We bought a iPhone 6 they sent a faulty phone we sent it back next day return post, they have taken 2 weeks to assess the unit. Have offer a different coloured unit in return as they are sold out of grey, we have now requested a refund twice and they ignore our emails and tell us that they are sending a new unit out. If you just want a service from company who answer the phone/emails and send out what you have bought l would not recommend this company.

Ordered iphone 6 on 6th June. Still no delivery. Rubbish communication from the company. Worried I will not get the phone in time 4 daughters birthday on 26th. Not very impressed with the company so definitely would not be in a rush to use again.

I recently purchased a refurbished iphone from Quick Mobile Fix. The phone would could not be activated. I took the phone to an apple store to work out what was wrong, in which I discover it was due to water damage on the activation sensor, therefore the phone I purchased had not properly been refurbished and I had been sold an unusable mobile. In the past 3 weeks I have emailed Quick Mobile Fix three times explaining the problem and requesting a replacement or refund and I have no mention of compensation has been relayed back to me. I have also tried to ring the phone number given but it always goes straight to a busy line. This customer service is shocking and I feel I have been cheated.

When trying to get you to re direct my parcel to my work address, as you used Apc instead of Post office, I never got enough notice to take time off work. My first email ignored, when I rang I was told not possible, and no solution was offered, I ended up driving the 3hr round trip to The nearest Apc depot. Will not be doing further business with you.

It is always nightmare to get done if you over the phone. I am having very bad experience in getting my refund where I ordered the phone and cancelled the order. I kept being told that it would be credited for last 3 to 4 weeks.

Will never use this company again. Sent my phone about four weeks ago, hoping to get it fixed as they offered a 24-48 hour service. Had to send several emails to no avail. Spoke to someone today informing me that the reason my phone has not been delivered is that they were waiting for the passcode. Never received that email. Need to have regulator body for mobile companies as they are offering a service they can not offer.

Hello, We do aim to repair within 24-48 hours although it's not a guarantee. It can depend on the repair that needs to be carried out and the damage on the device. You have been sent an email to explain that there's been a delay with receiving the parts in to complete the repairs. We sent an email on 15.06.18 requesting the 6 digit passcode. UPDATE...despite requests i never received any phone call however after threatening with Small claims court the phone did eventually arrive . I was told on a Friday afternoon that it had been dispatched so i expeced delivery on the Saturday this was also a lie. In fact what had happened was that it had been prepared for dispacth but it did not actually leave QMF with Royal Mail until Monday . To be totally fair it did arrive with me on Tuesday (thanks to decent service from Royal Mail ) and the quality and condition is indeed very good. So in terms of the actual product QMF did deliver something of high quality , they really need to sort out their customer service and communications with customers . Because of the poor service i find it impossible to recommend them

The problem I’ve had is the aftersales help, or rather the lack of it. When setting up the iPhone, I accidentally put in the wrong email address and now I am unable to complete the setting up of the phone. I can’t reset the email as the find my iPhone was still activated when it should have been cleared before resale. Quick mobile refuse to help and directed me to Apple and when I went to the Apple store and spoke to a manager there, they said that it is the resellers responsibility to correct as they won’t be able to. Now have an iPhone that can’t be used fully.

Absolutely terrible customer service,I ordered and paid for a Iphone 6 two weeks ago today ,I've been chasing it up only to receive irrelevant templated emails,also when you try to call you never get through to anyone,i have requested a refund as im going on holiday tomorrow and need a phone now and they are still trying to send it even tho im going to have to buy one elsewhere as need it for my holiday,Absolutely fuming please everyone do yourselves a favour and avoid these absolute jokers at all costs!!

I ordered a iPhone 6 S refurbished o the 6 th of june and on the 19 th of june still have not received it. I have been unable to speak to anyone,they don’t answer the phone its constantly engaged, and I have emailed via the website chat and by email 4 times . I still get a standard non specific email reply. ON the tracking via my order id i see its being processed still. i have asked to cancel , or supply an alternative if not available , or have an ETA but still no use full answer. I am wondering reading other people review if this was a big mistake and i have just lost £209.00

I STILL HAVE NO RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK. Or any communication back from your shocking customer service team!! Is the only way I will receive my property back is by reporting you to TRADING STANDARDS? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After cancelling my order I was advised my refund would be issued within 10-14 working days. Over two months later and still no refund. Quick Mobile Fix now claim their finance system changed and it will take another 14-28 days to issue the refund...so they will have had my money for 3-4 months in total. Absolutely appalling service. Avoid at all costs!

Order not dispatched in time stated, various reasons given for this, replies to my emails were template and obviously not dealing with my queries. When i eventually realised my product wasn't being dispatched, receiving a refund was delayed, and again an effort on my behalf. Customer services line was constantly engaged, for over quite a few days, this appears common. Would not deal with Quick Mobile Fix again. Avoid at all costs!

Had the wrong delivery address listed, noticed this and brought it to the attention of staff who told me it had been changed. Checked again and it hadn't. Takes a lot of emails to get even a tiny, nothing response and they never ever pick up the phone. I have asked for a refund and no response yet...

Terrible customer service of you email them they always try to stall and when I asked for a refund they ignored the email I had to email them again and they asked why I wanted a refund just to waste more time.I’ll be contacting my credit card provider to sort this out if they continue to be useless or take legal action

Spend a bit more money and go elsewhere. They state 24-48 hours for a repair online but it’s been 2 weeks now and I am still waiting. Their customer service is shockingly unhelpful and I am reptitively being told lies about when I should expect it. They should not be able to call themselves “QUICK” mobile fix. Absolute nightmare of a company.

I ordered a phone that never came. I cancelled but have been told they won't refund for 10 to 14 days. Cannot get through on phone. Have to send multiple emails to get a response. V. Poor
