“Have made 3 orders across the last month, and all arrived within a couple of days, which is great. No issues with the orders. The products themselves have also been good. A few different orders to initially try flavours, and then get bigger orders after that. Very impressed and will keep using Radix going forward.”

“Would never buy any other protein powder !! Have been buying your banana protein for over a year now and I am obsessed!! Blend beautifully into hot or cold milk creating the creamiest protein boost at any time of my day ! Is a staple in my busy mum and farming lifestyle. This product goes above and beyond any other product I have tried ever for flavour and texture ! Best Port is i get to support NZ business and honestly, no one else does it as good as you guys !!”

“I have ordered from Radix before and the experience was positive, however this recent order was quite the opposite. I ordered six items which were initially showing for delivery within a week. A week and a half later the items hadn't been posted but I got an automated update showing one item had been removed - however there was no communication about why and no refund. I tried to send a message through Facebook, but it wouldn't send. I sent an inquiry through the Radix website but got no reply. Two and a half weeks after ordering I emailed Radix and got a short reply with no apology or explanation, only a statement that the whereabouts of my order would be investigated. Soon after the items were posted and the refund processed. The items arrived three weeks after being ordered. They are for a long-distance hike. Luckily I ordered well ahead of the hike starting or else I would have been really let down by the late delivery and inability to fulfil the whole order.”

“I find my Radix breakfasts provide a quick easy start to my day and if I need it will keep me going until lunchtime. I quite often use my protein smoothie as an afternoon pick me up or filler after the gym before dinner instead of wrong snacks.”
