Phone freezing all the time,emailed to ask about getting it fixed,and told to send it back and wait around 5 days or something,I can’t afford to send it back then be without a phone for so long,wouldn’t be so bad if they sent out a replacement until my phone was fixed,I wouldn’t even bother if they took a fee for the phone as a guarantee that they get the phone back.

This company should not be trading. The phones they have advertised on their website are probably not 'on the shelf and ready to dispatch'. Once you order and pay you'll receive an email stating that the phone should be dispatched within 10 working days. They claim quality control issues for delays. Had I known that I wouldn't have ordered. I cancelled my order but it took almost 2 months to be refunded and that was only after going though the small claims court along with numerous emails. Excuses were made and at times they hadn't even read the email content. This is a terribly company to deal with. There is a well known social media site Fb which has a group for Quick Mobile Fix Customer Feedback and Issues. Check it out and see what people have to say.

This is the second time I have used QMF. My first experience was not good however I thought I would give them another opportunity to prove me wrong. QMF are impossible to contact having spent literally hours ringing the customer service support line time after time until someone answered. I found some of the support staff I spoke with to be unhelpful and vague which resulted in confusion and significant delays to my order. That said others were very helpful in sorting out their colleagues incompetence, resolving the issues caused. After the confusion that was caused I was over charged and have only just been refunded. As a result of my experience I will never use QMF again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Sent off my phone over 6 weeks ago but yet still no payment but yet it says online payment processed absolutely disgusting service dont answer the phone because they are to ashamed of the service in which they provide will be seeking further advice and taken this on absolutely terrible

Seller confirmed that they have received returned phone but not willing to issue me Full Refund. i Need my money back from this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, AVOID AVOID AVOID...................

Terrible service, just reading the other reviews it’s the same old story. Sent phone off nearly a month ago still haven’t received payment. After finally getting through the advisor hung up on me, the live chat is a waste of time and the communication is abysmal.

Two faulty phones received and returned, I have requested a refund and now they won't reply to my emails. I have referred the company to Trading Standards - I would advise you read the other numerous similar reviews and go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE No one answers the phone the live chat they give you the run around. Haven’t received the phone back after being misquoted the phones value. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH! Will report to trading standards

Absolute joke of a company with a lack of communication and full of false promises!!!! Sent my iPhone se for recycling which was stated as being processed on the 4th sept. heard absolutely nothing until I emailed them asking what was happening. I was told it can take up to 5-10 working days. Its now the 26th and I'm still none the wiser to whats happening. They have responded by saying they will be in contact shortly but I have no confidence this will happen. Ive tried ringing but they never answer and the online chat is a joke. They are a fraudulent company with numerous reviews of this nature. How they can get away with this is beyond me.

Dealing with QMF has been a long and arduous process. Since cancelling my order in late July I have just today (Sept 26th) been fully reimbursed. I had to go through the Small Claims Court to get my money back and even then QMF didn't pay the court fees which they are obligated by law to do. That's now been paid today but I had to contact the court to tell them it hadn't been paid to me along with the refund for cancelled order. If you order a phone advertised on their website you will find that it's not 'ready to ship' as you might expect. After you've ordered and paid you will be informed that they aim to dispatch good within 10 working days. After I'd cancelled the order they didn't seem to understand what I meant when I said I wanted to cancel, they asked me twice if I was sure and then send a phone two days later. I refused to accept delivery of it (I'd cancelled the order after all and there was no going back for me) which QMF advised me to do if I didn't want it. You will find it near impossible to reach them on the phone, by email they'll keep fobbing you off with excuses such as 'going through quality control checks' or some other lame reason. They don't always respond to emails and when they do it's as if they've not read your email. I'm in my later years, quite diplomatic and rational I think, and try to be professional in my responses but have found that difficult at times in dealing with this company. If you want a professional service then I suggest you look elsewhere, Envirophone gives a much better service and what is on their website is on the shelf and ready to ship. They can be contacted on the phone and comparing the two companies I give QMF a 0 out of 10 and Envirophone a 10 out of 10. I don't work for or represent the latter but and I'm just sharing my own experience. There is a well known social media site that has a dissatisfied customers of QMF group so you can check that out to see that I'm not the only one to have negative experiences. If you read this and still order from QMF then you must like a challenge and having your patience and intelligence tested. Good luck.

I was unable to receive my delivery at my home address and therefore tried to change my shipping address with both the courier and Quick Mobile Fix, only to be informed this is not possible 'for security reasons'. This is despite Quick Mobile Fix clearly stating on their website that a shipping address CAN be changed by contacting customer service by telephone or email. I tried several times to contact Quick Mobile Fix by phone, but it rang out each time. Given my frustration at being given a complete run around, I chose to cancel my order. I am still waiting to be contacted about a refund. I would not recommend this company.

Hello Katie, As advised we can only ship to the address you enter at checkout, we are unable to change the address for security purposes, alternatively, you are able to arrange a collection from your local depot. Since sending my 2 phones and agreeing to their offfer I have had no further communication or money- their email address does not exist abd their phone number is unreadable- I will be taking legal advice as they have effectively stolen my property

Sent the mobile locked to another network. Had to wait 4 working days for it to be unlocked. Massive inconvenience having a paid £760 for a iPhone X and not being able to use it when it arrived. When emailing this company had no reply until I wanted to cancel my order. Terrible service. Definitely will not use again
