“Nice low prices but often out of stock, the website is a maze and I can never find anything and they use UKMail which are the worse couriors in the country. I on;y use them because they are cheap.”

“I have been a customer of Rapid Electronics for many years now, service is always first class with quick despatch of items. If on the rare occasion something goes wrong, customer service will very quickly sort it out for you. I would happily reccommend this Company to any one.”

“Ordered from Rapid on Saturday and received on Tuesday and that was over the Easter holiday weekend. Ordered the same item from Maplins before Rapid and didn't get it until the Friday and I had to go the the shop to collect it!!”

“Before taking early retirement I spent a great amount of money on goods from Rapid, when re-stocking a University's Electronic Stores and always have had good service at sensible prices. “We have sed Rapid Electronics for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. Quality of products is good, we have not had any failures for a long time. We only wish they would continue to stock some of the items we frequently need. Presumably they have been dropped because not enough customers want them, a price we pay for being in what is now a specialised market.”
