Glad to hear the radiator is okay. The CSF radiator we sent has one of the best packagings in the industry. The styrofoam inserts keep the core away from the walls of the box to prevent damage. Unfortunately, this radiator has been mishandled real bad during shipping for it to cause any damage to the fins. Very sorry you had a bad experience. It would be nice to get an order number so that we can see what transpired. The only time we switch is if we are out of a particular brand due to supply issues. Even when we do that we always send an email or call or text. The order number or name on the order would greatly help to validate this review.
