“I have used Radiator now for a few vehicles. They are delivered quickly and in well protected packages. Products are foreign made but quality is good and prices very reasonable.”
“Weird thing we got it installed however the fan that attaches to the radiator had to be trimmed?? Old radiator didn't have a lip at bottom it was flat the new one had a lip at bottom not allowing the fan to fit perfectly. Not sure why it required minor shaving of the fan bottom to accommodate that lip at the bottom of the radiator and the parts sent with it were lose and kinda flattened some fins it kinda reminded me of a open box return where they put the parts back in the box and they giggled around both sides of the radiator. It arrived quickly and was installed hopefully all goes well”
“Totally satisfied with radiator now besides the packaging. I feel that a little extra protection with the with the Internal packaging would of solved the Fed Ex carrier damage issue. But totally happy with the communication and help I received directly from them. I just needed my package to show up with no damage so that I can continue making money with the vehicle I have. Cost me more money to have to wait longer to receive a new radiator which could have been damaged as well. But radiator now did the right thing and refunded my money and did so in a timely manner. If you can fix the carrier problem everything will be okay but with them accepting liability I will definitely use radiator now again in the future.”

“Super impressed with how fast I got the radiator. Although, My radiator lasted 5.5 days. The box was busted when I got it. Aluminum ribbons already bent. Total bummer.
Customer service rep Liz did a wonderful job getting back to me. Worth the extra money for insurance. They refunded my radiator for me. Even though it was FedEx was probably to blame. Next time I need a radiator I'll certainly purchase from Radiatornow again.”

“Had no problems. I called to verify that it was the correct radiator as they apparently had both single and dual fans for that year. Only issue was someone forgot to send email of transaction and shipping tracking. Called and got it correct. But it arrived as stated by date.”
