Really poor company. Customer service shocking. Waited over 6 weeks to be paid for a phone that was send and over a month for a purchase I made of them. Just terrible

Horrendous company to deal with. 27 days still waiting on a phone with emails telling me it will be dispatched 24/48 hrs. That was 3 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago !! Never buy off this site because the stress of constantly emailing back and forth with absoloutle no resolve only more lies is actually unbearable. They do not care if you get the product but they make sure to take the money. I am looking into taking legal action at this stage , they have broken so many consumer laws with absoloutle no regard !! Terrible women working in that company and full of lies. Joke of a company.

This is a very bad service, I put an order for an iPhone and did not receive any feedback for dispatch even after 2 weeks. They argue for a policy of 10 working days at the maximum for any delay. They don't have any systematic process to follow the orders of the customers so by the nebd you need to wait endlessly unless you call. I waited 35 minutes on the line que until someone answered me. When I asked for a refund they said it takes 14 working days to refund. This means locking the payment for more than 6 weeks before it is released back to the customer. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Scammers!! Took my money months ago, no christmas present for my son. We are at the end of April, no present, no refund. Next time i'd rather set fire to my money

Ordered IPhone 7 with full package on 17 March2019, Received phone 5 weeks later and am still waiting for lightening headphones and adapter even though I have been given assurances by two members of staff that they would be sent out immediately. Customer care is definitely not a priority in this situation

Avoid. Ordered a IPhone X. The estimate dispatch days came and went. Gave them 3 chances as their communication is very responsive to emails. After 3 weeks, I gave up and cancelled the order. Glad I paid with credit card as I could get money back easier that way. Went to music magpie and got better phone (XR) for a small amount more and it arrived a few days later.

Bought a phone, went faulty after 3 weeks ! Sent it back to be repaired in January ... Still no phone ! (End of April) They don't reply to emails or return phone calls when they promise ! Definitely won't be dealing with them again .

I ORDERD A PHONE WHICH TOOK OVER 5 WEEKS TO TURN UP. EVERY WEEK A DIFFERENT EXCUSS WAS MADE. FINALLY THEY OFFERED A MEGAR £10 REFUND FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WHICH WAS NEVER HONOURED EVEN 4 EMAILS LATER! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THERE ARE SO MANY OTHERS OUT THERE.

Do not use this company! Paid for a phone that never arrived - numerous emails sent seem to be being ignored or maybe they simply cannot comprehend 'I did not receive the phone' as they keep sending inane emails in response to this. Have spent 10 days trying to get them to respond in an appropriate fashion and now am going to open small claim as I believe, looking at what others have said, that I will be waiting a lifetime to receive a refund. Shockingly bad company - should not be allowed advertise on Google.

I shopped long and hard for a refurbished phone. So disappointed. My money has been with this company for 2 weeks and still no sign of my phone. I am dreading trying to get a refund seeing these reviews and am considering next options. DO NOT BUY a FROM THIS COMPANY. They should either have the phone ready and checked BEFORE selling or take the money on despatch and make it clear it could take some time to arrive.

Criminals - do not buy from this company. I purchased in the past but something has gone seriously downhill. I purchased a phone and got concerned when it still hadn't been sent - which led me to see that they are actually sending phones that they don't have. Their customer services department just respond with bland responses like you are speaking to a computer. Your phone will be delivered shortly. I then told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. It is 2 weeks since I asked for refund and still not paid. Many e-mails and nothing. This company have to be flagged as a risk.

Second phone purchase from these guys and after a considerable daly the first time, I couldn't be more dis-satisfied with their customer care this time around too. It took 2 and a half weeks (6 non business days) to put a phone in box and send it!!!???After they state 7 days or less I asked them multiple times and was met with two separate agents, one telling me they were gunna prioritise it and help and then did nothing, and one who literally couldn't care less. I asked for a refund option to which they were open to and before I could confirm I got another email saying my order had already been dispatched. Dishonest and uninterested, un-organised and un-professional. There are cheaper options on the market don't bother with these guys.

Bought a phone from QMF, the phone was to arrive in time for a Christmas Present but it was a month late. Problems with the phone from the start. At the beginning of March the phone died and just stopped working, we were asked to return the phone for repair, which we did, they received the phone 6th March and seven weeks later today they still have not repaired the phone. Numerous emails and phone calls and we are told the same thing every time, the phone is with the Technician and going through final quality checks. We were told if they could not fix the phone they would replace it, but this has not happened. We have asked to speak to the Technicians or the Managing Director and were told that this is not possible. Very frustrating. 😡😡😡

Phone took over 2 weeks to arrive then battery was faulty ( wouldn't charge ) . Returned it but took over another 2 weeks to sort out !
