Terrible service, they have had my phone which I sold to them for over two weeks and I still haven’t received payment. The phone line is constantly engaged and when I email I keep being told it’s being passed to the ‘recycling manager’. Please don’t use this service, if something is to good to be true cost wise it usually is!

No dispatch notice within 10 working days. Responded to first email telling me I was still within the 10 working day period, which had actually already expired - now 17 days, no further response and telephone permanently engaged...

Terrible customer service. Phone line is constantly kept engaged to avoid dealing with customers calling to find out what is happening with their order. I purchased a refurbished phone and was quoted in the email 5-7 working days for dispatch. After reaching the 7th working day I emailed to find out the status of the order and was told 10 days before dispatch which clearly contradicts the previous email. Enquired again yesterday and was told "I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the slight delay however I can confirm that I have now placed your order on our priority list. This means that yours will be one of the first to be shipped. If you have not heard from us within the next 24 hours, please contact us as you have today so we can chase it up for you." 24 hours later still nothing. Ridiculous company avoid at all costs. They clearly have nothing in stock and are having items shipped from abroad which is very bad practice. The 5 star reviews must be fakes from friends and family of the team. This will be taken up further.

Joke of a company. Sent them my phone, decided to reject their offer. Then they lost my phone and made me go back and forth for months trying to get an answer from them. In the end they only gave me my original offer. Save your time and go else where! Not worth the stress.

I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus on 2nd July had no updates to tell me it would be delayed and I’m still waiting for a delivery date not happy.

Waited 3 weeks today for a phone and a week tomorrow for a refund the service is absolutely disgusting I didn't receive any email to say why my order was late until I sent several emails and got several excuses!, you cannot get through to them on the phone line either. Trading standards is being contacted for sure!

In short do not use this company ever. I ordered my Wife an iPhone 6s on the July 3rd. The description was good condition. I was slightly surprised by the fact it would take them 7 days to ship it but in the end I thought sod it, that will be fine. The iPhone arrived on Friday 13th, I eagerly opened the bag and paper thin card to find a phone wrapped in thin bubble wrap. And guess what ? It had a cracked screen! So I checked back on the order description to ensure that I had in fact ordered good condition and not with a crack, I was right it said good condition. So I thought oh well let’s give customer services a call I am sure it will be easily sorted. Well, how wrong was I. The whole experience was as if someone was carrying out the infinite monkey experiment. My first call was with a chap who’s name I forget, but he was useless so it does not matter. Started by denying that it was their problem and it was down the courier not due to the fact it had literally been wrapped in paper to do the 250 mile trip from Ilford to Liverpool. He stated that the only remedy was to have the phone sent back to them so they can asses the damage and further blame the courier, not their inept packing and then resend me a phone if they felt it was needed. So at this stage I agreed, and he would send a courier on Monday to pick the phone up and resend one out that would arrive on Thursday. Foolishly I started to read more reviews about this company and other peoples bad experience, no refunds, phones disappearing etc. I thought it wise to call them again, to at least get an email from them outlining what would happen with the phone and when I would get another one. It took me 3 hrs and 226 attempts to get through to them. I was greeted by a chap called Adam, who I think had left his solitary brain cell at home that day. So after a rather painful conversation with Adam I finally got an email saying that they would pick the phone up on Monday and deliver a new one by Thursday. The problem I have now is, I suspect that if let this cracked screened phone leave my possession on Monday, it is unlikely I will ever see my money or a phone again. So, ultimately I think my only option is to cut my losses and have the phone fixed myself. So back to my originally point if you are looking for a quick and easy solution to buying a phone or having one repaired. Do not go anywhere near this company. Oh and I don’t want a free phone case for doing this review.

Very poor customer service. After waiting over two weeks for any kind of information I finally got an email saying that my order has been dispatched , however when I called APC Overnight they didn't know anything about it.

Hello, We processed your order on a Saturday to avoid any delays, our courier collects and deliver Monday to Friday only. Phone never turned up and refund is taking far to long 10-14 days yet you get paid instantly disgusting customer service not direct contact number you can actually get through to as it constantly engaged email reply are generic and avoid quotation asked, complete fraud of a company and will Be reporting to trading standards

Quick Mobile Fix is an absolute scam. They quoted me the highest price for my phone and free returns so I chose to sell my phone to them. Two weeks later I receive part of the money I was expecting. I have emailed them everyday for a response and only once they emailed back to say they sent me a new revised quote and that I accepted it. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REVISED QUOTES AND DID NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE. They have lied, kept part of my money and my phone and won’t get back to my emails. I have reviewed them on Trust Pilot and they have reported my reviews as spam! They are regulated by the FCA but don’t have a complaints process and do not get back to emails within 24 hours as they state. I email everyday and no response by email for over 2 weeks! Do not buy or sell they are scammers! Still waiting to get this resolved!

AVOID, AVOID,AVOID. Sold me a phone that was not as advised. Sent back for refund. They acknowledge received and would refund, but never did. Had to eventually claim back through PayPal. There was excuse after excuse, they basically did not want to refund. Don't trust this company!!!!

First of all, I purchased an iphone 7 champagne gold on 7th June and got an email on 8th June telling me that the phone I ordered was not available in the colour I order. They offered me an iPhone 7 in black and refused. On the 10th of June I requested that the order be cancelled and my money refunded after back and forth emails in which I received vague answers to the question of how long my order had been delayed by. On the 11th of June I received notification from APC-Overnight (their courier) that my order had dispatched for delivery. Minutes after the notification I received an email from QuickMobile Fix that my order had not been shipped. I email them to find out what was happening and they confirmed that the phone had been shipped even though I had told them to cancel the order. Courier claimed they attempted delivery on the 12th of June, I was home and no one did. I arranged with the courier to on 15th June and it was delivered. I drove into QuickMobileFix office at 41-43 Roebuck Road and handed in the phone on 16th of June. I was told I would receive a notification on the day. When I emailed them on 18th June to enquire about my refund they were unaware that phone had been returned. When acknowledged that they had received the phone they said my refund would take 10-14 working days to be process. My refund took 17 working days to hit my account after chasing on the 14th working day. From the 8th of June to 6th July I interacted with 10 respresentives of QuickMobileFix all of whom were unhelpful. Even when they processed the refund they didn’t bother to notify me with an email. Very bad experience. Pathetic to honest.

Poor customer service. Minimum wait of 30 minutes . Keep saying “ wait 7 working days “ after that “ wait 24-48hours “ been waiting for 14 days . Open a PayPal case , been refunded in few days .

Emailed customer 2 days after I placed the order to cancel my order the sent an email asking why, which I replied to straight away no reply. Emailed again today got an email telling me that orders are dispatched 5 to 7 day and if I hadn't heard by the 10th day to contact them which would be a Saturday which they don't count. But there was no mention of cancelling the order and refunding the payment which is what I had asked.

Cancelled an order as they were unable to supply phone.Told it would take 7-10 working days to refund. Now on day 18 and have had to involve trading standards and my card provider to get a refund. Said they had lost my order reference which I have supplied them. It would seem that the phones advertised are not ready for dispatch and they try and find them once the order is placed! For anybody looking for a cheap phone avoid quick mobile fix.

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered and paid for an IPhone. and asked if I would get it by a date before my holiday. They would not confirm that I would, so I cancelled it and bought one elsewhere with next day delivery. They told me I would get a refund within ten to fourteen days. That was on 4/6/18, it is now the 11th July, and despite my emails to them I still have not got it. I keep being told it is a problem with the finance department ,even though I have told them I do not believe it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
