“Promises to be a good experience, but let down by shoddy courier. After waiting three days for delivery I contacted Rapid for an explanation and was informed that I had twice been 'carded' (courier had found nobody home and left a card). This was a blatant lie propagated somewhere in the couriers service as I had been in waiting for the delivery (and had received no cards from the courier during that time). It's unfortunate that by association, Rapid failed to deliver.”

“This is the 1st time I have had to wait for one item shown "in stcock" on backorder. Main order delivered in 2 day's as usual. Fantastick stock they have items that no one else have. Also the news emails are always interesting and informative. Phil Jones”

“My only recent complaint is that you have discontinued a very good product and substituted it with a piece of rubbish from Rolson: 86-0609. It was back ordered for a while and I ordered 4 no. of these, but the product which now arrives is horrible- I have cancelled the balance of the order. When I mentioned this to Sales they suggested 93-3444 instead, but this is not the same thing at all- just a voltage tester.”

“The range of products on the website is comprehensive. Ordering is straightforward and delivery is often within a day of ordering. I have also found them to be responsive when enquiring about an item which wasn't listed. It was added to their inventory quite quickly.”

“I only buy in small quantities as a hobby user. I don't like the free postage on purchases over £20 condition. I would rather pay a bit extra per item to get free postage on all orders. RS now do this and I am now buying more from them.”

“Rapid electronics have a wide range of quality products mostly at very good prices. Their delivery service is also excellent. The only problem I have is they regularly run out of stock of items I use on a regular basis. This is a problem for my small business as I don't want to be spending time sourcing alternatives from other suppliers.”

“Although I was only making a low value purchase I needed some technical advice before placing my order. You'd have thought I was spending £1000's with Rapid. Technical support was brilliant and knowledgeable too. Delivery was Rapid(!) and the goods were well packaged. Thoroughly recommended and will definitely purchase again when needs arise.”

“Good service apart from deliveries. When the website says goods are available for next day delivery if ordered before 7:00pm you would assume your order would arrive the next day. This is not the case, when i chased my orders (2 days after ordering) i was advised they were sent in the post with no way of tracking them and advised post takes up to 3 days. I now have 2 very angry customers!”
