DAY 10 OF WAITING ON MY ORDER....VERY POOR SERVICE....WILL NOT USE AGAIN.....SENT COMPLAINT TO FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and ASA (Advertising Standards Agency) and contacted a consumer rights agency. Fraudulent untrustworthy Company!!! Will not use again- Poor customer service- vague information given- No dispatched yet after 10 days post payment- Have not heard many good reviews from this company for good reason- Un apologetic for negligence and incompetance in doing the job theyare suppose to!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I sent my phones off for recycling and 2 weeks later had heard nothing, so got in contact and apparently my iPhones hadn’t been delievered. Checked the tracking code from the post office and it said that they had been delivered to the address presented on the package which was the one provided by quick mobile fix. A week or so later the phones turned up, even though the postage should of been next day

Complete waste of time. Contacted quick fix and asked if i posted my HTC u11 in for a screen replacement that it would be completed within 24-48 hours. After received my phone and trying a screen on that i was told wasn't compatible that they ran out of parts and the new parts would be in the following week. Waited till the day they told me the parts would be in and contacted them to make sure all was going to plan. It was not. I was then told the parts where due in the next day. Contacted first thing the next morning and quick fix again assured me the parts would be in later that day. Mid day came i contacted quick fix yet again and asked if the parts had arrived. I was then informed the parts wouldn't be in until the first week of March. Cancelled got my refund and phone back after not having it for two weeks. Now that my time was completely wasted i have my phone back. Still with the original smashed screen. Awful experience

Hello Faith, We stock parts for all repairs we advertise on our website. We also have parts delivered twice a week from our suppliers and this ensures we hardly ever run out of stock. 99% of devices we receive are repaired within 24-48 hours. In the rare occasion we are out of stock of a part we notify you by email and update the notes on the "Repair Tracker". You have the option at this point to cancel your order or wait based on the timescale provided. You requested to cancel your order and we have issued a refund. Ordered phone on the 11th January and wasn't told that the phone was out of stock until the 21st January, 10 days after I placed the order bearing in mind they claim to dispatch items in 5-7 days. As I desperately need a phone I accepted the other colour I was offered on the 21st and they said it would be dispatched in 1 day and be with me the next. I am still waiting for the device now but I haven't been told if it has even been dispatched in an email as said to happen.

Quick does not apply to the time it takes to dispatch an order. From the minute I received the phone it is just problem on top of problem, everything from the charging to its general operation. Now Im looking at being out a phone at least another two weeks while it is being sent back for a replacement.

I ordered a phone in jan 20th 3-5 day delivery after 5 days was told would be a further 10 working days so cancelled my order. I am still waiting for a refund was told would be 7 days then had been an error issuing refund so a further 7 days and as of today I still have not got my refund. Rubbish customer service would never buy from them after this experience !!!!

Took 15 days to return my phone, despite their advertised claims to manage it over 48 hours. A simple fault that took them this long, got it back today and IT'S STILL NOT WORKING. Zero communication, evasive email responses and 30 minute telephone queues - appalling! Do not use them! They should inform you if they can't fix your phone - and in my case, clearly they couldn't! They just never bothered to inform me! Will have my £40 back, I don't care if I have to take them to court over it!

Hello Sara, We do aim to repair most repairs within 24-48 hours, however, depending on the nature of the fault repairs can exceed this time frame. You contacted us for an update and a customer service representative advised we would have an update yesterday, however, the repairs had already been completed, tested the hone and shipped it. I would strongly recommend thinking twice about using this company. As many of the other contributors have highlighted, they clearly sold me an item that they did not have in stock. I am still trying to obtain a refund for the item and have been given a series of excuses as to why the payment continues to be delayed.

I bought an I phone 7 for my granddaughter she had the phone for two days and it lost service I sent it back and after three week they returned it it worked for a day and had the same issue no service. I asked for my money back and they sent me s mail with fixes for me to try. I worked for 10 years in a factory which repaired mobiles so the Fixes they sent me were useless as I had already tried them . I am now going to consumer advise to see how I go about getting a refund

3 weeks to repair a broken screen. No communication throughout and had to keep chasing. to top it all off 3 weeks later they advise me there are additional costs. Be warned quick by name but nothing quick about the repair apart from to try and stick you for extra cost for diagnostics!!! Can never get through to customer services as I imagine they are dealing with equally disgruntled customers that have been lured in to a quick repair!!

Hello, You sent your device for a screen replacement and the repairs were carried out, however, no passcode was removed or provided so we had to request this information. Unfortunately, when we received the passcode to test the item it failed the testing process. We assigned your device back to the technicians for examining and advised that you should have a diagnostics as the phone is on a boot loop which a reset cannot resolve, we did advise you of this and we are waiting to hear back on how you would like to proceed with your order. Very bad customer service. I ordered headphones 16 days ago and they still haven't been dispatched. At no point there was proactive update from Quickmobilefix about a possible delay. When I double checked via email, I would typically get an automated response after a day followed by another email that would not answer any of my questions but instead quote general information such as: they attempt to deliver as fast as possible etc. Or they would double check my adress although the item was no where near to being dispatched, as I found out later. I wasted so much time on time, incredible. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Two months one week ago brought phone and after being sent broken phone twice I was promised a replacement and guess what still not received. Worst service ever had every excuse under the sun, courier issues, item being processed etc etc, you name it I've had every generic email going, offered to pick it up today but apparently its a online service only and they don't do pick ups, this has to be a con to many people complaining. 137270

Please read this complaint before ordering anything on this website. This company's service is extremely poor. I ordered a iphone 6 in pristine condition and paid for it. They said that it will be delivered within 2-3 days. Nothing was delivered after 5 working days. I complained about it and asked for a full refund which they acknowledged, they will do so within 7-10 working days but DID NOT refund me the FULL amount. Actually after 15 working days, they STILL HAVE NOT REFUND me a penny. Not only did they breach the terms on refund, they have completely ignored my REFUND. They are called day-light robbers. Their phone number is always engaged and busy. Service is very poor. Please do not do any business with this company. I would not even give them one star review!

I sent my phone for repair on the 7th December and am yet to have received my phone. They have been waiting for a part since 22nd December and every time I email they say it will arrive at the beginning of next week or in 3-5days. Customer service is very patchy.

Slow service The phone was damaged and the on off button didn’t work! £289 for a refurbished iphone6!! The follow up was sloppy and complacent Paying to have the phone fixed properly by another company A SHAMBLES!!

On November 29th 2017 I purchased a ‘Refurbished Grade A Unlocked 64GB iPhone 6 Plus’. I received my device on December 11th 2017 to find it had a small chip in the bottom right hand side and after less than 24 hours it was displaying signs of fault (unresponsive touch screen, constant low battery etc). I then contacted Quick Mobile Fix to express my concern and request that they do something about it. I was then asked by the company to provide pictures of the device and its physical faults as well as a description of the system failures which I was happy to do. They advised that I send the phone back to them to be fixed or replaced. On the 14th December 2017 I sent my phone through tracked, next day delivery to ensure its arrival at the company. I was notified of its arrival at the company by one of their representatives via email and was told it would take an average of 7-10 working days for the repair. I requested an update on my order via email around 1 week later, and was notified of a further delay. I understood that the Christmas period would’ve caused a rise in orders and expected delivery after Christmas. On the 28th December 2017 I requested another update to be told my order should take a further 3-5 working days. On the 2nd January 2018 I was assured that my device would be repaired, tested and shipped back by January 7th. After my device did not arrive, I asked why this was and received numerous computer generated emails, with no real regard for my concerns. Following the delays I was given a £20 allowance to spend on their website, however through no official capacity and was told to email them with the accessories I would like as a form of compensation for my extended waiting period. On January 16th 2018 I was told that my device was in need of a replacement I should expect it to be dispatched within 3-5 working days. I waited the given amount of time and after no correspondence from their company I questioned the whereabouts of my order to be told that it is due to be dispatched and delivered by the 24th January 2018. Today (24/1/18) I received an email notifying me of a delay of 2-3 working days due to ‘quality control checks’ and ‘courier issues’. After reading a large amount of reviews of people who have experienced similar problems with Quick Mobile Fix and have been given similar excuses regarding dispatch/delivery as well as problems with refunding. Throughout this almost 2 month long process, there have been over 50 emails between myself and Quick Mobile Fix and their customer service as well as their professional conduct has been absolutely appalling. Strongly advise AGAINST buying from QUICK MOBILE FIX.

I paid for a refurbished phone which said was in stock and it didn't arrive in the time period given. I emailed to see where it was and no reply. I emailed again and it took 12 hours to respond only to say the phone would be another 5 to 10 days. I cancelled the order and am still yet to receive my refund! What a joke.
