“Im not a review type. But felt compelled. Because....when you find that rare merchant interaction that far exceeds all expectations. Start with easy to navigate site to find exactly the right radiator with correct size transmission fittings. Start to finish 10 minutes tops. Received confirmation email, shipped and arrived on time,in excellent condition......zero fins bent....0! Installing it was very easy because the brackets and mounts for it and cooling fans were exactly the same as OEM. Two weeks later the owner had driven 800 miles since repair, and the cooling fan support became loose and fan blade rubbed small leak. Liz in customer service was very fast to reply with instructions to procede with my choice,a replacement or refund. Went with refund but will definitely buy again from radiatornow. Even after fluke event I had. Just put salvaged radiator in as replacement to get lady back on road same day. Thanks Liz, we appreciate your diligence and speedy service.”

When we ordered our radiator, we weren’t positive it was the right one and turns out we actually had the year wrong… But when we ordered it a day later before shipping it their customer service department called us to double check that we had the right one and noticed then that the radiator we ordered was for the wrong year and so we were able to get the correct one sent out and with no hassles and we are supremely pleased with the service and price .”
