Don't even consider buying anything from this company - zero customer service and I never received what I ordered. Would give less than 1 star if that was an option

Has anyone received a refund yet? Sent phone back on 3rd December and got email back on 6th December to say they had the phone!! So the latest to get refund would have been 20th! Right! (10-14 days)

Products not as advertised. I ordered 2 pristine iPhone 8 handsets, the website states “Pristine no signs of use” however both of the handsets that I received have have visible scratches on the screens, attempts to resolve the issue have been futile (£10gift voucher), and after 43 minutes on hold my call was answered and cut off without conversation. I have repeatedly asked for an explanation of the returns policy and no one has answered it after 4 emails. Currently waiting for someone to come out from hiding behind their keyboard and call me, I don’t hold much hope. Fully aware that these are for Christmas gifts and seems as though they are holding out for it to be too late to do anything about it. Shocking service.

Disgraceful company. Do not buy from them. I ordered a phone as a Christmas present. Was told it would definitely arrive before Christmas. Then a few days before get an email about a technical difficulty which doesn’t even make sense and is clearly a lie. Basically I will not get the phone and their office is closed. Just hope I can get my money back which based on the experience so far could be difficult. This company doesn’t even know what customer service is. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pristine bundle and received a phone that was far from pristine. That was accepted by Quick Mobile Fix. That item was returned as requested. Still no replacement phone/still haven't received what I ordered. Very poor.

Purchase pristine phone condition, when it arrived it was excellent condition however the home button didn’t work correctly, the sim card holder didn’t go in properly and when you were on a call it was crackling you could hear the caller but they couldn’t hear you! Lost any confidence I had in the company with the very poor attempt at customer service. They never answered the phone so had to email or live chat, had to ask 5 times for how to return the faulty phone for a refund as they kept asking the same questions and offered to fix the phone. My thought was that if they had sent it out in that condition I did not trust them to fix it, plus I should not be having to get it fixed after only just purchasing it! I finally got details of how to return the phone and sent it back to them. The courier confirmed it had arrived on a Friday, quick mobile sent an email acknowledging the return the following Thursday. Their refund policy is 10-14 working days, they already had the phone for 4 days but they wouldn’t count towards the 10-14 days. I purchased the phone on the 24th November, if I get my money back by the middle of January I will be shocked! I’m sure I will have a battle on my hands to get my money back! This is a DREADFUL company whatever you do do not use them if you value your money. Terrible customer service and faulty products!!

Order ID - 196705. Please do not waste your money with this company. Ordered an item in October, item lost in transit, took 2 months for the company to acknowledge the loss. Now waiting for a refund. Was advised in email that it would take no longer than 14 days for the refund to be paid, but they needed some bank details I.E BIC, IBAN etc. I didn't hear anything back, so emailed them. Just had an email back stating please be advised refunds take 10 to 14 days to be PROCESSED. So one representative says it'll be paid within 14 days and another says it'll be processed within 14 days. This company is an absolute shambles. Do not trust them with your hard earned money. Disgusting customer service. Completely unreasonable, unacceptable experience, Quick to take your money, not so quick to refund and deal with issues.

I had ordered a phone but it didn't arrive in the time the company stated. When I requested for a refund, the company did not return my money. Its been over a month and I have still not received my refund. I've experience poor customer service and failed promises from this company.

Please stay clear of this company. Impossible to get a proper reply to a query. Give no status update on product. Send out emails to say product is dispatched then send another the next day to say its not dispatched. Ordered item on 7th december and expected it to be here for xmas. Finally got a pathetic response saying they would be shipping products again on 27th december. 2 days after xmas. Thats 20 days after i ordered the product. A company that takes 20 days to process a delivery will not survive to long in todays market. Which means that another customer will not be as disappointed or annoyed as i am at present as a customer of the mickey mouse club house crew. A total joke of a company.

I am In the process of sending the iPhone 5 back that I purchased for a full refund. The condition was not ‘very good’ at all like it stated! And it did not work when it arrived! The screen had gone! I plugged it into a pc and did a restore and reset, it showed that the phone was charging fine. The hard resets by pressing the home an d power button did not work either. When I tried to contact the company after 15 attempted, different times and days call just dropped out after several rings! And on a live chat who ever was one the other endend was so impersonal, horrible service unhelpful and terrible product! After trying to explain that this was my 8 year olds Xmas present they were still in no hurry to resolve and said that unfortunately there would be nothing they could do intime for Xmas this was 2 weeks ago! I asked for a call back they couldn’t give me a timescale and I still 2 weeks later no call!! Shocking ... AVOID!

Sent me the wrong colour phone and scratched screen. Nothing found anywhere on package or website about returning. Very hard to get hold of someone. Eventually an agent phoned me, who was helpful and sent me a returns label. Returning easy enough. However, I had to email them for them to confirm they had received my item. I then received an email saying my item would be refunded in 14 working days. 6 days later, I received the identical email saying I would have to wait 14 working days. Shambles.

Terrible service. Bought a refurbished phone, has been sent back twice for repair, asked for a replacement phone which they won’t send. Every time I try to phone they don’t answer and they don’t help via email as I asked right from the start for a replacement phone and all they keep talking about is a repair. Would never buy from or recommend this company again.

Ordered iPad mini 2, 7 days later item still not dispatched. Requested order cancellation and full refund, still no response from customer service. I very disappointed and would not recommend to make any purchase from this company.

Worst customer service and order experience ever. Ordered a refurbished phone on a Friday. Changed my mind. Cancelled the order on the next Monday. Got verbal and written confirmation of the cancellation on the same Monday. Thought it was over. Was happy to wait the 10-14 days (though I think that is a bit extravagant and unnecessary) to receive my refund as stated. The following Thursday I receive an email telling me that it was too late to cancel my order and it was being sent out. Why? I cancelled it. It had been cancelled. Why was it sent two days later? I refused delivery of the phone, called them up (eventually got through after 20+ attempts) and tried to figure out what had happened. All I was told was that my refund would be available after they had received the device back, checked it’s conditon (I didn’t even touch the parcel) and this would take 5-7 days. Then when given the all clear, the 10-14 days of waiting for my refund would commence!!!! Furious. Not only was my order sent out by their mistake. They did nothing to rectify this. They took my money, and are STILL holding it. Admit you made a mistake and put the customer right. After all, it should be customer service. Not this company. This company will take everything, leave you out of pocket (at Christmas too) and not even blink an eye. Will never use or recommend ever. The absolute worst I have ever experienced.

Order was placed 11 working days ago. After me chasing for an update, please note no notification was sent about a potential delay, I was informed on Monday 17 their was a delay to QC process and it would be despatched in 1-5 days. Informed today they cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas as they close on Saturday until 01 January. Totally unacceptable service. If there was a 0 this would have been my grading.
