Rapid are an extremely efficient company, providing a wide range of products with a large proportion in stock. In my experience even complex orders of many different parts and quantities are always correct and delivered promptly. Next day and free deliveries are available if order conditions are met. Phone enquiries are dealt with well and the website is excellent as both an information source and an ordering tool.

I ordered 2 bottles of photo-resist. Only one arrived, and it was half empty as it leaked. The lid had cellotape around it so it must have been a return. very poor service

Item was ordered at 4 pm on a Wednesday and was delivered to Gloucestershire by 10 am the next day by UK Mail. What could be better than that?

Ordered on line from home and then collected shortly afterwards from Rapid. Very smooth operation and the product is just what was required by the club to protect our cables on the floor.

The communication was very good allied to the assistance I had received from one of your colleagues on the phone. The fly in the ointment was delivery speed! Too slow.....I took longer more than 48hrs to get to me and I needed the item quickly. Recommendations: Speed up your delivery times if you wish to keep my business. Thanks and regards, John

You offer items for sale, take customers cash then take for ever to deliver. This is NO GOOD whatsoever to someone like me who is attempting to offer a repair service, my customer has a piece of expensive equipment stood idle for the want of a spare part and understandably is getting annoyed with my excuses for your lamentable service. My parts still have not arrived (ordered 31/3), I could have ordered the same items from DigiKey in America and I know from experience they would have been here by now. Will I use you again, certainly not.
