“Rapid are an extremely efficient company, providing a wide range of products with a large proportion in stock. In my experience even complex orders of many different parts and quantities are always correct and delivered promptly. Next day and free deliveries are available if order conditions are met. Phone enquiries are dealt with well and the website is excellent as both an information source and an ordering tool.”

“I ordered 2 bottles of photo-resist. Only one arrived, and it was half empty as it leaked. The lid had cellotape around it so it must have been a return. very poor service”

“The communication was very good allied to the assistance I had received from one of your colleagues on the phone. The fly in the ointment was delivery speed! Too slow.....I took longer more than 48hrs to get to me and I needed the item quickly. Recommendations: Speed up your delivery times if you wish to keep my business. Thanks and regards, John”
