AVOID THIS COMPANY !! Terrible service, ignore your requests, and still fighting for a refund. They will be quick to take your money and not give it back, They are a fraud, a sham to uk business.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM The good reviews on this particular forum are not legitimate. I sold my phone to them over a month ago and they have not paid me for it, which I equate to theft. Not only do they keep saying “payment is on its way” (four separate occasions now), they have ignored my requests to make a complaint and also to return my phone. They keep changing their service standard for payment, the last email I received stated that the latest I would receive payment would be Monday 6 August. Nothing has arrived in my account. Please, please, please do not trust this company

I purchased a phone from them on the 5th July which was faulty second replacement phone was also faulty It has taken 2 months to get a working phone you will spend hours on the phone and they will just tell you lies to get you off the phone when you email them you just get rubbish back from them I don't think they even read your emails Be Warned don't use this company !!!!!!!!!!

WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Very poor customer service. Item in question did not arrive so i asked the company for a refund at least 3 times and only received it once paypal became involved. Thank goodness for paypal!! During my many emails i feel that i was fobbed off and lied to in so much as the company told me that the item had been forwarded onto the courier only to find that when i contacted them they said they had not received it from the company in question. I received delivery times and made arrangements to stay in as they could only give me a time slot and still no phone arrived. Needless to say i was not happy. Several days later after numerous emails and refund requests they stated that an additional delivery attempt had been made (even though i had no communication from the courier to this effect) but apparently I was not in. Upon investigation....no delivery efforts had been made! I tried on several occasions to speak to someone on the telephone but the number was constantly engaged. Finally after i had asked for help via paypal they stated that they had definitely got the item to the courier and it would be delivered in due course. By this time i had no confidence in this company or the item that i had initially tried to purchase. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE should you purchase anything through this company, use paypal. Having read the previous reviews i genuinely feel that getting a refund from this company is extremely difficult and i feel for those individuals still trying to obtain one.

disgusting customer service, no info on my ordered product it is past the tenth working day , and still have not heard anything so can not give an opinion on product quality , would not recommend this website, go somewhere else

I really wished I had read the reviews before ordering my daughters birthday present from here. It has not arrived and I have not received a dispatch email. I have tried all day to ring them and it is constantly engaged. the email says they will respond with in 24-48 hours which will now be next week and her birthday. I have also noted that I ordered a 64gb Iphone 6S which don't exist! I am disappointed and frustrated and now wish to discuss cancelling my order but can't get through to anyone.

Abysmal service, please don't buy from them I am thorougly appalled at the level of service I have recieved from this company. I initially ordered an iPad from them, as I thought they were a legitimate company and that it was a good deal. Next thing I know, I recieve an email with my order number, saying that it will take a maximum of 10 working days to dispatch. This was not made clear to me before the purchase. I Googled the company and read the reviews, including some written by people who said that even after their 10th working day the order was delayed due to "quality checks"! Concerned, I tried to call the company but their line was always busy. I emailed them asking why they did not make it clear that the dispatch was such a lengthy process and got a generic "it's in our terms and conditions" response. Basically saying "we're right, you're wrong and never mind your concerns". I can't be expected to know every detail in their small print. In fact, the FAQ says that orders are usually dispatched within 5 - 7 working days, so it's as though they deliberately mislead us. It is the 10th working day and I have heard nothing about my order. I told them that I would need an immediate refund if there were further delays, as I urgently need an iPad and will have to order from elsewhere. They seem to be dancing around it, and I can see them taking over a month to refund me as they have done to other according to the reviews.

If I could put no stars I would! I sent them two mobile phones, I used there labels but paid for special delivery at post office for added security. These were signed for by Royal Mail but they claim not to have received them. They were both wrapped in bubble wrap with relevant paperwork attached to each. I am taking further action.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When you try to call constantly engaged and when you do get through they try to make out they are a professional company by having recorded message ' your call is important please hold' I did hold for one hour and no one answered!

So at the minute I have 9 people all saying you are scam artist and all 9 people have signed my police report form accepting to plea against you in a court of law. For the charges of thef, Internet fraud, and false advertising equating to what they say can be upto a 5 year prison sentence depending on the amount of people you have stolen from. I am sickened by this and I'm glad the police are investigating my case. Please sort your lives out, give me my money or I'll continue with the police. I am 2 more days away from paying for a lawyer to make things a lot worse for you. This is not a threat just a heads up that you are scamming a lot of people and you have to answer for your crimes.

I recently sent two phones in by special delivery (which I paid for as added security) I wrapped the phones in bubble wrap and attached the relevant order numbers to both. They state they have not received them even though I have paperwork from Royal Mail stating they were signed for! Fuming!

This is the first time I've been compelled to leave a review about a company. I regularly shop online, pay my bills and have dealt with many great companies. This is most certainly not one of them! I recently ordered a phone from this Quick Mobile Fix. I was quoted up to 7 days for delivery. By day 10. Nothing. I asked for a refund. They said allow 10-14 working days for the refund to appear. I cancelled the morning of 11/7/18. Confirmed by that afternoon.It's now 3rd August. I make that 18 days. No answer from the office phones! No refund! I was promised it would be in my account by the end of the working day yesterday (2nd Aug) Surprise surprise. Nothing! Wheres my money????

It's funny how any negative reviews are not by a verified buyer eh!?...I suspect this will now just to throw everyone off.. If I can advise one thing it would be to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They have not once confirmed that my phone arrived with a broken screen- surprising very surprising. They have offered me £20 for my phone which most definitely did not arrive with a broken screen as I packaged it so well. I will be taking them to the small claims court if I receive my phone back with a cracked screen (I have evidence that it was not sent like this) or I do not receive the full amount as quoted. Disgusting cowboy company- You should be ashamed of yourselves

Do NOT buy iPhone from this company. I bought iPhone 7. After 1 week the screen was virtually unusable. Took it to Apple who informed me an unofficial screen had been used and hence the problem. Returned to company who promised a 1week turn around. After 1 week I’d heard nothing so asked them the status of the repair. They’d forgotten they’d received it and assured me they’d start it soon and should take 2-4 working days, not including the postage time. All in I was without my phone for 3 weeks (few days to send and few more days to receive). They DON’T use offial parts but my screen works ALMOST as it should. 1-2 days after getting my phone back and people complained that when talking to me on said phone I was too quiet to be heard. Turns out now there’s a problem with the microphone. Can I afford to be without my phone for another 3 weeks? They also DON’T do refunds after a few weeks. They’d probably go bust if they did.

Hello Mike, We do state on the website if parts are changed on our refurbished phones they are replaced with grade a parts. You did not include any information with your phone when returned so when we received it we were unable to confirm it was yours, however, you provided the tracking number, and your order was processed and shipped within 5 working days as advised. I sent in to this company my old iPhone 6 as it declared a payment time of 1 day. It took three days, taking it to Friday evening, for them to confirm my phone was, indeed, in immaculate condition and they would pay the price stated "within 3-5 working days". Why when a bank transfer, my chosen method of payment, takes 2 hours. By the next Friday, five working days, I had not received any money and there was no way of getting through on the phone, constantly engaged. They did, however, respond to my email telling me that the money would be in my account "at the latest by Tuesday". Tuesday has come and gone, as has Wednesday and still no money and no response to my emails. AVOID I am beginning to think I have lost my phone and any money

I posted my phone off to this company over 2 weeks back , they signed for it then reduced the quote they give me by £13 , I have not received a penny from them , if you look at previous reviews you will see this is not unusual. Avoid like the plague, they quote you high to get your attention then rip you off. I’ve not finished with them and will persue until I get satisfaction, Facebook and Twitter will be used to highlight this

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They quoted me £101 for my iPhone 6, I sent it them in immaculate condition and they offered me £85.10. I understand you never get what you get quoted so accepted this. 6 weeks later I still haven't received payment despite e-mailing them every few days. I keep getting the same response saying that they've paid me, I've sent them proof of my bank statements to prove they haven't. Their phone line is none existent. I have asked them to send my phone back now seen as they won’t give me the money back and now they're ignoring me. This is essentially theft as they now have my phone and won't pay me for it and won't give it me back!!!
