“The product looks nice, but Fedex as the only shipping solution does not add value at all. They are so useless. I have received 3 calls and 2 messages during work time from the driver and the adress is a business adress. It has been the same over and over again eith fedex in Denmark. Worst company of them all. :)”

“Minus 1 star for shipping and return experience. Could be improved in terms of overall speed and I don't appreciate having to pay for shipping on a £300+ purchase. Especially as you are receiving full RRP by enabling people to buy directly. As to the shoes, love them, great fit and look great, very breathable (if you are going to buy them make sure to look at the covers as you'll appreciate them on cooler days). The quality of the optional inserts is also a bit poor. The tape to hold them in place is suspect (I've not used them) and doesn't look up to the job, plus one of the inserts didn't even have tape.”

“bought my first pair over 7 years ago. Amazing quality, laced leather shoes (from a sadly discontinied line). Bought many more QUOCs over the years and all great but on my Grand Tourer II, I had to replace wire-lacing already twice. I fear it's a lesser quality copy of Bora system. I have a few original Bora system shoes for many years in hard use. Considering buying a pair of Grand Torer with traditional laces since the overall construction of the shoe is amazing incl the sole. Black toe-box shows scratches very quickly but that's purely cosmetic and material is very strong”

“Service and shipping were excellent. I tried the the Grand Tourer lace up shoes in two different sizes. Quality seems excellent but the shoes just didn't fit my feet. Aggressively stiff around the ankle opening.”

“I’ve bought these for the summer. I tried them on indoors, they feel really comfortable. I wanted a wider fit and these seem to tick the box. Roll on summer!”

“Shame you send an email out saying 10% on your first purchase after I had paid!! Whats the point! I did try and to contact Quoc via the email but it just takes you to a blank page. Haven't used my shoe yet, so can't comment.”

“Shoes were delivered quickly but unfortunately I ordered the wrong style, Escape Road instead of Escape Off Road. My understanding is that this is not a quick exchange. I have to wait for the returns to be accepted then refunded, I then have to re-order the style I want. It would be quicker to just exchange. I hope the style and size is available at the same price.”

“I like the style and they tend to be pretty comfortable. I have had the Weekender for about three years and am very happy with that as a semi-casual sneaker with cleats. I have been using the Gran Tourer II for about a year and found them very good. I haven't used the Mono yet but hopefully this weekend.Delivery was very efficient and I made use of the discount. I wouldn't buy the shoes for their full price.”

“The Escape Road shoe are my second pair of Quoc’s, my other pair are the lace up MTB shoes which I use for my gravel bike. I really like the designs and I like that they are a bit quirky however for me the sizing and fit have continued to be an issue. I’m normally a size 11 (45). My MTB shoes are a 46 (the 47 were massive) however they are still quite tight to wear. I’m hoping over time they will stretch. My road shoes are a 47. The 46 was too short in the foot. These are quite a wide shoe and will probably need a thicker shoe to feel right. I like to be brand loyal especially to British companies, all I would say is just be cautious of the sizes and don’t follow their size chart as on both purchases they were wrong.”

“Overall I liked the simplicity of the design but unfortunately the sizing makes me sad. Following the sizes on chart, my foot shrank even having 5mm allowance. I can’t properly walk due to smaller inner size. I’m planning to return for exchange but they don’t allow it. Also, it cost too much charge for DHL if i return it.”

“I was let down with the product considering its price, I was not expecting a waterproof shoe, but even my regular work shoes faired better in the rain. Edit: increased to 4 stars for Quoc as a company due to their customer service but my product review remains the same”

“Unfortunately, the shoe runs a bit small so I'm finding them a tad uncomfortable. Since I have already used them they are not returnable (that's my problem not Quocs). But I would probably have gone with a 45 instead of a 44. Otherwise they're pretty great and I will probably get another pair in the future (in the right size!)”

“The shoes look great. Unfortunately they were my first pair of Quoc and I didn’t chose the right size (the size guide didn’t work neither). I had to return it and buy another pair paying and insane cost on transport. Considering there are no many local shop across Spain selling Quoc they may need to review that policy. Anyway the shoes are high quality and the comfortable since the first ride. Looking fwd to keep riding on it”
