You are not told how long your order will take to arrive before you pay. Once you have paid you are promised that your order will come in 7 working days, however mine did not even come in 10.

Terrible Customer Service, you dont get replies to emails and their phone system is 'under maintenance'. Difficult when trying to resolve an issue with a faulty device they sent you

NO STARS!!!!! NO STARS!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ABSOLUTE TIME WASTERS!!!! 4 weeks ago the phone was ordered... after 14 days still no phone! I have cancelled the order, told to wait 48 hours for a refund and still nothing!! Your absolute robbing b*****ds! Trading standards have now been informed, I am sick of pathetic emails offering £10 off your products... Yeah £10 off products that won't come until 2021!!! GET THE REFUND SORTED YOU ABSOLUTE MUPPETS, MY SON HAS BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE 4 WEEKS!!!!!

I advise that you do not use this company if you order with them pay by credit card you will thank me in the end they are not worth a star. In fact the sooner they get shut down the better for us all

I am furious with your service. I bought an i phone from you back in May and after returning it back to you because I was dissatisfy with it's condition, I am still waiting for a refund. Not only that, but you now have stopped responding to my emails and I can't talk to you because you don't accept phone calls. I would like you to return my refund as soon as possible.

I would like to start by saying I should have learnt my lesson with this company a long time ago!! I purchased an I pad at Christmas which was a present for my daughter, very disappointed on Christmas Day when faulty. Returned it and took a month to repair. Stupidly purchased an I phone for my son in July with his birthday money m, sure enough it was faulty and touch screen not working. Returned it over a month ago. After several emails to find out what was happening it arrived back today to my home and is still broken!! Tried to call them to no avail. Have emailed and no answer. Asked for refund 2 weeks ago which they have refused. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. This place has caused nothing but stress to me. Also when you order it tells you it will be delivered within 10 working says. Not true at all. On both occasions we waited a month for delivery. I’m seeking legal advice regarding this iPhone they have returned today. My 9 year old son is devastated.

Poor service. Ordered a phone on 25th August 2019 and was promised 7-10 working days. It is now 17th Sept 2019 and still no signs of my phone. Beware of this company!!

Terrible customer service. My ipad arrived faulty and when I returned it for repair, it somehow got damaged with a crack in the screen. I got absolutely nowhere with QMF and after 4 months I have now conceded. My frustration was heightened due to it being near on impossible to speak to anyone. I last had an email from them 6-weeks ago. Avoid!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Phone never received. Asked for a refund a few times. Eventually told that I would receive one within 14 working days!! no sign of a refund. So they have had my money for 9 WEEKS. Absolute disgrace of a company. Complete and utter shambles. Prices too good to be true & they are still advertising the same Iphone on their website. Unless you want to be a few hundred pounds out of pocket do not order from them!!

Do not use this company. I'm still waiting for a refund. The more folk who have been scammed by this company who make a report to ActionFraud the better. The directors are Leela Emechebe and Chinedu Ken Emechebe.

Sadly the request for review comments is more frequent than delivery, which has failed. numerous chase up and no goods delivered tell a pro customer service story. Don't waste your time here!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! What a joke! Order placed 29th July. Still no phone on 16th August so cancelled for refund as we were going away. 17 working days later and still no refund. Phone lines down, online chat a joke (when available) and email waste of time. Have now passed to my bank to deal with as I am getting nowhere!

Worst experience ever. Nearly a month now waiting for a replacement phone. A maddening list of ever changing excuses made when they do actually reply. I am reporting to Ofcom and Trading Standards and ask anyone else to do the same. Avoid at all costs.

Horrendous service. Promises broken. Deadlines not met. Incredibly difficult to contact then useless when contact is finally made. Still waiting for news of the phone I ordered 34 days ago!! I wouldn't recommend Quick Mobile Fix to anyone.

1 star is far too many!!! They are rude, insulting and do not care what they say to you. They do not respond to live chat and there phones are conveniently not working and they say they will respond to your emails within 24-48 hours but i am still waiting for a response from last week Wednesday! 120 hours and still nothing! I finally got a response on live chat today to be told they have emailed dispatch and I will receive receive a response in 24-48 hours! I’m not holding my breathe! And then they offered me a £10 accessories offer, what use is phone accessories if I do not have a phone because they have not sent me the phone I ordered from them from weeks ago! I have ordered from them in the past but never will again! I’d advise everyone to stay well away from this company!!
