Been waiting 2 weeks and still not been dispatched . This phone was for my daughter 8th and woke up with out one.... can’t get tho to anyone had me on call waiting for 30 then cut me off

My Apple Watch was lost! I paid upfront for a battery change. Contacted this company numerous times for a refund . Fobbed off continuously. Avoid at all costs.

Why is there no zero star rating? This company deserves one. After ordering an iPhone, after a week it had still not been dispatched. I tried to cancel the order and was advised it would take 14 days to process the refund. It’s been over 14 days and still no refund. Communication is very poor.

Use at your peril, no order arrived after twelve days, I cancelled and had to get Paypal to retrieve the £450 good job I paid with PayPal or who knows !

Phone took 3 weeks to arrive and when it finally did arrive was certainly not the quality of a 'Grade A/Excellent' phone. Scratches and chips all over it. After many emails and phone calls they claim the only option is to send the phone back so they can review it. Who knows how long that will take. Wish I had taken note of all the other bad reviews and not used this company.

STAYCLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Bought a reconditioned iPhone in November 2018 sold as almost new and in mint condition. Started going wrong in January 2019. Following phone calls and finally going to the shop of my provider I returned it to QMF end of February. Despite emails telling them my husband was ill and I couldn’t leave the house without a mobile phone they held it for 4 weeks before reporting it had fluid inside it, quoted £50 plus extra charges on top if found necessary. SHODDY, DISGRACEFUL and UNREASONABLE treatment of an elderly customer. No replacement phone, no offer of a refund.

Hello Andrea, We are sorry to hear this, we can assure you that we were trying to make the process as quickly and as smoothly as possible, however, the technicians were experiencing some issues and under further investigation, they confirmed the phone had come in contact with liquid and this is not covered under our warranty and therefore we sent you an invoice to see if you wanted this repaired. Phone took a week to arrive. When it did, the battery lasted 15 minutes then went flat. I sent the phone back using their return courier and that took another week to be returned to QMF. The phone has now been with them another week and I've not heard if it's repaired or not. I suppose I'll have to wait another week before I find out.

This is just the worst company . They took the amount for a phone in pristine condition and sent a phone with scratches on it so I returned the phone , now they are neither refunding my money nor sending back a phone in pristine condition for which they'd already charged me. I just want to file a case against this company. It took my money and my phone . And is not taking any action now.

Awful- don’t use this company. Have been charged twice and the company will not refund me despite me providing all the details. I have been waiting several weeks and get the same response

Ordered phone for daughter with her Christmas money - they sent wrong colour. Sent it back & asked for refund, which was a mess about. Then finally at the end of March I get the refund after my bank does a charge back. They constantly shifted goal posts, saying when they would refund. Also when I called them - 1 hour to get through. Avoid this company. Simply awful!

ordered phone on the 18th Feb, not received it yet. called four separate times and four times have been told it will be dispatched today or the next day. Today was told it will be dispatched within the next three days, when i asked why i should believe that having been told the same thing on three prior occasions i was cut off.

Took money immediately, two weeks later item not delivered. Three calls and seperate emails all claiming the item was due for despatch the next day. All turned out to be lies. Call today was terminated by 'customer service' when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Appalling service. Issue still not resolved. ID223885

You insisted you would stay on the phone and you were advised by a member of the team that a manager was not going to be available for a while and that they were unable to keep you on hold for this long. Sold a faulty device. Fixed it once for free. When the issue presented again under normal usage, they refused to do this again or refund the faulty device. The communication is very poor, with emails often containing incorrect information or the company is unresponsive. All timescales were at least 3x the timescales they quote (e.g. initial delivery & repairs). I would strongly advise checking other reviews on this company and not using them at all.

They have withheld my refund after sending me faulty goods, keep telling me it will take longer and longer and they only respond when I chase them, it might be time to read through the sales of goods act. save yourself the hassle, DON'T USE THEM
