCareMobile would be more apt. I finally gave up on them and sent an email to cancel the order and request a refund, only to get yet another automated email telling me "sorry for the delay and my order would be prioritised.. Caveat Emptor, i.e. Buyer Beware if you use this company. Worst experience on-line in years. The Very Poor status is an overstatement.
