“A good quality product delivered in excellent time. Do I have a complaint? Only a small one. I was promised by the delivery company that it would be delivered between 12:30 and 13:00 on Thursday. It arrived at 11:00 on the day before. Good job I was in!”

“Discovered Rapid while employed as a schools lab-tech. Now retired but always my 'go-to' for all manner of small/hard to find/specialist components and other items. Have recommended to numerous friends all of whom have been impressed with efficiency and speed of delivery, often within 24 hours. Helpful and knowledgeable staff too if you ever need to enquire by phone.”
