We haven't had our order yet. Whilst we have chased and there is an explanation for the delay it would have been better for you to have contacted us in the first place. I've been asked to change my review because Quick Mobile Fix eventually sent out a phone. At the time of this request for a revision to the review we hadn't received the phone so how can I possibly comment. The reason I left my review is your service was poor and I had to chase my order. This fact has not changed. The was no proactive approach on your part to contact me, and I presume other customers, to state there was a delay with orders. Furthermore, the phone does not work properly either, so I am now going to have to return it. Not impressed especially as you said the reason for the delay was you didn't have stock and you needed to stringently test any new phones coming into your possession before sending them out to customers. Please don't ask me to change my review again.

Do not use this company at an cost. Purchased an iPhone as a Christmas present for my son. I should have been suspicious when the phone didn't arrive at the stated time and was delayed, but put it down to the Christmas rush. Since then things have gone from bad to worse.From the off set the phone didn't work. Contacted the company and after multiple attempts finally got to speak to somebody. Offered a refund or replace,net and promised this within 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later no replacement has been dispatched, despite multiple emails to find out why. Still haven't got an answer and nobody will say when this will happen. Now attempting to ring customer services but what a joke!!! Unable to get an answe and automated response in their supposed working hours to say the company is closed, despite answering emails.Have consulted citizens advice and Trading Standards as this company is a bunch of cowboys. Have now asked for a full refund. Whether this happens and how long this takes is yet to be seen. Given the a wide berth is my advice!!!

Avoid this company sell broken phones takes weeks to send out phones and still broke after waiting two months for fix con artist, avoid

BUYER BEWARE!!! Under no circumstances buy from these scammers unless you pay by Paypal and you can control your own money. Phone purchased 27/11. Money finally received back 16/01. Lie after lie in phone calls and via e-mail (yes, I have kept them all). Company promised 1 week turnaround, which changed at every contact. I told them at 2 weeks that they were telling lies, they had no such phone. They knew phone was wanted for Christmas and on 22/12 finally contacted me and said we can get it to you before New Year, they then at long last accepted my cancellation. FOR YOUR OWN SANITY DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS GRIEF!!!

SO BAD!!! ordered a I phone 30/12 for my mums Christmas present .... still waiting.. no email to confirm tracking number so cant track my order. phone number doesn't work! emailed about 5 times till I finally got an answer saying it would be sent in 24 working hours... till waiting a week later! this company is a joke! asked for a refund.. waiting for a reply! they need shutting down!!!!!!!

AVOID.... IPHONE SCAM!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX THEY ARE A SCAM! I BOUGHT AN IPHONE FROM THEM AND THEY JUST SENT ME AN EMPTY BOX WITH NO DEVICE. ITS A SCAM. WHATEVER YOU DO -DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS!!!!

I ordered the phone on 1st jan. Was promised that it is delivered within 3 days. After 12 days and i am still waiting. Wantes to cancel for a refund and keep ignoring my request. Their phone never works. What a joke. Stay far far far away from them.

Absolutely appalling service. Have ordered a phone on the 22 December and keep sending emails and trying to call (phone lines are conveniently undertaking maintenance). The reply to my emails is always the same: quality control checks are taking longer than usual. Will be asking for a refund if I don't have my phone with me mid next week, and will apparently also have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for that. Highly recommend to stay away from them.

Ordered a phone before Christmas despite numerous promises no phone so I cancelled getting a refund is a nightmare AVOID THIS COMPANY they will not be around much longer

I ordered a new phone from this company on the 19th of December and have had to contact them on numerous occasions to find out what is happening to be given same old, we are having some delays and you are on the priority list and still no product or refund on the 4th of January. all they are happy to do is take your money! I will be taking further action if you fail to refund me!

I ordered an iphone as a Christmas present on 14 December and was assured it would be dispatched within 3-5 working days. here we are on 3 January, still no phne, just continual emailed excuses (5 so far), such as "extra quality control checks we have been required to carry out" and "a slight delay from the courier network in unlocking the device". No idea what that means! Just waited an hour on the phone to their customer services, no reply!!! Don't deal with these wasters. My poor wife has yet to get her Christmas present...............

Paid my money got nothing in return. I was without my money or a mobile phone over Christmas. I was patronized at every opportunity I struggled for over ONE MONTH to get my money back .and the cheek of it... Thank you for your review, would you mind revising it or changing your rating now your issue has been dealt with. Three main areas of complaint Speed So far I've been waiting for 38 days for them to fix my phone, I am still waiting for them to be repaired and returned to me. The website describes a fast easy and efficient service, I am afraid that I am yet to come across any of these elements. Their performance in repairing my device has been substantially lower than the level of service which they advertise, the amount of information which I have been provided with to keep me updated with progress has been very poor. Communication It is clear that without constant badgering, nothing happens. I began trying to get updates from their staff every day this week. Before that, there had been only 9 updates about my order in a month. I have been being told that my device is expected to be completed in the next day or two since 16/9/2017, three weeks ago. A week ago I was told that its already in the post, only for that to turn out to have been a lie. By chasing their staff every day, you get slightly more of an update. Unfortunately, the information provided in these updates proves to be false. I have been being told that my device is due to be dispatched today or tomorrow every day for over a week. On five occasions using the webchat function on your website I have been told that I will receive an update email by the end of the day on the progress of my order. On only one occasion has an email update actually been sent Overcharging I have been overcharged. I was told to pay for an additional repair to the charging port of my device , I paid this as requested, but when I re read their technicians notes, the charging port didn't need fixing. They bury the despatch time in the t's and c's. Emblazoned over their website is speedy service, 24 hour delivery etc. Unfortunately the 24 hour delivery doesn't begin until the 3-5 day despatch time has elapsed. This wasn't clearly pointed out at point of order. Also, a very poor email response time from customer services and nearly 10 minutes to get through on the phone. Avoid!

Very slow. I sent them my phone twice, the first time they had it for a month, this recent time I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and also I had to send it back to them as the first repair was inadequate causing the screen to lift and therefore creating a stress fracture across the screen despite having a tempered glass screen protector. The second time they had the phone for just short of 3 weeks and refused to accept liability for the inadequate repair but were more than happy to charge me for repairs. It took them over a week to understand that I refuse to give them any more money and to send my phone back to me.
