“Quoc products have a great design in the first place. The quality of the materials and manufacturing is evident as well. The customer service team answers your questions very quickly. Information on the website about sizing is very helpful as well.”

“Shoes I purchased didn’t fit despite following the size guidelines on the website so I think this could be improved. However, sales and after sales service is excellent. The response time is relatively quick and detailed. I have returned the shoes and have purchased a different style from QUOC. It would be more efficient if they could do exchanges. However, can’t fault willingness to help .”

“The website is really user friendly. The size chart is acurate. The shipping was has expected. The choice of products is just fine : not too much and just enough so you don't get lost but you can find exactly what you are looking for ! The prices arere a little high though...”

“I recently bought a pair of QUIOC shoes. They are beautifully made but unfortunately were too small, despite my best efforts to calculate the shoe size from the charts. The shoes are also quite narrow so, if ordering I would err on the size up next time (I am normally size 45, I ordered 46 but would re-order size 47).”

“This is the first pair of Quoc's I've had and I'm impressed. They're great shoes both in terms of performance and looks. Sizing is very small - I had to go a 1.5 UK sizes larger (I'm a 9.5 and eventually settled on an 11!). The returns were a bit of a pain - I had to return the original purchase and get that refunded (which seemed to take an age) and then buy a larger size as a separate transaction.”

“Fantastic shoes but my only complaint is that I bought a pair and got 20% off but I needed a bigger size and because you can’t exchange only send back and repurchase I had to pay full price. So not as happy as I could of been.”

“First time buyer. Keen to support a British brand and they look great. I have had to return the Gran Tourer lace shoes - too tight…Followed the sizing but too small. Recommend go a size up. Have now ordered Gran Tourer 2 boa shoes. yet to wear due to work”

“I like the designs and the delivery was smooth enough. They are the first I think about for commuter cycling shoes and was happy to see the chelsea boots in real life. Just too expesnive I think”
