Parcel did not arrive on promised time and ignored requests not to send phone if it was beyond promised delivery date. No return delivery address on the package so again had to email to ask (should be an automatic process, not have the customer have to say why the need the address). Would not recommend and would definitely not use again.

First phone sent out (within 4 days), was faulty - the keyboard area was not working, which is imperative for a touch phone. I was mildly annoyed and asked for an exchange - they did not agree so I asked for my money back and they agreed a refund - am still waiting for that btw!! This phone was a gift for my daughter who is travelling on Sat. She did not trust the grade C and said would pay extra for a Grade A. So I ordred and paid in 21 June.... 7 days later at 6.25pm- I STILL have NOT RECEIVED the phone, but thy have taken my money! Twice!!! Tomorrow my daughter leaves for her hols without the phone and I am NOW an extremely furiously angry customer instead if a mildly annoyed one. DO NOT be fooled by this company and their fancy advertising! Customer service is awful, you cannot get to speak to a human being. This company is beyond a joke. You couldn't make it up. They "aim to get back to you within 24 hpurs" but as soon as you exercise ypur legal rights, they go all quiet and ignore you. They hide all the negative reviews by using a celebrity [sic] from a crappy TV program to help con you out of your money. Any genuine company will - 1)have guidelines and 2)try to resolve issues within those guidelines ASAP. Making people wait for refunds etc by dragging their feet shows they have no intention of providing a GENUINE customer service.

awful 2 weeks and still no phone money taken same day as ordered. Will not answer my emails either. having to take up dispute with my card provider .avoid at all cost.

The phone that was delivered does not work at all, the phone number given is a dead line so u can only communicate through email, I was not offered a refund only to return the phone to be fixed!!! It should of been working on delivery!! This was my sons birthday present, he birthday was 2 weeks ago and he still doesn’t have a working phone. Disgusting customer service!

I bought my mobile . You took 2 weeks to ask me for a house number for my address .I don't have a house number . You're dedicated courier delivered to the wrong address . Then you said it was the courier's fault and you had no idea when the courier would contact you to let you know about where the phone was!!!!! I had no phone you had my money and I had no way of knowing when the matter would be resolved !!!! Thats what i was told by one of you're customer services reps !!! VERY POOR SERVICE !!!!! I will be telling my family and friends not to use your services !!!!!

I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago tomorrow and have still not received the email to say it is dispatched despite chasing twice and being assured that it has been prioritised. Disgraceful service and you cannot ge5 through on the phones.

Did not send the phone out in the specified time. Can NEVER get through on the phones, attempted over 50 times across three days. Sent numerous emails asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. All they reply is “Unfortunately, we have not yet dispatched your device. We can confirm that we will be dispatching your device as soon as we can.” I do not want the device, I have already told them that I have now sourced a phone from a reputable company who deliver as promised. I’ve had to contact my credit card company and request a chargeback as they are refusing to cancel the order and refund my money despite not having sent me the phone over a week later. If this is the service when you’re trying to purchase a £370 phone from them I dread to think what the customer services is like on repairs and warranty. Avoid at all costs!!!

I am so disappointed that it has been 9 working days since I ordered a phone for my daughter's birthday (which has been and gone) and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried ringing a hundred times and the phone is always engaged, I have sent emails asking for someone to ring me and I just get a standard response a day later. I eventually managed to speak to someone dead on 9am yesterday morning who assured me that the phone is being dispatched today but I still haven't received an email with a tracking number so I don't believe them and after promising my daughter she would have it for the weekend she is now in tears. The customer service at this company is appalling and at this point I am thinking about cancelling my order let alone ordering from them again,

As soon as I received the handset the battery was faulty. I messaged 3x and the only time they made any contact was to rate them. When I explained then my issue and that I’d had to pay to replace the battery they replied to send it in! Considering had some informed them I’d replaced it, this was a rather unnecessary response. I then requested the link for my review 4x and they kept giving information on my warranty before finally telling me to more of less google where to leave review! The next thing to go wrong was people being unable to hear me on calls. Needless to say, I won’t be using them again. Not just device but service is awful

Phone took ages to come, and arrived broken, wouldn't even turn on. Considering the name of this company, it's a total joke. Worst shopping experience of my life. Never ever use this company

BEWARE when dealing with this company!!! I ordered a phone on 17th June, and they managed to charge my account immediately. I received a standard email, stating 5-7 workdays for delivery. After the 7 days, I contacted them only to receive a follow up email asking me to wait a further 7 working days with no explanation why. After numerous attempts to talk to someone in their customer department (and having to wait for nearly half an hour "on hold") I finally managed to speak to a customer service rep. He told me that the items had been out of stock for a while and could be up to another 20 days before new stock would arrive. When I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money and was told I would have to wait a 10-14 working days for a refund. (so they can take money in minutes but refund in weeks!). At no point was I notified (either at point of order, or proactively after the order, that there was a stock issue or offering me the chance to amend my order (e.g. different phone / colour / spec... or to cancel the order). In my mind they have fraudulently taken an order, with no ability to fulfill it and a "refund" approach that is beyond a joke. I truly hope others have better luck.....but based on my experience if you choose to deal with this company do so knowing there is a risk they will take your money and not send you a phone.

Guys this “company” is one big fake !!!!! They still have my money and they ignoring my emails and holding my money !!!! Liar liars liars !!!! Please never buy from them anything !!!!!!!!! ONE BIG FAKE !!!!!

I canceled an order for a refurbished iPhone with Quick Mobile Fix because after a week I had still not received any communication as to when the order would be shipped. They confirmed the cancelation in writing and said they’d refund the original payment within 10-14 workig days. One month on and numerous emails later, they still have not processed the refund even though they said it would be in my account by 21st June at the latest. It is 28th June today, more than 10-14 working days have passed since I canceled the order. This company is a scam. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid them. I am now looking to make a claim at small payments court and report them to the police as fraudsters

First of all, I ordered a refurbished phone labelled as in stock. This took 21 days to arrive, after 14 days I decided to chase the order up to be told there were issues with getting a phone unlocked. Between day 14 and 21 I requested to cancel the order 3 times, each time I got a reply apologizing saying please give us another 7 days to get this resolved, I replied to each response saying no I want to cancel the order and be issued a refund. As well as this I tried calling multiple times with no answer. After the 3rd e-mail requesting to cancel (after threatening to get CAB involved) I was told it's too late to cancel as it has been shipped and if I want to return I would have to do so at my own cost. The next day the phone turns up. It is faulty, even after sporting 3 separate Quality assurance signatures, the phone fails to turn on, I've taken it to a phone repair shop in my area who have advised it is indeed a hardware fault, and so will need returning, unbelievable. So after a 21 day wait, I receive a phone that doesn't work even after requesting to cancel my order 3 times, I now have to return at my own cost. Now let's see how long my refund takes, wish me luck. Very poor comms, terrible service and faulty hardware. Avoid at all costs.

You would not change my postcode, in time and now I have to wait till the phone arrives, in order to get my money back am degraced I got the other phone fixed so now I do not need it now so I've waited 3 weeks all ready, I should just get my money and not have to wait until the other phone arrives, many an item has been dispatched within no postcade

Mobile phone ordered 14Jun with 7 working days max dispatch. 25Jun contacted by phone, waited an hour, advised would dispatch next day. 27Jun still not dispatched, unable to contact. Checked web site money already taken, with no product dispatch.

"QUICK FIX MOBILE" informed that I would have my phone repaired by them in 5 - 10 working days. After 14 working days, I emailed asking when my phone would be returned. I received an email back to say that my phone had been repaired and is currently being tested, and I will receive an email prior to when my phone will be sent back to me..... 4 WEEKS has passed and I am still without my phone!!!! Furthermore, "QUICK MOBILE FIX" has still got the cheek to charge me for monthly contract bill. A complete joke. It is absolutely not QUICK!!!
