Been waiting 14 working days for phone still no phone and just keep getting fobbed off with lame excuses.

Very disappointed with quick mobile fix. Bought an iPhone X which only lasted 24 hours after it arrived before being faulty and needing to returning it for a replacement. It has now been two weeks since they received my faulty device and despite correspondence to say I would get a replacement dispatched within 3-5 working days and I still have no device. I have chased on the phone and via email, I have now called over 30 times in the last two weeks and never has the phone actually been answered. I have received and update via email to say after 5 working days it would be another 2-4 working days. This has since elapsed with no correspondence to confirm when I am actually likely to receive my phone despite numerous chases. Unfortunately on the back of this I cannot recommend quick mobile fix and would actually go out of my way to advise anyone from using them. Very disappointed and can only hope I will actually receive a working phone that I paid for over 4 weeks ago. :(

Having saved hard, I ordered my daughter's dream phone on the 31st October for Christmas. After the stipulated 10 days I did not receive my phone, they advised it would be another 5 days, still no phone, I therefore cancelled the order on the 20th November. I was advised a refund would be forthcoming in 10-14 working days, The refund date was confirmed as the 12th December. This has now passed and no refund has been received. I need to get the money back to buy the much sought after phone. They now are not responding to my e-mails. I am at my wits end. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!

Poor company.... Took 2 months to get payment from them. Had to raise a case with PayPal. Please check on Facebook group called Quick Mobile Fix - Customer experiences before deciding to use this company

This company are a sham. I waited for 19 working days (25 days not working days total) for a faulty phone to be delivered. The responses from their team were rude and stand offish. I was told that it would not be until after Christmas for the phone to be fixed and sent back meaning it would be nearly 2 months. No apology, no support. The complaint didn’t go any further either. Do not use this company they trap people!

Ordered a pristine phone from them... took 2 weeks for the phone to even be dispatched. When I recieved the phone it was marked with scratches and chips out of the sides, spoke to the via live chat to ask what there pristine condition was and was re assured that pristine means not a mark on the phone it’s like new!! Defiantly not what I recieved I’ve tried contact the via phone calls emails and live chat to which I’m getting no where with, all they can say in live chat is they’ll get some one to contact me and they never do!! Emails are being ignored and phone calls get cut off! Completely Useless company!! AVOID ordering anything from these as you won’t get what you ordered and then your stuck with it as they don’t get in contact about the problem (I’ve been waiting over a week for a phone call now) and started the whole complaint process almost 2 weeks ago 😡 they don’t even deserve 1*

Order ref 204613 QMF used to be really good - fast returns and quick dispatch with good communication. What happened? Maybe it’s just my experience but I won’t use QMF again. The phone I bought did eventually arrive but if it really takes ten days to send out a phone (what else takes that long?) with zero interim communication then you should tell all the other retailers who communicate with their customers and dispatch the same day or at least within two or three days!

terrible. Impossible to comunicate I have paid 369 GBP for a phone, after 20 days it has not been delivered and and the costumer service does not pick p call after long waiting time. Never to use again

Poor customer service, false advertising on product after paying for item 10 Days after I was told the item have to go through inspection I taught this would have done before item go on sale , 21 to delivery I will never buy from them again

10 days after ordering, I still don’t have it. It’s a pity they only let you know after you buy that it takes them 10 full WORKING days to post the item. A disgrace in this day and age.

Can I give zero stars. ? This company seems to have gone downhill very badly. I have purchased several mobile phones and always had good service - the latest an IPhone 5S grade A has been a different situation. It arrived faulty and now 4 weeks after sending it back I am fobbed off by promises of an "imminent despatch" - which is clearly a lie when nothing has happened a week later - or that management will call me back and they don't. I just want either a replacement phone that works or a refund - Surely this isn't too much to ask. You have the phone - I have nothing and you don't answer the phone. The chat function has gone offlilne now and you cannot even hold onto the phone as they just cut you off after a minute or so. Sorry guys - as you are unable to fulfill simplying replying to a request for contact for many days - you can no longer be considered trustworthy. Please refund my money.

Having placed my order on 8th Nov I still haven't received my order, and just keep getting fobbed off. When someone eventually replied to my various emails ... 3 times I've been told that the order will be despatched in 1-3 days, but clearly just delaying tactics.

Phone purchased was meant to be unlocked and isn't!!! Now can't get hold of QMF - tried numerous times and still waiting . Unless I get redress very soon I will be taking the matter to trading standards - please don't waste your money buying from this firm
