Ordered phone for 3rd October for granddaughters birthday. Cancelled order on the 12th of October as my granddaughter flew back to Australia. I was told My order had gone to cancellations department and would hear within 24 hours That was a week ago still no refund or no response to emails since that date but deafly not recommend

DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY! THEY SELL PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT HAVE AND THEN THEY OFFER YOU AFTER 20 DAYS TO BUY SOMETHING MORE EXPENSIVE

Awful company no customer service, sent me faulty phone then proceeded to take 6 weeks to refund me and no apology. My advice do not use this company!

Stay away from that business! It took me almost 3 months just to get my money back because they did not have the mobile phone that was showing as available on their website, they try to buy time so a mobile will be available, it will take months before you get your money back. just try to call customer services and you will see no one answers. only if you try to order something. Bad experience.

I bought a repair service on the 26th September. I cancelled it the next day and the company told me that a refund will be processed within 10-14 days. I have sent several emails the last 10 days and the answer is that they will get the refund processed asap. I think that it is unprofessional and disappointing to have someone to wait for so long, longer as the agreement was for their refund.

I bought an IPad to be delivered in time for a birthday and after 18 days, it did not arrive and I got no answer on the phone or by mail. This service is terrible and customers are left without any way to reach a responsible person or any compensation for this terrible service.

I sent you my phone months ago. You still have not paid me. You keep telling me that you have a problem processing payments. You have not paid by your latest stated timescale and now you do not reply to e-mails and nobody answers your phone call enquiries. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

HORRENDOUS DO NOT SENT A PHONE FOR REPAIR I shall start by giving a very brief background, lost my phone, however had a iPhone 6 plus which needed 3 repairs, so rather than buying a new handset I searched the internet for what suitable repair service, I reviewed the reviews posted and like other people I took the bad reviews as possible shortcomings and the majority were good reviews, so paid and sent the phone for a repair which according to their website would take between 48-72 hours, well 22 days later they sent my phone back, which now has a further fault it never had before sending for repair. I damned if I am sending the phone back to them. As I am sufferer of chronic depression, anxiety & PTSD, the lifeline of a mobile is imperative for me to be able contact my care team & family in times of emergency which I had couple of them during the period of not having a mobile. Now as far as their customer service, I sent them over 40 e-mails which came back with the cut & paste response we'll update you in 24,48 or 72 hours on the status of your repair. The webchat was less than useful, same answers. Then to add to this disgusting behaviour, I was promised call backs from the manager, which with no mobile I needed to stay home waiting for these calls. Alas none of them happened. Even after pleading that I needed my phone back due to my illnesses, they sent pathetic e-mails apologising then gave the same BS responses. I also tried countless times to contact the customer service number, which in all the times of trying only once did they answer, once again promised a call back. I have written e-mails of complaint which have never been answered. This company caused myself my carers & my family major distress.

Do not trust this company. This has been the worst experience ever for an online purchase. I read mixed reviews on this company but decided to look past the bad comments and trust the good reviews. I purchased an Iphone 6 from this company on 3 October 2018 as I urgently need a simple phone in the interim. The delivery was promised within 10 days but it never arrived. I wrote to cancel my order and had reply saying that I will be contacted by refund department. I wrote a few more times to follow up but has yet to hear from them. They are also unreachable on phone. What a horrible experience. Please refund me or I will be contacting the authority.

It took ages to arrive. It broke within a week and it took ages for me to send it back to get it fixed. Tried to call their customer service, there's never an answer. Email gets replied a day after.

Phone arrived broken on 9th October, contacted them straight away, they said they would collect it on the 12 th October, they didn’t! Another date was arranged, again they didn’t collect it! Have contacted them numerous times, mostly have been ignored, the last contact they said they would speak to the carriers, I’m still waiting, the phone has been waiting for them to collect since it arrived! Very disappointed indeed!

AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY!! Ordered an iPhone 7 from this company which never arrived. First of all told 10 working days, then a further 24-72 hours and then nothing. They take your money immediately but seem to advertise phones which they do not have on stock which surely is false advertising!! Now struggling to get a refund, which goes against consumer rights. I would urge people to look past some of the good reviews and see the similar experiences people are having. Check social media too as there are accounts dedicated to bad service from this company............why would that be the case if they were any good???

I ordered a phone from Quick Mobile Fix over three weeks ago, they have taken almost £400 off me and delivered nothing. They never answer their phones and can only be contacted intermittently by email; to which I have had four people respond to me each time apologising and saying my order has been prioritised and that it will be dispatched the next day or in the next 48-72 hours. They have delayed and held off on delivering a service I paid them for for over three weeks now. Unfortunately it is clear that the vast majority of 'anonymous' reviews on here are clearly fake as this company is obviously not performing anywhere close to what these fake reviews would claim. It will also be interesting to see if they even bother to respond to my review on here.

One of the most painful buying experiences I have encountered. Customer support advisers are polite but ineffective. Numerous emails and my problem remains unresolved. They never answer the phone. They have taken my money and a month later I still have not received my phone, I’ve asked for a refund and haven’t had a proper response. Feeling very disappointed.

The phone I received was in poor condition even though I purchased the pristine A grade phone. The battery life is also very short. The phone also took over two weeks to arrive.
