“You offer items for sale, take customers cash then take for ever to deliver. This is NO GOOD whatsoever to someone like me who is attempting to offer a repair service, my customer has a piece of expensive equipment stood idle for the want of a spare part and understandably is getting annoyed with my excuses for your lamentable service. My parts still have not arrived (ordered 31/3), I could have ordered the same items from DigiKey in America and I know from experience they would have been here by now. Will I use you again, certainly not.”

“Nice low prices but often out of stock, the website is a maze and I can never find anything and they use UKMail which are the worse couriors in the country. I on;y use them because they are cheap.”

“Ordered from Rapid on Saturday and received on Tuesday and that was over the Easter holiday weekend. Ordered the same item from Maplins before Rapid and didn't get it until the Friday and I had to go the the shop to collect it!!”
