Promissed to refund after my purchase had gone wrong. No refund has been made despite telephone calls and emails exchanged. Is Quick MobileFix a genuine copany?? They need investigating.

Bought an Iphone hand set for £309.99 in October, 2018. It had many faults. Returned it as per their return Policy. They failed to repair it. After a while, requested refund due to delays. They promissed to refund from November, 2018. Till now, despite numerous emails promissing to process refund 'within 14 days', nothing has materialised. Trying to claim refund through legal means right now. Very, very disappointed and concerned for other consumers out there. Jacob+Hilda

I placed an order, recieved confirmation immediately but then nothing for days, tried calling but was constantly waiting on the line for over 30 mins so gave up. Chased up via email & got the same generic reply each time. After almost 3 wks I request a refund through PayPal & luckily received my money back. Terrible company.

Diabolical, the phone was far from excellent as it Had faulty hardware and should not have been sold.

Not even worthy of one star! Ordered a Grade A refurbished phone - delivered with a faulty home button so sent straight back for repair. It took over a month to repair and send back to me but had another significant fault of not being able to connect to a network despite being unlocked. Was told to send it back again for them to repair again. Over two months from placing the original order I have been without a working phone. I requested a refund but they refused as it was outside their 14 day refund policy - even though they had it during this time! AVOID!

I recently purchased a mobile phone from you and after 14days is has stopped working. The waiting times on the phone is ridiculous and the service via email isn’t great. I would simply like my credit agreement cancelled and refund the money I have paid. So I can purchase a new phone with a reliable company. Kind regards Rhys

First class service and first class phones. I’m delighted with my one. When a firm gives a years warranty, I think that speaks for itself . Would DEFINATELY recommend this company.that was the first phone I bought.sent for a second phone waited one month after they took my money , kept telling me my phone was sent when indeed it was not, eventually got it with a dud battery, Beware of this firm, they tell lots of untruths, they certainly did to me.

Received my phone within the time frame but on the last day so went without a phone for a long while. Now I have received the phone it has many faults - battery not working properly, crashing, silent button on the side not working either. Very disappointed.

Before placing the order I used the online chat I spoke to someone too check if the phone was in stock and when I would have the phone if placed the order that day. (27.04.2019) I was informed it was next day dispatch so placed the order. 29.04.2019 was then told that the order would be processed in 5-7 working days at which point its next day delivery. Based on this I cancelled the order this same day and requested a refund. 30.04.2019 I received an email telling me again that my order would be processed. So I emailed back stating I had cancelled. It’s now 13th May still not had a refund for a same day cancellation. Called up after 35 minutes waiting to speak to a Luke who claimed too the manager. Based on that conversation alone and the alleged manager I would never use, despite the rest of the ordering process!!!

Ordered a space grey I-phone 6s on 25th of April, it wasn’t for me personally it was for my grandson who was going on holidays tomorrow 14th May 2019, contacted on the 7th working day because had still not received confirmation it had been sent, was told it’s being processed 9th and 10th working day continued to be told its in process multiple emails all contradictory even an email at 2.00am on a Sunday morning.m that they had sent. Completely stressed Friday receive an email, can’t get a black one to you by Tuesday (I ordered a space grey) I also need it by today Monday not Tuesday, but can get a white one to you, within 35 minutes of receiving this email I responded yes please as long as it’s in the pristine condition I ordered, the 2.00am Sunday email I refer to comes saying dispatching on Monday. They won’t answer my questions directly I have tried ringing them 44 minutes the longest call being on hold then I get cut off. I asked last week if your cannot complete the order by the date it’s needed will you refund me, no answer followed, just continuous emails apologises for the delay no one answers any questions, 2 requests to ring me, no one has I’m distraught I ordered the phone in more than enough time and now I still have no phone or no refund to try to get him another one by tomorrow. I also asked to speak with someone senior as they are not responding now to email other than to say sorry for inconvenience and I cannot get through on the phone but I haven’t had that either. I could not have been clearer. They took my money and confirmed they could complete the order and they haven’t.

26 days and still no phone accompanied by 4 dispatch promises. The just lie and hope you will get fed up. Why they are allowed to exist is just wrong.

Don't use this company! They are quick to debit your money but won't credit you. They come up with all sorts of excuses!

Awful experience. £300 for a phone which has been returned 3 times in 12 months, I still don’t have back and it doesn’t work at all. But only a 6 month warranty mean as I have had 6 months continuous use they’ll not help!!! Don’t use!!! Now paying £20 for a diagnostics to prove I didn’t break it!!! It sat in a draw for three months because I’d lost faith and was using an old phone!! UNBELIEVABLE

When I ordered the phone, I was told it would be dispatched in 7 working days, but they aim to dispatch quicker. This is not good by today's standards when next working day is not unusual, but okay provided I was informed and they stuck to the delivery date. As I hadn't heard, on the 7th day I telephoned and was told it would be dispatched the following day, but, as there was a bank holiday, it would take 5 days to reach me. Not a good start. After a week, the phone stopped working. They said they would replace it and pay the return postage, which they did. Good! I received an email the following day saying they had receive it and send a replacement in 3 to 5 working days. Good! 7 days later I had heard nothing and so I telephoned. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was cut off and so I sent an email asking them to call me. That was 4 hours ago and I have heard nothing. This is just not good enough! It is 4½ weeks since I ordered the phone and, not only do I not have one, I have still no idea when I will get it. It became apparent that they would not be able to replace or repair the phone within a reasonable time and so I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund, which they agreed to make. It is now 7 weeks since I ordered the phone, 3 weeks since I returned the phone and 11 days since I asked for a refund. I am still waiting for the refund. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and they are now helping me with my claim. In the meantime, I ordered a phone from another company. This was delivered within 2 days and is working perfectly. If you are thinking of buying a phone, I strongly recommend that you use one of the very many companies offering a far better service than Quick Mobile Fix - they most certainly are not quick and, in my experience, are unable to fix anything. Update: I received a refund, but only after I threatened to escalate the claim with Paypal and 19 days after it was returned to them. I was never able to speak to them as there was always a long queue and I was cut off before I could speak to anyone. They didn't do anything of their own volition, requiring me to prompt them each step of the way. I don't think they are dishonest, just disorganised, incompetent, slow and somewhat disinterested. As I said earlier, there are much better suppliers out there and I would recommend you try them in preference to Quick Mobile Fix.

DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE SERVICE! I received an Iphone that didn't work. After 2 weeks of useless advise I had to send the Phone back. After 10 working days I finaly had an e-mail saying the phone can't be repaired and another phone will have to be sorted. A Week has gone by and i still haven't heard from them. I have now gone 6 weeks without a phone and no help from Quick Fix Mobile.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this company! I purchased a good condition Samsung s6 it came after 3 weeks then to find out the battery was faulty! Sent back device for a refund (which was 3 weeks ago) they emailed saying they received the device and I had to wait 14 days which it is now day 16, how dare they try and keep MY money.. ID223750

purchased phone had it for four days faulty battery, sent it back one and a half later still no phone, all this after waiting 45 minutes to get through in first place. Will not use again and would advise not to use this company.
