Quick Mobile Fix have taken payment for my order and failed to dispatch it. It was due to be dispatched within 5-7 working days. This is now (working) day 9 and no progress. I've tried to call several times today and can't get through. Customer service are polite but haven't given me any clarification on when my order will be delivered and haven't clarified why my order has been delayed.

Ordered phone on the 10th March O/Num 154280 Your phone line is never available, ridiculous automated emails as a response. I have little confidence I will receive this phone which my daughter has been waiting for all this time. If it does not arrive by the 23rd March I want a refund and I will order elsewhere. Appalling and non existent customer service.

Having paid in full for my daughter's phone on 4th March we are still awaiting delivery! We have tried tracking but the number is not working and communication from this company is poor to say the least! I've had to deal with no present for her to open on her birthday- which when you're teenage is pretty much unforgiveable! If this does not arrive tomorrow then I'll be demanding a full refund and making sure none of my friends or family have dealings with them.

The phone worked very badly after initially seeming OK. It got harder, then impossible, to use and spontaneously called 999, resulting in the Police calling to my house!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Ordered a phone 3 weeks ago with the promise of dispatch within 3-7 working days. Tried calling today to see what's happened to my order, after 33minutes on hold my call was ended by the operator saying "we are now closed" (12:30 in the afternoon). After another 20 minutes on hold the second time I managed to speak to someone and was told "there aren't any guarantees in this world" and that as soon as a phone becomes available it'll be dispatched but couldn't confirm a time frame for this. So much for 3-7 working days??? Stated I want a refund and was told I need to send them an email and allow 14working days for the refund??? Funny how they managed to instantly take the £360 out of my account for the phone they didn't actually have available to send me yet cannot refund that money for 14 working days. Very poor customer service and completely unreliable. Don't make the mistake I did of ignoring the bad reviews and ordering anyway, they cannot be trusted.

About a month ago I ordered a mobile phone from Quick mobile fix, which did not come. I was not advised it was not coming but took the day off work, only to discover no phone! 2 days later I phoned Quick Mobile Fix, was a miracle that I actually got through. I asked to cancel as I had to order a mobile elsewhere and spoke to a rude and unhelpful member of staff who had a 'tough, so what' attitude towards the 14 days I would have to wait for refund. So... I had also emailed during this time to be then told in the email: sorry but the phone is delayed.. at no time during my conversation with the agent was I told the phone was delayed, or I may have still had it and waited! I was then told a few days later that the phone had already been sent and eventually after me explaining I was not taking another day off work just to get a phone that needed to be sent back AT COST TO ME they assured me that they had contacted APC for the phone to be sent back. Fast forward to nearly a month later...I have asked about 15 times so far for details of the complaints procedure and am still awaiting a call from an agent who is apparently 'dealing' with my case but lo and behold, still no call, still unable to contact the company as I work and when I try to call it is constantly engaged and what a shock, no refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, It has been nearly a month now and I still have no refund and no resolution, neither have I even been given the complaints procedure! The incompetence is beyond now and I am having to seek legal advice to get my money back!!

I made an order (Iphone 7) 2 weeks ago, didn't receive any email in the first week that my order will be delayed. Then I received an email on Friday morning telling me there is a delay due to quality control checks so expect the order to be delivered in another 2-3 working days which was supposed to be Tuesday or yesterday and up until now nothing has come. Its now almost 2 weeks and still no order has arrived. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer care and failing to delivering what you email. At this point I’m just fed up and beyond disappointed. I cancelled all my plans I was supposed to make last week so I can wait for the phone. And today its Thursday nothing came in the post!. Very discontented with the service I have received and this will definitely be the last time I make any transaction with Quick Mobile Fix.

Cheap after market batteries. Do not waste your time. Ordered a Refurbished "Grade A" Iphone 5s which cosmetically looked great. However we have had the phone over a week now and the battery dies once it reaches 20% and doesn't last very long. I am positive a cheap £5 quid after market battery has been used hence the poor battery life. I will not be purchasing from these guys again and will advise anyone else to steer well clear from there "Refurbished Grade A" items. Unacceptable.

I bought a refurbished mobile phone in January for a birthday. Within a few days the tough screen kept freezing so we sent it back on 26th Jan using QMF returns label. They say it has never arrived and even though I have sent proof of posting, they are still stalling on the refund saying it might still come back to me! It has now been over 6 weeks and I am still waiting for a refund which is promised within 28 days.

Why advertise phones for sale when you obviously do not have stock, been waiting 10 days now, this is a gift for a birthday present on Thursday this week, either upgrade or let me know it will not be delivered on time so I can request a refund and go elsewhere.

I ordered an Iphone 7 and earphones and its been 6 days now and still haven't received anything. Only to check my emails again and got an email saying my order has been delayed that I should wait another 2-3 working days. I was due to travel but had to postpone so I can receive the phone to use while I'm away now their telling me to wait again. Very disappointed as they could have communicated this earlier!.

I ordered an iPhone 7 12 days ago, last Monday I was told it will be delayed 2-4 days, and one week later I am still waiting. I phoned this morning and they said they will dispatch is today and be delivered tomorrow. And what a surprise, it wasn't dispatched today. I am fed up of your constant excuses for why my phone is delayed because today even after the phone call, I receive an email saying it will be yet another 2-3 days. I wish id never ordered from this site as it has Been a constant stress for me.

My phone was charged for 10 hours as instructed and set up as a new phone. But the battery is ridiculous. Its clearly faulty as it keeps draining battery so quickly ie. 100% to 8% in a matter of 5 minutes. I need a replacement for this ASAP please
