I ordered a phone and after I paid for it I got an email saying it could take up to 14 working days. So I cancelled the order and was told it will take 14 working days maximum to get my money back. (It only took 24 hours for them to take the money). It’s now been 15 working days and no money has been reimbursed. These people are a disgrace. Advertising stock they don’t have and hiding information somewhere on the website. I will never do business with them and neither should anyone else.

The worst company I have ever experienced! Ordered an iPhone which never arrived by their stated date ( within 10 working days) which in itself is absolutely ridiculous any decent company would aim to deliver probably 1-2 days after order......when phone didn’t arrive I tried numerous times to contact via telephone to request a refund but never got to speak directly with anyone always engaged funnily enough! Got an email response but again not as quick as you would expect from a reputable company advising a refund would be processed within 10-14 working days! Again absolutely disgraceful service It’s now 15 working days and guess what...... no refund. I will be reporting this company to rogue traders on BBC as well as trading standards as this appears to be a very common complaint from this quick rip-off mobile fix?company!

Stay away from this cowboy company! Sell them my iPhone 8 plus this is over four weeks ago and still not received a payment, only replies I got was payment will be made in 3/5 working days and still nothing They now say they have paid me but they haven't I have demanded my phone to be returned and now they are ignoring me! This matter will be going to trading standards but warning do not use them even if they give a higher price because you will be lucky to receive your money !!! Disgusting

BUY NEW DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Purchased iPhone 7 on 7th July 2018 which was meant to be in PRISTINE CONDITION. Was very worn so returned. After multiple promises no refund given over a month later. Many reviews with the same experience. Referred the incident to my credit card company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I finally got my refund today after placing an order a month ago. A bit of a long story but worth the read. On July 1th, I ordered a I phone in silver. After the 10th business day my phone still had not shipped. I wrote to the company and they apologize and said it would be another few days because they didn't have the color I ordered in stock and offered me a different color. ( which would also take a few more days) I didn't have a few days because I was leaving the country. I asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund. They wrote back again and said they would be able to ship my phone in the next 48 hours. Again I requested a refund.. they told me I would get a refund in 14 business days. When the 14th business day came and went I sent an email and received a reply telling me it would be another 72 business hours ( 2 weeks) before my refund would be processed. finally this morning I woke to my refund. I have a total of 11 emails back and forth all starting on July 12th when I started to ask when my phone would ship. Basically, This company has terrible customer service and they can't provide what they promise. If I could rate them less than 1 star if I would.

I order an iphone SE in Rosegold, five days later I was told this was now out of stock even though the payment had gone through, they offered the same phone in white a week later which I accepted, I was then told 4 days later the white colour way was out of stock as well, and offered an alternative again. Very poor.

I wouldn’t recommed quick mobile fix at all.. sent the phone for sale and received no money to which o got told about iCloud still on and asked for for an email and password (they should ask for a password) so I sorted it out and got the same reply saying iCloud was still on and they need an email and password. I asked for the phone back so I could sort it out but no reply. I’ve have then asked a further 3 time and still no reply. Bad service if you ask me

Tried to cancel the order, the same day. As i found out after purchase that it takes 10days to send out...they gave excuse after excuse..i demanded a refund...still more excuse....had to open a case in psypal and reported rt hem to trading stsndards...got my refund yesterday after over a month if chasing them...stay clear poor customer service..

ID 183358. I unfortunately am now having a difficult experience. I bought an iPhone 6 for my daughter and as other reviewers have said - not received. Apparently delivery was tried but no-one to sign. I find this difficult to believe as my family were at home. No card was left to rearrange delivery. I have now emailed twice and had no reply. Have rung x3 today and no answer. I have emailed for a refund. A very disappointed young daughter - wanted it for when she starts year 7.

When this firm is good it appears to be very good - when it is bad is very bad! I have my emails not responded to! - the customer service phone line is always engaged - Customer Service needs to reviewed as It has produces a lot of frustration - I have not dealt with a company quite like it before!

The phone purchased wasn't working and we had a long wait for a repair not a replacement. Requested refund which took 38 days to process. It was only finally paid after a letter threatening court action. Please beware!!

ID 182157 I placed an order back on 24th July for my 10 year old son's birthday. I was assured delivery would be 10 working days or sooner. We are now approaching 3 weeks and I continue to receive emails to say delivery is delayed. Email responses are never on the same day which is a further delay tactic. I was offered another colour and when I asked for more information, I received an email 3 days later to say the original order would be a further 1-2 working days. Still we wait. I am so upset that my son won't have his gift on his birthday despite me allowing plenty of time. I have tried several times to contact them on the phone but there is no reply and the line goes dead. I will be approaching trading standards today if it is not despatched today.

Order ID171015 Terrible company, as the rest of the reviews will confirm. I purchased a phone to give as a present but they contacted me to say they didn’t have the colour I ordered I said it was ok but the delivery was so late that I had to make other arrangements. I returned the phone and was promised a refund and they confirmed they had received the phone on the 28th of June and that it will take 14 working days max. It’s now the 10th of August and I still have not received my refund!! And they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails or twitter even. I’m going to have to report this company. Hopefully if enough of these complaints come through they will get shut down. Order ID171015 EDIT - they have now responded on twitter in a direct message: « Hi, checking on your order our payment was rejected to you. So we can get this refund sent please provide the card number, expiry date, csc and card holder name so we can send the payment promptly. ^BP«  - sounds dodgy - there was no rejection from my side and they are demanding that I send all my card details on twitter??.

After waiting 2 weeks and still didnt receive my order I asked for a refund. They said they would process a refund within 10-14 days. Its now the 11th day and now they are ignoring my emails and I have sent them 3 in the last 24-48 hours. Still Havent received my refund. Give me my money back.

I bought one phone from here which served me well and so when i bought my next i thought i should buy from here. However, i bought a Grade A bundle and the phone broke twice within in a month and a half of having it so i sent it back and was told i would be getting a replacement but instead they sent me the same phone back so i contacted them and they said it is fine to return the device and they would send me the replacement this time. I sent the device back over a month ago back at the start of July and they still haven't sent me my replacement iPhone. I have paid fully for this device and yet i still have not received it!

Ordered an iPhone in pristine condition. The condition wasn’t pristine when phone arrived so sent it back for replacement on 10th July. Received it today on 10th August!!! They informed me originally it would take 3-5 days. Couldn’t get hold of them on phone, continually engaged. Sent several emails and was fobbed off every time, phone not in stock, nearly ready for dispatch (still didn’t arrive for over a week). Please do not use this firm. I have never dealt with such a shambolic customer service.
