“Very fast. Tad concerned that 2 different models of the 'same' thing turned up - but have the same barcode - hopefully 1 is just a new version, I'll find out when fitting them no doubt. I would personally never have sent a new and old version together....”

“The web site was very easy to use which made finding the transformer I was searching for very easy. I do not have any experience with electrical equipment but there was no need as the information is readily available and purchasing very easy . The item arrived very quickly and without damage. My only criticism is the poor packaging would not have protected the item very well as it was rattling around in the box on arrival.”

“I haven't ordered from Rapid for quite a while - before they introduced on line ordering so that shows how long it's been! The website was easy to navigate, ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I was a bit disappointed by the delivery charge although that's probably because I order a lot of items from Chinese sellers and I'm used to minimal to zero charge. All in all, Rapid comes highly recommended, especially if you need stuff in a hurry.”
