I tried to buy a phone in early September, the website claims that it will take a maximum of 10 days to ship however I waited 6 weeks before I was told that they did not have the phone in stock. I requested a refund and was told that it will take a maximum of 14 days. I emailed requesting that I get my money back quickly as I was not confident that they can keep to deadlines due to the past experience. I was insured that the maximum time it will take is 14 days. It has now been 21 days and I still have not received my refund. This company is poorly run with a customer service team that copies and pastes the same generic answer promising that something will be completed in a certain time scale which never happens. I would recommend never using this company if you would like actually like to receive the phone that you bought.

I ordered my phone on 1 /11/18 still no phone getting concerned now had a phone in the past no problem but this is taking to long had an email reply stating longer ,why no correspondence at weekends and feet reading some reviews alarm bells are ringing need phone asap .

I think it’s the first time that I haven’t read the reviews ordered the phone too quickly if I’d have read them I certainly wouldn’t have ordered it . Ordered the phone on 29th October still haven’t received it all the comments are true they don’t answer the phone all I’ve received are computer generated messages and am now worrying if they are a genuine company .We are pensioners and really can’t afford to loose the money that’s why I purchased a reconditioned phone .I just don’t know what to do now .

Absolutely terrible company. They say 5-10 working days - I've been waiting 3 weeks and still no sign of my phone! When I queried this they said; "the delay to the dispatch of your order has been due to the stringent quality control checks" - how on earth does this take 3 weeks!?!?!? Oddly enough, they now no longer reply to my emails, aren't answering on their Facebook page and whichever option you call on the phone line, nobody answers. I have asked for my cash back and I'm just getting silence. Cannot stress enough, do not use this website - they'll take your money and give nothing in return. I am going to be reporting them to Action Fraud on Monday - fuming!

Terrible, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Purchased an iphone- reasonable price at £82.99, after 10 working days from the original purchase, the still hadn't arrived. I started to get concerned so I rang the customer service number, no answer, rang again, no answer.... I took ten phone calls before anyone answered the phone. When i finally got to speak to someone they said the item had not been dispatched yet so I demanded a refund. They said the refund should be in my account within 10-14 working days??? Again this sent alarm bells ringing as most retailers normally process it within 3-4 working days. We are now over four weeks since I made the purchase and over 14 working days since the refund was requested and I am yet to receive a refund! I have made several phone calls with no response on either of the phone options- the phone just cuts out! Tried the online chat with limited response. Customer services finally informed me via email that they had changed the payment system which Is why I had not received the refund? They have now asked for my account number and sort code and have promised to refund the £82.99- I am still waiting. I am a business owner and I had ran my company this way, i would not have a business at all. Total con!

Bought an iPhone8 23 days ago and constantly get ignored or told “it has been delayed due to quality control”. It is impossible to actually speak to anyone over the phone. They obviously do not have the phones in stock. Avoid at all costs.

Have now been waiting 18 business days for phone and it’s still not been dispatched. Email replies from company state that it would be prioritised. That never happened. Seeking refund. Quick Mobile Fix advertises products that it knowingly doesn’t have in stock yet takes your money. And they cannot deliver in their 10 day promise. Avoid this terrible company.

AVOID this terrible company - They don't have the phones in stock. AVOID this terrible company! They take orders for phones they don't have in stock. They hang on to your money for as long as the possibly can by fobbing you off with excuse after excuse, promised delivery dates that come and go, and still they hang on to your money. I only managed to get a refund by opening a PayPal dispute. If I'd paid by card I think I would have still been waiting. Please do not even think about buying a phone from this terrible firm !!!

The service is absolutely appaling. I waited 10 working days as stated, however on the 10th day I email them asking where my phone is and they say that delivery has been delayed by another 7 working days. Those 7 days are up, and still no phone or updates of its status. I'm beginning to worry that I won't even get a phone and that they've just stolen my money.

Really starting to panic - order of iPhone 7s still wait after 16 days for its arrival due to checks!! Already ordered another iphone off them a few days after the first one - I bet I don't receive that either. Will be requesting money back for both - leave quick mobile fix well alone

I have already complained on trust pilot and got a generic response "we will respond to you shortly" to appease the public nature of my complaint. I have still heard nothing after 19 working days. They have taken my money, failed to meet their proposed timescales and are also incredibly inept at keeping me updated - no one ever answers the phone and it just goes dead. I will raise this to the relevant authorities if I do not receive either my money back or someone gives me a call to explain what is going on within the next 24hours. An absolute shambles and should not be a trading company.

Order no.198264 I ordered an i phone 7 for my granddaughter as a present.I have emailed and been told it will take 10 days ,then 7 days etc etc to be delivered , I am still waiting for an email back ,tried ringing a number of times NO ANSWER. Give it until tomorrow for a reply and will want to cancel and have refund.

8 weeks after ordering a fone that arrived late and didn't work...I now seem to be waiting a really long time for a well deserved refund...I would not recommend this company.

I am still waiting on a mobile I ordered more than two weeks ago due to quality checks. Surely a mobile company would've completed these checks before selling a phone. After I asked when my phone would be delivered they still haven't given me an exact answer and I am in desperate need of a mobile.

I am absolutely appalled in the customer service this company provides. I have waited 3 weeks and still haven't received anything, I have e-mail for a refund and nobody has got back to me. I suggest your refund my money ASAP what JOKE company. My order ID is 1D198147. You don't even answer your phone!!! how can you justify taking money off people and not even delivering the good in return or even a e-mail or a phone call?

The phone that I received late did not charge properly so I was only able to use it for 2 days before sending it back. I am now finding it difficult to get a refund. I tried to call them and the phone keeps going dead. They also asked for my apple icloud password so they could remove the account from my phone, strange thing is its a Samsung phone and I have never had an Apple account.

Shocking is an understatement. Ordered a phone for my son's birthday 2 weeks prior, now over a week since his birthday and still not received. Their customer service is a joke and leave emails unanswered, when they do decide to respond they advise will contact you in 24 to 28 working hours! Never heard such utter rubbish....now they have my money, my son has no phone and they are sitting pretty. Going to report them to trading standards - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!
