I sent my iPhone 6s to quick mobile fix on 27/2/18 with a quote of £132.00 for selling it to them. It was in perfect condition complete with charger and headphones in the original box, with a printout of my order number and details so it was easily traceable back to me. When I had not heard from them, I checked the royal mail tracking site to see it was delivered to them on 28/2/18. So I emailed on the 13/3/18 to ask them to locate my device, to which they said they would let me know when they found it. Another week later, on 20/3/18 I phoned them and spoke to someone who said they had located my phone in the warehouse and would get it tested and send me a quote. Which they did for £80. So I asked for them to send the phone back to me as this was way too low for the condition of my phone. Upon receiving the phone, it WAS NOT MY PHONE! It was one in much poorer condition than mine with no box, charger or headphones! So basically I have had my phone stolen by this company who have probably sold it for a decent amount. I have tried to ring them for the past week but the line is always busy. I have also emailed with no response! Absolutely disgusting service and they should be reported for theft

Total joke, they take your money then nothing. No phone, no contact, no communication. Customer service line is always engaged so cannot speak to anyone. They do not answer your emails. If you want to be ripped off buy from Quick mobile fix.

In no accounts buy a phone from these people. 7 weeks on i have paid £400 and have no phone! And no sign of when i will get one. Discussed with this surface.

I ordered an iPhone and had received it with a faulty battery. It was draining so quickly - from 100% full charge to going dead within 5 mins. I sent it back and had confirmation that they received it. But, I was kept waiting days for a replacement that in the end I got fed up and asked for a refund instead. I was told it would take 10-14 days. My payment was instant but yet refund takes 10-14 working days. Anyway, I requested refund on 19th March and I still haven't received my refund. It really is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. And the person below is right.. QMF only respond to the positive reviews!

They have had my phone for two weeks now and I was told I would get payment last Wednesday and still not received This!! Can not get through on the phone and now no reply to my emails!! I find it very interesting that they can reply to all the positive reviews on here but can not get in touch with people with questions!!!! Where is my phone or money!!!!!!!!!!

Firstly I had to chase payment as after a week I had still not received it and then when I did receive payment it was less than half of what I was expecting yet without any explanation. I went on to make a complaint and was told I would receive a refund - this was almost 2 weeks ago and still nothing and now I do not even get a reply to my emails.....

Never using this service again. I have sent my iPhone 19 days ago and have yet to receive my money. I’ve emailed them earlier this week for the second time and have been told my device is going through testing and that I should receive an update in 24-48 hrs. It’s been 120 hrs and I have heard nothing. Just emailed them to ask what’s going on.

Worst service ever. I sent my phone to be recycled over 2 weeks ago. Every time I call, I get told it's being processed and I will receive funds that afternoon or the next morning and still I have nothing after all this waiting. Every time I call, I wait on hold for about 30 minutes just to be told the same thing every time and I'm STILL waiting for payment. This is completely unacceptable and if I don't get my payment in the next few days, I'm considering reporting it as stolen by this company.

Delay in sending phone at which point I decided to cancel the order. After 4 emails saying the same thing (cancel the order & refund) they then said this would take upto 15 working days (3 weeks). This time has passed, same response (being processed) & now in the hands of my credit card company.

I am absolutely drained by this experience. I ordered and paid for an iPhone 7 for my daughters 21st on the 9th of March. Tho my daughters birthday has come and gone no phone has arrived. The customer service I have received is diabolical. To the point of the manager lied to me today that he hadn’t been in the office all week until today though he left me a voice message on Wednesday and when I tried to contact him back his team informed me he has left for the day. I have been told today that my phone has been dispatched and that I should have an email confirming this. No email has arrived. I have paid £369 for no goods whatsoever. I am a single mum who has had to work so hard to get this from my daughter and I’m at my whits end what to do. Is this just fraud? Am I being niave thinking that phone is going to come. I am totally drained.

21 days since my initial purchase and I still haven't received the correct phone. The phone that was sent out was locked, it was returned and the replacement supposedly put through as a 'priority' it still has not been received.

purchased first phone arrived worse than described and had to send back assured next phone would be priority posted and inspected so ordered pristine on 22 march today is 6th april still not received it first phone has been returned with proof of postage and delivery back to them and they deny receiving it unable to speak to anyone as phone always busy emails always get returned by someone different and they always ask please explain the problem - really ? possibly the worst customer service ever

I bought a refurbished phone and it was faulty on arrival (sim tray wouldn’t open). I returned it and asked for an exchange and almost 2 weeks later I am still waiting for one to be sent out. Communication is terrible and I have been passed around from person to person who don’t seem to have a clue what others have said before them (despite all messages being on one thread). This was a present for my 12 year old daughter’s birthday which was now a week ago and we still have no clue when it’s coming despite allegedly being put on a ‘priority’ list

Purchased a phone on 19th March changed my mind requested refund on 20th march and I'm still waiting for it. All I keep getting is it's on it's way it absolutely ridiculous

Have not received payment for a phone I have sent them, nor is the company replying to my emails anymore. Needless to say that I have had 20 attempts to call the company, all of which have been ignored. I have sent a final email before legal proceedings start. Very unprofessional company- would avoid at all costs.

Ridiculous standards for old phones, you can expect next to nothing if your phone isn’t brand new. Quote is no where near what you get. All in all, it’s a rip off. When reaching out I received awful customer service, may of been speaking to a robot.
