I LEFT A REVIEW YESTERDAY WHICH WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED. I ORDER A PHONE ON 30TH NOVEMBER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. THE COMPANY CLAIM THAT THEY DESPATCHED IT ON 19TH DECEMBER BUT IT IS STILL NOT HERE AND IT SHOWS NO SCANS WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT THEY HAVE PROVIDED. THEY HARDLY COMMUNICATE AND I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY EVER SENT IT. THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH A ORDER BUT THEY HAVE ALSO NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS. IT IS MORE BAD THAN GOOD AND I THINK SOME OF THE GOOD ONES ARE BEING WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES. FRAUDELENT COMPANY THAT TAKES PEOPLES MONEY AND THEN CEASES TO COMMUNICATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service I've had in my life. Don't buy a used phone with these guys. Their high ratings probably come from the 'fixing' service but not for buying used phones for sure.

Bought a refurbished iphone online. It was faulty and poor condition. Customer service poor, evasive and didn’t listen. Still waiting on refund to be processed two weeks later. Can never get through on the phone either. Buy elsewhere. Cheap for a reason.

ID 199911 4th November 2018 – I have bought the phone 19th November 2018 – after 11 working days they have not send it 19th November 2018 – after 1000 emails and calls I have cancelled the order and they emailed me back “The refund will be processed on 12/12/18” 12th December 2018 - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 17/12/2018” 17th December – NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 18th December - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 21/12/2018” 21st December - NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 2nd January - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 15/01/2019” 4th January - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 15/02/2019” Reading the other reviews I am afraid that I lost my money

I ORDERED A PHONE AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT ON 30TH NOVEMBER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. Had to take iPhone to another repair shop to get new screen fitted and battery connected as it was lose cost me extra money to repair would never buy from here again my daughter was disappointed on chrismas day

This is the most appalling online buisiness I have ever come across. Purchased a grade A refurbished iPad Air which did not charge when I received it on the 13th November 2018,they have had the iPad since the 13th december2018,I have had generic answers around all the emails sent,have spoken on chat to no avail.I still do not know if and when I will receive the iPad back repaired.I am now claiming via my credit card for my money back. BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE EITHER USELESS OR FRAUDS

Ordered Samsung S5 16th december Still no phone They have had my money all this time. I have been without a mobile all Christmas and haven't been able to contact my friends or arrange play dates for our 4 children. They say by email they have prioritised my order for the first week of January. It is 19.07 Friday 4th January and no phone has been despatched. They have not been honest in their advertising or communications and are entirely unethical. The responses they post on here are all generic and clearly designed to look as though they wish to solve customers problems but this is just window dressing. The positive reviews are all from company employees being paid to post positive reviews to counteract the huge amount of bad ones to help get more of our money for the owner. Never encountered such a bad business model or customer service operation.

!!Do Not Use!! Made an order for a refurbished iPhone on 22/10/2018. The day after I expected delivery I called up and was told they did not have my order in stock and that it could take up to a month to complete. I was not happy with this so requested a refund in mid November, I was told this would take 14 days to process. 14 days went by and no refund so I contacted again and was told they had changed payment provider and needed further details to process my refund and it would take another 14 days. Since then I have been chasing regularly and each time being told my refund will be processed, currently now being told it will be processed on 04/02/2019. This is a joke of a company with no respect of consumer law/ guidelines and horrendous customer service.

3 weeks since taking my money and still no phone. Absolutely appalling. Lied in emails about opening times over Christmas, delivery times and have been promised dispatch is processing as a priority for a week. AVOID (ID210679 in case you want to finally sort)

I have been waiting five months for a refund. I have emailed multiple times. Their latest excuse is the Christmas period slowed them down..it wasn’t Christmas 3 months ago. They are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act and guilty of theft.
