Very bad ordered s green iphone 5c got given a yellow iPhone 5c asked for some reimbursement got nothing very poor customer service

Took my money, over £260 and 3 weeks later I receive a faulty phone which I returned in November 2018, still waiting on my refund despite repeated attempts to call them, live chat, email etc. I have now asked my Visa card company to help get me the money back. Avoid these crooks at all cost

Ordered a white iPad got a black one, delivery could over 3 weeks n when finally got it the quality was terrible so had to return it

Terrible company! I am only giving one star because I cannot give any less. Wrong grade and colour of phone supplied, they agreed to a refund...still waiting for a refund 4 weeks since the phone was returned. They have had the money for 8 weeks and counting. Customer services is alien to them, and don't even attempt to contact them on the phone. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely apporling! Purchased iPad 14 Dec we are now at 22 Jan and I have been told 3 days they can fulfil the order and have to wait 30 days for a refund! Refuse to call me back. Thanks for absolutely nothing, 7 year old Christmas present never received. Hope you proud of yourselves

The iPad Air I received does not hold its charge at all. Get maybe 3 mins max use out of it.

ID 199911 4th November 2018 – I have PAID the phone (iphone 6s) 19th November – after 11 working days they have NOT SENT it 19th November – after 1000 emails and calls I have cancelled the order and they emailed me back “The refund will be processed on 12/12/18” 12th December - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 17/12/2018” 17th December – NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 18th December - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 21/12/2018” 21st December - NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information” 2nd January - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 15/01/2019” 21th January 2019– NO REFUND – BUT they said “the BACS has been done on 15/01/2019” THE END of story: NO PHONE – NO REFUND They will answer (below) with the same generic apologetic email/post/etc “We are sorry to hear you are experiencing …”

I bought several good iPhones in the past from this company. But since Covid they have completely failed on their ability to deliver. Don’t believe the hype. I cancelled after weeks of waiting. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Bought phone from this company in September 2018. It didn't work. I returned it and was promised a refund within 14 days. It has now been over 120 days and I still have not received my refund. They have promised it to me on three separate dates, all of which were broken promises with no explanation. They respond to emails and reviews with a comment saying they are sorry and they will be in touch to sort to this problem out soon, sadly however they do not follow up on these promises. Please do not buy from this company as they cannot be trusted with your money in my experience. I am now forced to take legal action to recoup my hard earned money that I paid to Quick Mobile Fix in good faith.

The name Quick Mobile Fix is not accurate. I am a 77 year old widow, my phone is an important part of my life. I ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy on the 21/12/18. Because of poor communications from the day the order was placed I could not establish when the phone was going to be despatched. I decided to cancel the order on the 10/01/19., it took them to the 15th of January to accept the cancellation, only to be told on the 15th that the was company policy the refund could take up to 30 days. Quick mobile Fix had already had my £200 for 3 weeks. It is possible if they take the maximum time to issue a refund they will have had my money in the region of 2 months. How can the company be called Quick Mobile Fix.

Still waiting for am refund since 5th dec I had to send my phone back within two weeks of recieving it. Was sent a refund slip and sent it back the next day. All quick mobile fix do is send out repeated emails all the same. then was told due to bank holidays and christmas i cannot recieve my refund until feb 7th..and then i know i will be sent a lot of rubbish emails saying we are sorry to hear this we are looking into this for you...please do not believe this company. Then was told four days ago they are contacting their finance department to get my refund quicker,,Like they are doing me a favour...now i cannot get hold of anyone..funny that.. For anyone else out there..I have contacted watch dog.this company is just taking your money. Today i have contacted my bank also..as i have reported how bad this company is. I DO HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS USED THESE POEPLE. ID203620

My daughter saved for many months to buy an Apple Watch series 1 & she found one on the Quick Mobile Fix site that she could afford. So it was purchased on 7 October 2018. We were told that dispatch information would be received within 10 working days. So we waited the 10 working days and then chased. We were told they would check with their dispatch department. We waited longer and then chased again. We were asked to wait another 5 working days which we did. After this I gave up and asked for a refund. I chased several times and was eventually told I would receive a refund on the 5 January 2019! I was absolutely outraged at having to wait for so long for what should just be a simple refund. However, I had little choice other than to wait. The 5 January arrived and still no refund so I chased again. I eventually received a 'pending' payment into my paypal account on 8 January which I finally just received confirmation today from paypal that it cleared on 15 January. Very relieved to have eventually got a refund but find this consumer experience to be totally unacceptable. Quick Mobile Fix may well be ok for fixing things, but I would never buy from this company - it was anything but Quick! My daughter has now finally been able to purchase an apple watch from another company thank goodness!

I am completely fed up with Quick Mobile Fix. I purchased a phone back in October and am still yet to receive the correct one. First I was sent the wrong phone, then the correct was finally sent out but it had a horrendous battery life and wouldn't survive longer than an hour or two before dropping below 10% with very little usage. I have since sent back this useless phone and have been constantly trying to communicate with the customer service team to ensure I am sent a fully functioning phone once and for all, and the responses have been ridiculous. It feels like I am just speaking to a robot, all email responses appear copied and pasted because very little of anything I have said has been taken into consideration and responded to. After emailing requesting I receive a functioning phone asap so I am not without a phone for a long period of time, I received (what seemed) an automated email because it ignored everything I said and just repeated the email I had previously been sent about them receiving my phone back. I am really fed up with the responses I have received, or lack thereof, I just want to receive the fully functioning phone that I paid for and don't want to have to deal with this organisation again.
