“I had the most excellent experience dealing with this business. The things that transpired with me were all unsolicited by myself. Who could ask so a better shopping experience. Luckily I was in the process of checking out. I could not complete the process because of an issue with my card issuer. So I had to abandon the checkout. In the time that it took to straighten out my card.
I had received an text from an employee named Jay reminding me of my shopping cart and that he applied a $5 discount with my it in the basket. Cool right. Without going into details. My radiator was delivered to me in the time frame and all in all they had my back, did the right thing without anything said to then. My purchase was constantly be credited monies back to me during shipping and even after delivery. A total of $18 was back in my pocket because of their companies superb employees that have morals and being honest and loyalty to this 1st time purchaser. Their checks and balances during ever leg of the way apparently was monitored for my protection. Like I said I didn't say one word to them. I just kept receiving emails with credits and updates.

We are extremely sorry. By the vin number provided it calls for the part we sent you. We really don’t know the circumstances around which the unit is being installed. However I can assure you we have been selling the same brand for over 10 years now and if there were installation issues we would have pulled it out considering it costs $50 to ship and above all an unhappy customer.
